Candace chuckled and combed her fingers through Dakota's hair while he was busy rambling, smiling at the compliment he gave her. "Thanks to you," she caught his lips with hers for a quick kiss after Dakota had stood up, and then she took the offered seat. This really was quite the set up. She liked it. And to her delight she was seeing more familiar Mist faces show up around her. Yes, sit by momma.
"The casino was nice, it.." She actually rolled her eyes, still smiling as she shook her head. "It felt..kind of like being home again...remember that kingdom you told me? Harrison's was a casino~." Candace reached for Dakota's hand to hold it, slipping her fingers between his and giving his hand an affectionate squeeze. "Did you do anything fun?" She quietly thanked a waiter for the menu that was placed before her, ordering a glass of wine before she turned her attention back to the man beside her.

"Ugh." She groaned at him, looking distastefully. "I hate it. You still smell like dead guy." Her casual grin softened the blow of her sarcasm. "No, what the hell, do you not see the Tub Tim. Jude. Tub Tim." She stared at him, as if this was obvious. Her face clearly read 'duh'. "Tub. Tim."

"A Tasmanian Salmon!" Allan's eyes lit up, as yes, unfortunately he was seated pretty close to Smith, "Those are the most dangerous fish, like the venomous swimming tiger. When a salmon eats a Devil Fruit, it inherits the Gum Gum power, making it an evil Tasmanian Salmon that must be defeated!" He spoke somewhere between excited and a little too loud, and there was a glint in his eyes that suggested the Sun lead might very much enjoy doing battle with an evil Tasmanian Salmon.
He then happily took the box of sugar cubes that the waiter had given him and continued building his ice cube snow fortress, like the one from Gintama, only not the Neo-Cyclone version, because that would require way too many sugar cubes.ooc Allan is around for anyone who wants to interact with him!

Heidi arrived at 'Tasmanian Salmon'. She sat down without taking her eyes off the overexcited Sun lead, taking off the vest she wore over her dress and draping it on the seat beside her. It was being saved for Tuck. She was fascinated by the tale of the Tasmanian Salmon. "That sounds awesome." Now she wanted a Tasmanian Salmon. Please. "..What are you building?"

Gnat's eyes could have been saying hi helo how r u and Evan still would have followed after her. He pulled a chair out for her before taking a seat next to her, quickly scanning the menu and frowning at what he saw. This was miles beyond the relatively simple fare he had learned to cook. "I'm not even sure what some of these things are," he admitted.

Gnat shrugged. "Place looks pretty posh, just order something at random and drink all the wine."
She was at least eleven times as classy as her dress indicated.
"Sides, this ain't like, comin' out our pay, right?"
She grinned, and flagged down a waiter. Natasha Ross wasn't 21, but Adrianna definitely was.
"Waiter, waiter! I'd like a nice red. What would you recommend?"
This was totally awesome.

It was really easy to wonder, when all was said and done if he'd died on the way to Wonder Park and if everything since then was just some really bizzare dream. Maybe he'd trancended the level of psychic and stepped out of his body entirely into this world where things felt so twisted and unreal and where the snarling, rasping and desperately rattling voice in his head made him feel nauseous.
He was hungry, a meal seemed in order, and he tried very hard not to think about the body or the portrait which had eaten a woman.
He sort of wanted to wake up. This time properly.

Really, no lie, the only thing that the tiny Frenchman was bickering about was the fact that he had yet had a smoke, and that all he wanted was a few minutes. But, punctuality reigned, and finding himself in the large room, he couldn't help but lose all his aggression about his nicotine habit, and whisper something barely coherent in french. It was like being starstruck - something that hadn't happened in a fair long while. It was well received.
Hearing the boisterous man meander around, calling shots and just being the big and bright Ian that he had slowly befriended since getting lost with him, he quietly took the initiative given to him to sit down, lightly clearing his throat and looking down at the menu in his hands, a little stupefied by everything. But, he wasn't sure how to say "I can't read this," in such a situation, so turning up to the expectant waiter, he cleared his throat and looked away.
"Moi Aussi." He offered up, pointing to Ian's request for the drink. "I 'ave to look at this menu a little more. Merci." He murmured a bit, hunkering down to stare at the piece of fancy paper in front of him.

Ofelia's nor Allan's answer to his question really helped him select an option on the menu; although, both certainly stood out to Smith. Turning to Ofeila first, he decided to ignore the last part of her remark and try to start up some polite dinner conversation to match their fancy surroundings. "Oh, that's one way of looking at it. Are you going to try it as well or did something else on the menu sound better?" His tone was overly polite. Then he turned to Allan as Smith felt a need to check on him given the crazy response he had received. "I'm almost certain you are mixing the Tasmanian salmon up with something of a similar name, probably few different somethings. What you just described sounds more like a mythical creature, which would in fact be a very interesting dinner choice and one I would happily choose."

[Entering]
Sasha slipped into the seat that Wash held out for her.
"I completely agree," she paused and waited for him to seat himself before she rested her hand on his thigh. "We should do that. After.. well. After."

Dakota shrugged, linking her hand with his as well. "Nah, I laughed at Otto since he got dared to have his hair pink, heard my other bro did it. It was pretty funny." He looked at the menu and then at Allan declaring what the Salmon dish really was before shaking his head. "Oh god, Allan." Was all he said before INTENSELY FOCUSING ON HIS MENU. "What the hell do they mean by australian beef? how is it different from other beef?"
---
Nevada also heard the Tasmanian detailing and gave a raised eyebrow at the dish. No thank you. To the waitress, she mumbled a small. "Just a raspberry lemonade please. And a shot of rum on the side please." Lemonade to cleanse the system and a shot of rum to get over the trip she experienced so far.
At this stage of uncomfortableness, she really wanted Alaska.
Baked Alaska.
Oh but her twin would do good too.

"HERE, DEARIE," Glenda called, waving a napkin in the nice young man from Wonder Park's direction.
Maybe he could help her figure out the menu. She made eyes at the nearest waiter.
"Be a dear, and get me onna them little drinks what with the umbrellas, would ya?"

"I am building," Allan stated proudly at the lump of sugar cubes that looked like a lump of sugar cubes, "Elizabeth from episode 38 of Gintama. Giant Elizabeth, I've been taking how to draw anime classes from this book that Simon-kun gave me," he lowered his voice to a whisper, "I am now one with the art."
Sage nod.

"I'll be sure to stand closer to you just to make you feel more disgusted with me," he announced simply. Something about his mannerisms suggested that he probably won't be doing that.
He narrowed his eyes at her a little and shook his head, "But why? It sounds so..Weird."

"Eh, Ah was thinkin' 'bout tryin' the lamb actually." Ofelia looked over the menu again. "Ah've never made lamb fer mahself when cookin' so it'd be a good change ta actually try some." And if for some reason she didn't like how it tasted she didn't have to eat it. There would be plenty of food brought out before they even got to it so there was a likelihood she'd be full long before then. "Everythin' on here looks really good though, not gonna lie. Ya gonna go wit' the fish in the end?" The Sunnie wasn't much of a fish eater because it usually smelled so bad to cook.
As for a drink...Ofelia didn't drink and she certainly wasn't old enough to get one anyway. She settled for something she'd had once though when out with one of her middle school trips. "Ah'd like a Shirley Temple ta drink please."
