Name: Rosalind Meaning (if any): Rosalind is one of Shakespeare's most recognized heroines. Personality Temper - Loyal Rosalind is an intelligent and quick witted individual, from her father she has inherited the ability to laugh and love life but from her mother has come the patience and logical understanding of when a more serious nature should be adopted. Rosalind is a faithful creature, loyal to her family until the very end although she is also perhaps, just a bit of a schemer... it would not be beyond this mare to play matchmaker or otherwise attempt to manipulate things so that someone in her life gains happiness...or so that her enemies fall. No matter how dangerous the consequences however, one can be sure that Rosalind with be forever and always true to her family and friends. Prompt ResponseQuote: 1. You are part of two herds. Two herds that dote on you and your siblings, for you are family to them. However, the Padmapani have a bit of a dark history in recent times. Once you are old enough to understand the dangers, you and your siblings are told of Hayagriva's daughter: the Cursed Catwalker, Samsara. She has torn gigantic holes within the makeup of the herd, using her own dangerous followers to kill your grandfather Nirvana, your great, great grandparents Scythe and Avalokiteshvara, your aunt Bodhisattva, as well as a familiar that had been bonded to another aunt. What do you think of the danger, even as you watch your mother pick her training to be able to fight and defend the herd? It was fearful this knowledge, this newly understood danger that had been made known to her. The thought that some mysterious and terrible catwalker might, even now, be lurking in the forest, waiting to finish the tragedy she had already started. There was a very large part of Rosalind which wished, almost fervently, to have been spared this knowledge... to have continued on as she always had, a carefree happy foal with no thought of danger or violence. But that was not growing up ... and like it or not, the fanciful dream of remaining forever a foal was not one that she could be given. She had understood her mothers desire to help the herd when she chose her training but know that she knew this? Rosalind wasn't sure there had really been a choice for her mother. The illusion of choice perhaps but not a real one ... how could her mother have chosen anything but this new new training, this devotion to protecting her family and friends? It was a choice Rosalind respected, was deeply moved by and although she was young and perhaps did not yet understand the full situation she grasped enough to know that supporting her mother in this decision was important. Perhaps ... someday ... she might even follow in her hoofsteps. Perhaps she too would be a defender of the herd, a protector, a heroine. It was a worthy goal. An inspiration. Even if it was a fearful one. Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o I will make you happyRosalind has always been one to try and bring happiness to others, her parents themselves are a great inspiration to this with their unique and selfless starting of a family. I could see Rosalind helping another family gain happiness in some manner, whether that be playing matchmaker, being a surrogate or simply helping to solve an argument. There are many ways this plot could be unwound and hopefully it would lead to further RP and plotting down the road o Festival of FunEveryone is to serious all the time! Working and training and scanning for danger..Rosalind understands it sure but she also thinks that everyone needs a bit of unwind time, so she plots some. Rosalind's festival of fun could be a play, a game, a day of competition but whatever it is she is determined to get as many of her herdmates and family involved as she can! This will likely be a foal plot and hopefully rather cute and funny! o Lightning can strike twiceTragedy is not something anyone wishes for and yet it tends to strike all the same. Rosalind has known of the danger and wounds her family carries with them and it cannot be ignored. With the striking of some tragedy (plotted with the rest of the family) Rosalind will come face to face with the end of youthful thinking, she will need to step up and become the mare she is destined to be and choose her path through life. o Show me Wisdom, Teach me strengthRosalind know that life can be hard and dangerous and as much as she enjoys and knows the value of relaxing and having fun she must also come to know the value of being prepared. Rosalind must find a mentor, someone to teach her how to think tactically, how to fight..and most importantly the wisdom of when to use these skills. o Time tested and TrueRosalind has learned a great deal thus far in life, and now it is time to put it all to the test. This can be a plot where her faith in her training is shaken, or a situation where she must stop being the student and take charge in order to save someones life (perhaps her mentor) In a way this plot will be the culmination of her training, the graduation from student to potential teacher herself. Many ways this could go and only a vague idea as it will rely on the other Plots to be fleshed out.

Name: Rosemonde (Rose for short) Meaning (if any): French form of German Rosamund, meaning "horse-protection." Personality Temper: Protector Rosemonde has heard many stories of her ancestry, and at a young age, she wanted retaliation against those responsible for the loss of her ancestors. As a foal, she works hard to become strong and prepared to battle one day. As she grows, she realizes that retaliation is not the answer, but protection is what she would be heralded for. As an adult, she is prepared to protect her herds land, and be just as brave as the ancestors who were brave for her. Prompt ResponseQuote: 3. As mentioned before, you and your siblings have places in two herds. What do you think of this? Do you have a preference for one over the other (it's okay--neither herd will mind; you'll be loved, regardless, little one~)? If so, why? What draws you to there? Or what makes you stay at the halfway point? Rosemonde has grown up listening to the stories of the Padmapani Herd, and while she has ties to the herd, she has decided to ignore anything that has to do with anyone from the herd. Rosemonde is prepared to protect the herd if the opportunity presents itself. war and battles are inevitable, but when things are calm, Rose will remain with the Kok'ee Herd. Rose would much rather surround herself with love and caring than be amid a herd that was responsible for the death of her ancestors. She has a hard time even thinking about the herd without being upset and driven to revenge, especially as a foal. Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o Revenge or Protection~As a foal, Rose trains for the day to be able to go rouge and avenge her ancestors deaths. When word gets out (accidentally) of her plans, its time for another leader to step in and show her why revenge is not an option, and that protecting against other battles would be more suited for her. o Prepared for battle?~Rose feels that she is as string as an ox, and as her mother begins choosing suitable members, Rose wants to be in the pool of potential members, however Aria is not keen about the idea of putting her beloved daughter in the middle of battle. Rose must persuade Aria that she is ready to protect the herd, and willing to face danger.

Name: Kesari Meaning (if any): A Hindu name meaning Saffron or Lion
Personality Strong As a foal, she has a pretty plain personality. She listens, and is silent, and seems to wander through her life at an easy pace. However, as stories of Samsara's attack and hears about her mother's training. Kesi begins to feel the strength, both in her heart and in her body, to want to train like her mother does; To be brave and strong fighter like she has made her mother to be in her mind. She is soft spoken until she needs to be loud enough to be heard. Light on her feet too. Soft steps, soft voice, big heart. What more does one need?
Prompt Response ((I feel like I hit one of the prompt topics in her personality, so I'll choose number 2))
Kesari had found her mother lying beneath the tree, she was unsure if she wanted a break from the three children, or was just enjoying the weather. She moved, barely heard, near Aria and laid beside her, resting her small head against her mother. Her mother adjusted to make her daughter more comfortable and gave her ear a loving n**.
“Mama, Where are dad and papa?” She asked in her quiet voice.
“Dad took your brother on an excursion.” She said, referring to Tybalt. “And papa is probably checking on everyone. Making sure everything is safe.” Aria said mentioning Payton.
There was a long silence between them before Kesi spoke up again.
“Will I have two special people like you do, Mama, when I get older?” She asked curiously. Kesi thought nothing wrong with the relationship, in her opinion; she was the luckiest filly alive! Her family was huge! And strong in many ways. Kesari, the lion hearted, could never look down on such a bond. In fact, she almost envied it, or she realize it as envy later in life.
“Maybe.” She heard the hints of warmth in her mother’s voice. Kesari had the same calm cadence to her own. And she knew she wouldn’t trade this life, herd, and these parents for anyone.
Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o Eye of the Tiger Lion- She takes her training seriously. But will she train with her mother, or find someone on her own? It's a long road she's taking o Longing for Children - She admires, even lusts for a relationship like her mothers. So, when she does try to settle down and have children of her own, she find that due to some of the stresses of the herd and fight or flight scenarios, it has made it hard for her to bare children. o Achilles Heel- Weakness, every warrior has them. Though she has a calm sense to her, when she fights, she fights with emotion. And it can be a great asset or a terrible down fall. Will someone take advantage of this? Does this actually make her a weak warrior? Will she have to build up numerous walls to defend herself as well as others. o

Name: Kamala Meaning (if any): Lotus Dweller BlurbThe lotus is meant to be a symbol of purity and healing. wheras in Greek culture "the lotus flower means the triumph after fighting tirelessly against failure." Which is also applicable to our story. Personality Limit 150 words! "I love the lotus because while growing from mud, it is unstained." Kamala will be a gentle, shy soul, and like the lotus, she will be a symbol of purity and healing for the Padmapani who had suffered great losses from the attack of Samsara. Growing up she only heard whispers of injury and saw the scars of something that had occurred long before her emergence into the world. And loving her family dearly, she sought only to help ease the pain. I imagine she will be an apothecary to her family, knowing a great many things about herbs and poultices. Others may fight, her duty is to tend. Prompt Response Limit 300 words! Quote: 1. Kamala had been horrified by the stories, the catwalker stalked her nightmares as a filly, but as much as she disliked this foe, Kamala was not suited for battle. Her family rallied against the threat of the dread walker Samsara, who ruined a great many lives before she had even emerged from the confines of her basket. Her siblings perhaps answered the call to protect the herds the way knights would, but Kamala was not a fighter, she was a healer. Even as a young thing she had seen the haunted eyes of her family members, felt the voids of the lost whom she had never met. She vowed she would chase those shadows away from her dear family with knowledge of herbs and perhaps some peace of mind. As soon as she was able to pry herself from her mothers proverbial apron strings she sought out a teacher, to learn the ways of herbs and medicines. She tended to the aches and pains of the brave ones who were training so they could be ready in case Samsara or her dark followers returned, she watched her mother training from behind piles of herbs and the bodies of bruised soldiers. Her heart ached to see it, but she understood the loss her mother felt, she was taking up arms with the rest of the family, trying to stay strong and perhaps repair the damage that had been done. Kamala brought water to her mother in a large shell, sprigs of mint floating in the cool liquid, she turned and smiled, and that smile alone healed more than her mother knew. Their family would survive, they had to. Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o The Medicine Maker Kamala would seek out a teacher to help her learn the ways of herbs and medicines so she can better heal her family, but it may take her farther than she's comfortable to find such a teacher. o Pure As A Lotus She is a very shy mare, and is always worried that others will look down on her for not following her mothers hoofsteps She tries to help out in other ways. o The Struggle of the Spirit She goes to the members of her family most affected by the losses of their loved ones, attempting to heal that which cannot be seen. o Flower of Evil Kamala would find one of Samsaras followers, purely by accident while gathering herbs. She's not a fighter, but shy does not mean weak by any means.

Name: Darling. Meaning (if any): Dearly beloved. Personality Serious. Darling is not really the most feminine mare around, and she honestly could care less about such matters--there are more important things. She isn't terribly fond of her name, but bears it with a sort of grim acceptance that she seems to face the rest of the world with. While very young, she is remarkably serious, taking the threat posed by Samsara and her minions to heart and already preparing herself to fight them with all she's got. She's determined to overcome any obstacle, and her focus is evident in everything she does, be it training or thinking. She is careful, calculating, and perhaps overly hesitant; after all, she has no intentions of being caught unawares by the dangers of the world. On her best days, Darling is loyal, protective, sensitive, and a natural leader, with more than enough courage in her heart to make up for her smaller stature. Prompt ResponseQuote: 2. Tybalt and Aria are your parents. You know this, and you and your siblings have always, and will always be, raised with love. You are also aware that Tybalt and Aria are not mates. In fact, Aria's now-lifemate, Payton, is very much part of raising you three little hoof-fulls of joy along with your biological parents. While you may or may not understand, there is no romantic love between Aria and Tybalt, but a love of another sort: they are the best of friends, and their love is still very deep and abiding. Your mother has only been too happy to help him build a family of his own. How do you feel about this business of having three parents, let alone that your biological mother and father are not mates? Such a thing didn't bother little Darling too much. The young filly was far too busy dreaming of strategies and defenses to toil much in the ways of understanding the odd but loving relationship between her parents--all three of them. She loved each of them equally, and however they'd chosen to arrange themselves was really more of their business anyhow. So long as they were happy, she was more than content to call herself such as well. She wouldn't dream of judging them for it, nor would she tolerate anyone--or thing--doing just that. Sure, having more than the usual number of parents was sometimes a bit frustrating--rarely. She wasn't bothered by their unconventional relationship, and in fact, she tended to lean far more on the side of enjoying it. They each had their strengths and quirks, and they worked together well to create a family that Darling was proud to dub herself a young defender of, despite reassurances that they were already safe. They were all her parents, and they cared deeply for each other, which was another thing that Darling couldn't help but be amazed by. It was a pure bond, and one that, even though it varied a little in some places, was more than strong enough to handle three children and all that such a family would bring. It was almost funny, really--they matched in number, and it was one of the small amusements that the filly sometimes indulged. Their happiness as a whole was far more important to her than anything else, even her budding training. Her family was her everything, regardless of what number they possessed or what arrangement they held. Darling didn't consider their relationship odd in the slightest, either; to her, it was as normal as breathing air or watching the sun set. PlotsLimit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o - Kindling the Flame - The story of Samsara is more than enough to spur her into action, and when as she's old enough, Darling will pour her self-imposed discipline and strategic nature into what she deems as the most important duty she can--the protection of the herd. She'll pick up the same training as her mother, and will throw herself into it with every fiber of her being. Darling won't accept failure when it comes to this, and she's likely to be very hard on herself. Eventually, something is going to have to give a little, and she's convinced that it won't be her. o - Outreach - --and something does give. Darling will one day see some unfortunate event happen to somebody while on her unofficial patrols, and will rush to do her best to assist. After all, she believes that her duty is to protect all life--and this is where she'd get her first up close and personal taste of suffering. This will serve to strengthen her resolve, and she'll try to bring the affected party back to the herd for safekeeping and treatment, if necessary. She very well might wind up becoming attached to whoever she's helped, being that they're her first actual protect-ees(s). o - Sword and Shield - When Darling gets protective, she doesn't do it in small amounts. The little mare will soon wind up doing her best to ensure that her 'charges' are safe at all times, and this will, needless to say, be more than a bit tiring on all accounts. By her logic, too much protection is far better than too little, and she won't really see the problem in it. She is the sword, after all--and one day, she finds her shield, another mare that will effectively melt her ironclad heart. Not only is it good for her, it's great for her charges. o - Heart's Desire - Unfortunately, she won't be able to give her beloved shield children, and that isn't going to settle well on Darling's conscience. During this period of her life, she'll set up as best as she can for a family, though largely in well-kept secret--she's a fearsome guardian of the herds, and what she believes are her duties would intervene occasionally. She'll either try to find a surrogate or go looking for just the right wishing star, and whatever option she winds up taking, you can bet that Darling isn't going to stop until she gets to the end of her quest. o - Unity - One day, her quest will be over. Darling can finally relax now, if that's even a word in her vocabulary. She'll still take her role as a protector seriously, but there'll be breaks inbetween her duties where she'll just go to spend time with her children and mate. Regardless of how they came to be, Darling will always treat her children as her own, remembering her own origins. Even if she'll frequently joke that she's become a bit of a softie now, the mare will have settled into a far more comfortable and fulfilling life, and she'll be truly happy.

Name: Desdemona (Desi for short, most of the time) Meaning (if any): as a girl's name is of Greek origin, and the meaning of Desdemona is "wretchedness". Literary: in Shakespeare's "Othello", Desdemona is the beautiful, innocent heroine, wrongly accused of adultery by her husband.
Personality Intuitive. Desi in some ways in her her youth uses her position in both herds as a bonus to get her way. She is very spoiled to start with, conceited even at the ability she has to be within two herds and be equally loved in both whereas most foals are barely considered for one herd. She finds it most laughable that anyone could stand to be less than her. She is a true 'princess' and a gift from the gods. She does grow out of it. But it causes many a strain before hand with her families and her somewhat royal pain in the rear attitude.
Prompt Response Prompt 1 Tales of Samsara. Desdemona looked mulishly at the story teller. She was so tired of hearing about this foul creature she thought for sure her lunch was going to revisit her. Surely before she grew up this nasty...what ever you called it would be long gone. Fear wasn't something the princess ascribed to, and well it wasn't like they'd get her anyway. The words drifted to deaf ears as her mind wandered away to things she wanted, and who she'd be able to get them from. It was becoming more and more clear that Desdemona was a spoiled rotten filly who needed to be set on the right path, however, if the true stories of the most feared creature in either herd's history would not wake her up, what would? As Desdemona came to understand, most hoped she'd grow out of being such a self centered princess, and still treated her kindly. I wonder how far I can take this? was her almost terrible thought as she was always thinking more of herself than others.
Another trifling tall tale of who Samsara had murdered, some Aunt who clearly wasn't really worth her salt if the cursed cat had gotten her. Desdemona simply didn't care about the past, she wanted to know about today, and perhaps tomorrow. As the history lesson finished she snorted, no worry in her mind, though everyone knew very well that the threat of Samsara was still very real.
Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o Disillusionment - This is Desdemona's wake up call from her childish and spoiled ways. Fear is finally instilled in her as she comes upon a scene of destruction and gore visited upon a helpless foal/mare/stallion. The scene reminds her of what she's been told of Samsara and engraves in her consciousness that the stories are real. o Practice makes perfect - After her illusion of safety is washed away, Desdemona no longer leaves the training to protect the herd to her siblings. She begins watching taking in the lessons more seriously, even training on her own, her innate intuitive thinking giving her a more inventive yet effective sort of style. This activity raises questions as to why she's so focused, but they leave well enough alone. o Lambs to the slaughter - Desdemona refuses to have any sort of mateship, or family of her own. There are more than enough foals to take care of in her opinion. And it's bad enough that she sees them as targets for attack, how on earth would she feel if her own foals were to be harmed? She'd go mad with self hatred and anger. So though many may try to convince her it is a good idea, she will refuse. o Fighting blind - In an attack vs skinwalkers/Kalona/evil soq, Desdemona is blinded. In one or both eyes, but unlike many a fighter who would be lost without their eyes Desdemona has learned to control the fear of the unknown, and still fights more than well enough to make her way out of the scuffle to where her herd won't have to worry about her. (Haven't decided if the blinding would be permanent or temporary as it would have to be figured out during RP really. ) o

Name: Willow Bell Meaning (if any): No meaning, randomly came up with it.
Personality Willow is very kind and very generous. She loves to help anyone she comes across even if it means giving up something of her own. After learning of the dark history of the Padmapani herd she is wary of any familiars, fearing it could be a skinwalker in disguise. Aside from her fear of familiars, she loves everyone in her family and both herds, and nothing would ever change that.
Prompt Response Prompt 1: Samsara...that name sent chills all throughout Willow, yet the young filly knew that this was the reason why her mother trained. Ever since she learned of what had happened to the herd, she had become extremely paranoid of any familiars, fearing they were the fearful mare or any of her minions in disguise, trying to penetrate the herds again. No matter how many times it was explained to her that the familiars here weren't dangerous she could not get over her fear of them.
And because of this fear of hers, she was extremely glad and even grateful that her mother was in training to protect them. It put her at ease to know that she would be safe if any of the familiars ever revealed themselves to be skinwalkers. Without her mother being in training, there was no telling just how much more jumpy Willow would have been if a familiar came near her.
Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o A Familiar for Me? The mare scared of familiars, has one following her around and it's freaking her out. She assumes it's a skinwalker trying to hunt her down, but whenever she points it out to someone else, it disappears. And it's driving poor Willow crazy until she eventually calms down and faces her fear, and in the end gains a familiar friend that she can trust.
o I Want to Sing! Willow has always admired the sound of the songs the singers in the herd sing, and she wants to join in! Problem is, she is horribly self-concisous of her singing ability and is to afraid to ask to sing with them. Perhaps someone will overhear her singing and convince her to try.
o Trying to save a lifeOn one of her excurscions outside of the herd, Willow comes upon a small foal who is covered in blood and terrified, refusing to talk. As she tries to calm the little one down, she is attacked by kalona or skinwalker. So she has to figure out how to save not only herself but also the young foal.

Name: Alastriona Meaning (if any): In Celtic it means protector of mankind Personality She is a lovely lady that believes in the power of words and how powerful they can be; they can be binding, emotional and hurtful among other things. The words that she believes in are the ones that are binding and emotional. She never makes a promise that she can't keep. Words never leave her mouth that she doesn't think through first. She doesn't want to upset anyone because she didn't think things through carefully. Her entire purpose of speaking is because she wants to cause the other person to either consider a different choice, option, or opinion. She could be giving them advice, helping them sort through things easier or just wanting to get know them. Most of the times when she speaks, it is only when she is spoken to; the only time she speaks out of turn is to introduce herself. Prompt Response Quote: 2. Tybalt and Aria are your parents. You know this, and you and your siblings have always, and will always be, raised with love. You are also aware that Tybalt and Aria are not mates. In fact, Aria's now-life mate, Payton, is very much part of raising you three little hoof-fulls of joy along with your biological parents. As Aria and Tybalt finished speaking about their friendship bond and about how Payton was going to love Aria from now on, it started to sink in slowly. 'Why would two friends get together and have children together?' The thought turned over in her head multiple times, she even tried to view it from a friend point of view. She would do anything for a friend, or so she imagined considering she had yet to make a good friend like Tybalt was to Aria. "So let me get this straight...Aria will never be with Tybalt as a mate. But Aira will mate with Payton...and not Tybalt...” It didn't seem fair to her at all, Alastriona sat before Aria and Tybalt waiting and hoping for a different choice. "This isn't fair to Tybalt or Payton." She refused to call her biological parents mother and father because she was sure it would offend either Tybalt or Payton who always seemed to be around. Her heart always seemed to beat faster when all three were around, it felt like they were a large family and it made her rather happy but it still wasn't a fair situation. "Won't Tybalt or Payton get jealous at some point?" She figured that by now her parents just thought she was speaking her thoughts aloud and that was fine because she sort of was but, she wanted them to listen to them too. "Tybalt, why are you letting her go to Payton?" Her eyes traveled to look at the painted stallion that she looked up to, he was so much fun to be around and she didn't want to see him saddened. Friendship or not, she was sure that he had to love her deep down inside, didn't he? "Don't you love her?" She couldn't figure it out. Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o How is this possible?! - Astri learns that Tybalt does love Aria but not in the way she was and has been hoping for. She will learn from Tybalt that Aria helped Tybalt create a family because he needed a surrogate. But it won’t change how much of an attachment she has/will have for Tybalt. o Step-Father Magic - Astri will grow attached to Payton a little more by traveling with him. She gets curious one day and wants to see what is it like out there and decides to see if she can go out on the lands with him. They could bond and learn more about each other. It could lead to her wanting to learn more about karma and his belief in the secret and law of attraction. o Can you carry a Tune!? - Astri knows her mom can't carry a tune very well but she wonders if she can. She tries to sing and finds out that she isn't half bad or at least she doesn't think so. This leads to her wanting to go around and have others listen to her sing and get opinions/criticism. o Discovered Talent - Depending on the opinions/criticism, she might and might not feel like she can sing well. This would be a plot for her to discover some talent/activity that she can be or is rather good at doing. It will be something she learns from another and it could even be a love plot depending on what gender she learns it from. o Family Matters Right? - This is a plot where she questions the concept of family and how it should be done. Because of how she was brought into the world via two best friends, she wonders if she should find a best friend to have children with or try and find someone she could truly love like Payton loves Aria. It makes her come back and question not only the soq in the Padmapani Herd, and the Hok'ee herd; but she even goes to Payton, Tybalt, and even Aria herself.

Name: Cordelia Meaning (if any): It means heart in Latin and jewel of the sea in Welsh. The name was used in Shakespeare's King Lear.
Personality Temper: Fickle
Cordelia is determined to find what her purpose in life is: whether it is a dancer, healer, teacher or something else entirely. She’ll try many things in life, searching for what she wants to do until she finds it. However, she often doubts herself and gives up easily. Cordelia might be enjoying an activity one day and then by the next week be trying something new. She likes to develop plans in great detail but doesn’t usually go through with them because she ends up deeming her ideas a fanciful desire or just plain silly. Although Cordelia will go through life changing her mind a lot and doing many different things, her family and friends are a constant for her. She is very loyal to them and loves them dearly.
Prompt Response 3. As mentioned before, you and your siblings have places in two herds. What do you think of this? Do you have a preference for one over the other (it's okay--neither herd will mind; you'll be loved, regardless, little one~)? If so, why? What draws you to there? Or what makes you stay at the halfway point?
(spoken during her foal years) Being a part of not one but two herds is an excellent thing. Having even more individuals to ask what their favourite activities to do are is just great for me. I'm still so young and unknowing of what to do and should I finish asking one herd, I'll still have another whole herd to ask! Can you imagine how many family members and family friends I'll be able to ask? Tons I'm thinking! Splitting my time between two herds is best I think, not only because I get to ask questions to more individuals but because I have more soquili to support me. Papa and mama are from different herds and I don't think it very fair to choose one over the other. Both have important qualities. Papa's herd is so accepting while mama's herd is so forgiving. I love both so how could I ever choose only one?
Plots
o My best friend: I want Cordelia to have a really good best friend, gender doesn’t matter. I’m thinking they could meet as foals and become lifelong friends. Someone that Cordelia could share milestones with; such as when they got a familiar, their first crush, and their first trip away from home. It would be good for Cordelia to have someone else to turn to when her family is unavailable, someone who wouldn’t mind her venting.
o Monkey see, monkey do: I’m thinking that as a foal she might go around asking her family, other members of the two herds and even outsiders what they like to do. Cordelia will then try out their answer to see if she likes it too. During this period of her life, she’ll be very busy trying out new things, some longer than others.
o Dear sister: I’d like some possible conflict with her sister. I noticed that one of the adjectives describing her was confident and since Cordelia doubts herself often, she might even be jealous of her sister. However, I’d love it if they could be close when they’re older and even laugh together about their younger years and how silly they might have been.
o Don’t give up: I would like someone to point out Cordelia’s fickle behaviour to her and possibly encourage her to not quit her current activity or even get her to try an older activity again. Maybe this soquili could act as a personal cheerleader for her, popping up every now and then to insist on Cordelia to not give up. I can see Cordelia getting frustrated and arguments occurring between the pair but I think it would be an important experience for her.
o Planner extraordinaire: Cordelia is good at making detailed plans in her head and then reciting them out loud. Her memory is good. I think it would be interesting if she was recruited by a soquili (or group of soquili) that is involved in a shady business and help them out unknowingly. I`d like for Cordelia to eventually find out the soquili`s true intentions and be horrified by her own involvement. She'd likely stop making plans for awhile despite her love for them and possibly even be leery of newer soquili's intentions.

Name: Lavinia Meaning (if any): Well I as well as possible others took a hint and inspiration from Shakespeare. This is the daughter of Titus Andronicus in the play('The Lamentable Tragedy of Titus Andronicus'). The name is also of Latin origins. The name of the legendary mother of the Roman people.
Personality -word total =156, but the last is just a little tidbit, hope that's alright- (Temper: Joyous) -Nia is a rather gentle and quiet girl, never raising her voice if it can be helped. You will almost never see her without a smile on her face. She is very understanding and refuses to give judgment without knowing the whole story from All sides. She cares greatly for her family and loves them all dearly, she sees Payton as a second father, not a step-father or a substitute but just an extend branch. She is very eager to hear new stories but currently doesn't show signs of wishing to make her own just yet. She is often found admiring the flowers as butterflies and bees dance across them and the birds as they dance in the sky. Like her mother she has a song that resonates throughout her soul thus she always has a song to hum. (whether she carries a tune or not she doesn't know, but none of the animals complain lol) Prompt Response Prompt 2 -hope it's ok that I kinda use Payton, not sure what his reaction would be, but I couldn't help this-
It was another warm sunny day and Nia was laying in the flowers again as a familiar voice approached. Nia hopped up and smiled at the grand angeni. "Good morning Little Nia, what are you up to?", he asked as he nuzzled the small filly. She beamed up at him as she leaned into the stallion. "Good morning Papa-P, I was just thinking." He quirked an eyebrow curious what the little flower was pondering. She saw his questioning look and answered before he could ask. "I was just wandering why Mama and you are mates instead of Mama and Daddy."
Payton was taken a back by the question and stumbled on his words some. "Hmm, well Nia....Your mother and I love each other very much, but she and your dad have a grand love as well and are best friends. Your mother has a big heart and blessed us all with starting our family with Tybalt.....", he stopped when he saw the confusion in her eyes and he cleared his throat as he glanced at the sky. "Let's see, how to put this. Ah! There are many types of love, some deeper rooted then others like the flowers...", he wasn't sure where else to go with that but Nia swished her small tail and smiled up at him again. "I think I understand that....or well maybe not, but I will one day. All I need to know is your my Papa-P and I have Mama and Daddy too. Hey Papa-P I have another question.", she finished as she glanced at the birds over head. "Where do babies come from?" Payton was really speechless now and all he could do was turn around and call after Aria making for a quick escape.
Plots -Im not very good at coming up with plots, they usually hit me as the soq grows and develops and meets others I tried to list a few basic ideas I have though-
o I would like to see many developing plots involving family but this is a given, also more plots will develop themselves for me as she meets others and grows
o There will come a time where she will decide to go on an adventure instead of just hearing about those that others have. This will open her up to many things, friends, love, heartache, tragedy, danger, and enemies possibly.
o She would be very gullible in a way, not wanting to judge and could lead to an easy manipulation if the other party acted very well, being sweet and twisting their words just right to lure her in.
o -following an encounter like mentioned above- She could be lured further away and held captive but she wouldn't see it as such. She would genuinely think she was there of her free will that is until she is actually rescued and slowly realizes otherwise.
o After realizing what happened to her she will close off, even with her family she will be a shell and it will lead her to wandering off lonely until she finds one that reminds her what a pearl she really is and they'll live happily ever after.

Name: Navarra Meaning (if any): A variant of Navarre, which is a historical region and former kingdom of southwest Europe in the Pyrenees of northern Spain and southwest France. It is also where the play Love’s Labour’s Lost takes place. Personality Navarra is someone who is independent, stubborn, expressive (or should one say sarcastic and smart-mouthed?), and a bit of a tomboy. Her hot-tempered spirit and impulsive attitude, mixed with her mouth, gives her a knack for finding and starting trouble even when it is not her intention. Still, she tries her best to keep her confrontational attitude in check. A downfall of hers is the fact that she sees fear as a form of vulnerability, thus she hardens herself and tries her best to always put up a brave front. Prompt Response [Mix of 2 and Open] Having a family of six has its disadvantages. Yes, there was plenty of love to go around, and most of the time there is always someone to talk to and play with, but to Navarra there is never enough privacy. How is she supposed to run off and have a grand adventure when there is always someone watching her or someone to tattle on her? Surely things would be so much easier if she had fewer siblings, or even less parents. But then again, would things really change for the better? ‘I suppose I would miss everything, even if it is annoying at times…’Only recently had she learned that her family wasn’t exactly the norm to some. Some families have one father and one mother. Others have two mothers or two fathers. Then there are those who are left with one or none. Navarra’s little mind could not understand why a parent would abandon a child. It is not as if the child is leftovers from a meal, or a treasure that loses the shine and novelty. Who would read them stories at night and curl up with them during the summer chills? Who would teach them how to reach the sweetest leaves on the trees and where to find the freshest summer grass? Games of hide and seek until the sun goes down. Someone to kiss the scrapes from climbing the rocks you are told not to climb, but you just didn’t want to listen. Yes, her family may be crowded and annoying at times, but at least they loved her and showed that love every second of the day. “Now if only I could convince Papa let me borrow those wings…” Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o To the sky: The young foal is beyond determined to fly the skies like her Papa Payton. Yes, she was not born with wings, and yes she knows that is a huge blow to her plans, but surely there must be another way to fly like the birds. With the help of a familiar, and maybe a wind foal as reference, she decides to collect a bunch of sticks, feathers and vines to create her own pair of wings. Hopefully someone can convince her that her plan is flawed before she decides to jump off a hill. o Bump in the night: Curiosity kills the cat, but does satisfaction really bring it back? Curiosity will get the best of the young foal, which will lead her to sneaking off into the night and getting lost. Fear strikes the filly as the darkness bends her mind every which way. A ghost hides there. A monster watches from there. But where is the path home? During her fearful run through the forest she bumps in to another soq who agrees to lead her home, and shows her that not everything is at is seems. o Big girls don’t cry: I would like something, or someone, to rattle Navarra to the core. At some point the poor girl will have to be faced with the fact that fear is not a weakness as long as one does not allow it to control them. In fact, if accepted and wielded correctly it can be used to make one stronger. She will have to admit that the thing she is facing does scare her. The situation is one in which she has no answer to. She will have to learn to control her fear and rely on others. o Pull Me Down: Tsk tsk. It seems Navarra has found something that is worse than fear, love. And it is not just any love, no, it is ‘forbidden’ love. It is the kind of love that makes one feel like they are slowly sinking in the ocean. Darkness is all around. No sense of up or down. You either kick your way up, or allow the waters to pull you in. Her mind tells her to run, and yet her heart, and maybe a few family and friends, scream for her to run and never look back. Is this trouble, or love? o Litost [ a state of feeling miserable and humiliated ]: They say love isn’t love without its rough spots, but what if that rough spot is more like a murder scene within the soul? What if that love you allowed yourself to drown in turned in to an ocean of fire that cannot be quenched? Some may be able to live with their burns, but others end up turning to ash. After an act that leaves both parties shattered, betrayed, and screaming will there be such a thing as forgiveness waiting for them? The road will be a long one to recovery, if it even leads there.

Name: Ygraine Le Nalinl Meaning (if any): Ygraine (I could not find what it means, but I love the name) of the Lotus (Nalinl is the Sanskrit spoken word for Lotus)
Personality She is a healer through and through (with or without a uni-horn), she wishes to help her family by treating their wounds and providing care. She is kind to all and understands that the world is not black and white, she may be young but she is not naïve. Ygraine is an erudite, she loves to learn and it is the only time she would talk to strangers, when she thinks they have something interesting to teach her. She is soft spoken and shy, but once she becomes friends with someone, she comes out of her shell. Ygraine is honorable and loyal, once she calls someone her friend they are that for life and she will do anything in her power to help them should they come to harm; she will wish to learn to fight to be able to protect those she loves.
Prompt 1 Response Pale eyes watched the world trying to absorb all that was seen; plants with medical properties grew in the lush woods. Ygraine knew most of them by name now and how they were used to help those who were injured. Poppy, hops, purple coneflower, bitterroot, Devil’s club and so many more she listed off in her head as if they were old friends. She turned her gaze to where her mother trained, gaining skill in order to protect the family from those who wished it harm; she had a look of dedication upon her countenance as she went through each repetition. The young foal returned her observant gaze to the woods, it was in a way here her weapon lay, she was not trained in combat but in the art of healing. She wanted to help her family but did not believe that she was capable of learning to fight, to actually inflict harm on an opponent when she had promised to help those who were beaten and in pain. Her thoughts went solemn as she recalled the events her mother told her of that fateful day when Samsara attacked the Padmapani Herd; danger has been ever present since then, but when she contemplated the danger her family was in, it did not scare her, did not make her tremble or want to flee, instead it gave her the urge to learn, to train, and to help her family in any way, shape, or form. She would stick with her family and do what she did best, watch, learn and heal.
Plots
o The Call of the Healer: For as long as she could remember Ygraine had the urge to heal, her father is a uni and some of that healing blood runs in her veins. She will encounter an old healer who will become her mentor and cause the young fillies love of healing to grow.
o The Bonds of Family: The ties of family run deep, Ygraine will learn the tragic tale of what happened to her family; the terrible story will unite the three siblings and give Ygraine a reason to pursue her healing skills even more.
o Appearances Can be Deceiving: She has been told of the evil that roams the earth, and her young brain has created an idea what these “monsters” look like; one day she will come across an injured kalona or some other monster looking soquili and she is frightened by his/her appearance. The other soquili convinces her he/she means the filly no harm and she treats his/her injuries.
o A Healer’s Heart and Warrior’s Spirit: The young filly or mare has realized that she cannot stay on the side lines any longer, she wants to be able to protect her family, not just treat their wounds. She wants to learn to fight and is willing to learn from any soquili that know how.
~ Tentative Future Plot ~
o Something Bleak and Dark: This is a plot that will happen in the future, I am hoping for some plots between Samsara’s ‘herd’ and Ygraine’s family. I am not really sure what will happen, but I just know that I want there to be some epic plottage.

Name: Song Meaning (if any): ---
Personality Song is a mare who just loves life. She's outgoing, adventurous, curious, and all around easily amazed and excited by most things! She's all about having fun and rather optimistic, often times trying to liven spirits when something bad happens, or if someone's sad, or trying to find the good in an unfortunate situation. She has a great love for her family, all parents included. All in all, a big ball of sunshine!
Prompt Response {4. free ballin' it } From the moment she was able to leave the safety of her little basket, Song had found wonder in the world she'd been brought into. Dark blue eyes twinkled with awe and amazement at the beauty encompassing, the sweet aroma of fresh air and flourishing plant life, the softness of the grass beneath her, that tickled her tender fur and flesh, the sounds of the wind hushing, and the birds and bugs singing their songs passed for generations... there wasn't a moment that was lackluster. She was captivated, enchanted by the majesty that older soquili were probably quite used to by now. But to Song, she felt oh so lucky to be incorporated into the threads of life that she joined. Once her wobbly, spindly legs were able to stand her upright, and she could hobble about with her parents, Song was able to see even more! There was water, so lovely, and tasty! and small critters that scurried about as if in a hurry, which made her want to see just where it was they were going! What more was there to see? What else was out there? She could hear tales from her parents, making those glossy blues widen with excitement. There was so much to learn about this grand planet she was on... and she wanted to see all of it just for herself! the warnings given of dangerous terrains, she wanted to brave them! And so the seed of wanderlust planted itself to grow inside her mind, and the thirst for adventure took to her palette!
Plots I really don't do plots until RP actually happens, so I don't have much of anything to put here. And I'm more of an "Let's rp these two and see what happens" kind of person. free ballin', rather than planning. o A little gang of buddies to run around with. o Finding a soq that's a bit of a debby downer, or negative, and bringing them up, or trying to show them the good in things. o A foal crush, always wanted to play that. o Going on a big adventure! o

Name: Shaspiria’s Requiem Meaning (if any): I guess it doesn’t really have a meaning but I can tell you kinda how I came up with it. XD I noticed Tybalt and Romeo up there so I wanted to do something with Shakespeare. So tada, I just kinda took Shakespeare and made it sound a bit girler. XD Then to add some of her mom put it in her mom’s style. 8D And Shakespeare was a famous tragedy writer so bam, requiem. (If all of that wasn’t already obvious, XD)
Personality Ria is overall a loving and forgiving mare, however she does have her own faults in that she has quite a bit of a temper on her. She can’t stand to see others be hurt or bullied, and has a hard time forgiving people that would do such things. She believes in karma, but she also thinks you should always give someone the benefit of the doubt. She wants to learn to defend herself and those around her though this isn’t her calling. She wants to travel, entertain and teach, she knows there are many in the world that could use the same compassion she was shown as a child. Above all else she loves younglings and she hopes to one day be able to teach them and show them the Padmapani heard ways through song. As she truly loves to sing, and unlike her mother can carry a tune.
Prompt Response Ria had always been well aware that there was a little more to her family than met the eye. The only thing she really cared about was the fact that it made sneaking off that much harder. It wasn’t until she got older that she began to understand and see the dynamic between her three parents. As she began to see she worried, while she was happy and she loved all her parents very much she worried that maybe daddy Tybalt was sad with not having momma as a mate? Perhaps he just didn’t show it and then when she went to comfort him she wondered if maybe Daddy Payton felt left out or out of place due to the fact they weren’t biologically his. What if he felt put upon by her mere presence? What if all those times he had carefully guided her back to the group or looked after her he had just felt sick? What if Daddy Tybalt could only see a love that never was when he look at her? Was she nothing but an endless source of pain for them both? The thought made her burst into tears and much without thinking anything through, as is common with children, she ran to her Daddy Payton and Tybalt began apologizing to them. It all came out in such a rush of words that it was rather hard to understand. She felt so sick with herself, and it was then that her parents calmed her and fully explained things. It was a turning point in her life, and the compassion, forgiveness, love and care shown to her by those she admired most, would be, and was something she would carry with her, she didn’t care if she had three parents. Her family was perfect.
Plots Limit each plot to be 100 words or less. Please try not to do more than five (pick your best plots!). <3 o Prejudice against Skinwalkers - I want her to seek her mother, fathers, maybe an elder of the Padmapani heard and ask them how will she ever be able to forgive skinwalkers for what they are and all the harm they have done? How can her family forgive them, and how is she supposed to see the good in them when there really isn’t any? This would be done early on, when she was still quite young.
o Protection – I want her to get into a bit of a scrape as a filly, and I would really like it to be with her siblings or some other filly/foal. Someone has to swoop in to protect them (he/she could get roughed up a little bit), and I want this to be a driving factor in what starts her up on her training to be able to protect herself. So that she never has to see someone else hurt because of her.
o Self Searching – I do want her to leave both herds one day for just a little while to do some adventuring and soul searching, to find herself and her true place in life. I wanna work her towards elder status so this would be a really long plot that covered her meeting some of those requirements. In it she would eventually find many in need of help and slowly come to realize what she wants to do with her life.
o I will be your shield – She would come across someone that really test her forgiveness, compassion and understanding. Someone that was really rude or snarky, mean, but she could tell or feel needed her and thus she stayed around anyone no matter how hard it got. Eventually ending with her protecting that person despite the bumpy road they had had and proving to herself that she was worthy of being a part of the Padmapani heard, someone they could be proud of.
o Lessons Hard Learned – She has a temper, and little love for skinwalkers. I want her to meet a (cursed) skinwalker, that is injured or one that won’t just kill her outright. She would have a hard time walking away and not getting into an argument or a fight. I am hoping for one that isn’t flat out crazy and likes to play with emotions or something. She would have to learn to just forgive them for being what they are, pity them even, and that sometimes walking away is the best thing she can do.

Name: Violavara---A combination of the name Viola (from Shakespeare's 12th night, which deals with sever crisis of identity which I found fitting) and "vara" the last part of her deceased great grandmother's name.
Prounounced Vi-ola-var-uh Meaning (if any): An instrument, latin for "flower", and a shakespearan heroine
Personality Violavara was born after great tragedy.
A bright and intuitive foal, she realized that danger was never far away. Seeing her mother train becomes a favourite pastime. She would much rather watch and learn than play.
Some of her mother's fear of losing a family member has been imbued in her, to the extent that she's afraid she will lose her siblings. Loyal to a fault, but indecisive by nature Violavara decides that she will do everything she can to protect her siblings.
Prompt Response The day was hot. The heat beat down on Violavara's back causing rivulets of sweat to form. But it wasn't the heat causing the oppressive feeling in her chest. It wasn't the heat that was causing her heart to pound and make her feel dizzy--no, that was fear.
She looked at her mother moving with grace and precision, her brow furrowed as she trained. What had her mother gone through back then? She'd never known the full tale, only the basics. There had been an attack from someone who was once one of them, and family had died.
But she hadn't ever heard her mother talk in detail about what happened. Maybe she thought she was too young? Or maybe it was all just too terrible? But the more that Violavara didn't know, the more she was afraid.
How was she to protect the ones she loved? Would this happen again and again? Why wasn't she training now to protect her siblings? Did they even share her fears?
Violavara glanced away, closing her eyes.
It was useless to worry, she knew that and yet still...her heart worried. Things were safe. Safe. Her parents said it over and over again until it had no meaning to her. If they were so safe, then why did her mother's eyes look distant and sad? Why did her mother train so hard? There had to be a reason didn't there?
Something must be coming.
Plots
In My Mother's Footsteps: Convinced that her mother is training for an actual event rather than as a pre-emptive/defensive move, Violavara seeks out training to be able to protect the ones she loves. Along the way, she hardens her heart--telling herself that there is no room in her heart to love anyone else. It would be too great a risk.
Heart of Stone, Heart of Compassion: With feelings as rockhard as a mountain, Violavara moves through life, letting very little actually bother her. However, a chance encounter (undecided and open to suggestions) leaves her questioning whether trying to prevent your heart from hurting by shutting people out is actually worth doing? Does she lose something in longrun?
Dark Were the Days: A good offense is a great defense, right? Violavara decides that instead of waiting around to be attacked again by Sasmara or anyone else, that maybe their heard should prove a point and show a display of power: "If you mess with us, we'll destroy you."
And even though the logic of it is sound, she finds misgivings in her heart about it--leading to a war between heart, mind and soul.
