Meaning?:Well Arion is the name of a Greek music of god. Legends and belief say that the gods have been around for thousands of years, a good combination of old yes? True there is nothing wrong with a good classic legend, but now is the time of change. There is but new life that is changing constantly. Cultures are changing along with music. In this day and age we listen to, there is a new sort of feel to music called Dub step. This loud exiting techno music is putting a spin on the way we view music and new life. Children are growing up with it. New life. Since a basket is the equivalent to a new life. Let's bring in a new Stepp to the stair and welcome him with open arms.

Personality: This little light spirit inside this basket is brimming with rambunctiousness. Ready to get out and play around the new world of life, putting new twists and spins into a family that they may have never thought. His personality would be very bright and fun, loud and bubbly. But also very naive and quick to jump. He loves to make new friends and is defiantly a lady killer. Truly, he would be a light heart, gathering the wildness from his dearest auntie Staccato.

Future Plot Ideas?: I Just wanna play my Music: The rebellious cold is now pop hopping around, listening to his loud obnoxious Dubstep. He is relaxed and at home. The colt is whole heatedly happy.

Just give me a chance to explain: After making mistakes in his life, constantly being a disappointment, Arion leaves his homeland, becoming an adventures drifter.

Mi casa es su casa (My home is your home): After finding a new home, Arion begins looking for something to share his new home with so he wont be so lonely. He is a social creature, not one to be alone.

Sing me a love song: After being lonely for so so long the stallion wishes for someone to finish his happy ending story. He begins doubting who he really is, and for a while, his heart is darkened by the feeling on loneliness and regret of leaving the one place he belonged, his beloved home.

Finish my Duet: After searching long and hard, the stallion finally finds someone to clear the darkness from him and finish his home, his songs, his life. Arion would have his spirits high again and his loud music loving back. He goes back to his homeland, reconnecting with his family.

Meaning?: In a moderately slow tempo
Personality: He will be a very calm and rational personality. And kinda inherit something from Mecho, in a way. Andante will be a collector. And not of one specific thing, of many things. He likes to collect memories, so he loves spending time with his family and meeting new family members. He likes to collect anything that doesn't seem familiar. Whether it's a mineral of some kind he has never seen before, or a branch with a peculiar shape. But most of all, he loves finding anything musical. Whether it is an instrument, something that makes an interesting sound OR even a Soq who can sing wonderfully. Not that he would collect a Soq, but a memory of them. Music excites him. But collecting things excite him even more. And with collecting all these new things, he likes to learn about them and figure out what they are. Or at least their names, if they have one. <3
Future Plot Ideas?: This is gonna be a hard thing to figure out. XD

- I would definitely like to RP with as many of his family members as possible. He loves his family and would like to meet as many of them as possible.

- Leaving the nest: Since Andante likes to collect things, he can't stay with his family forever. I wants to go out and find as many things as he can. He wants to explore these things he finds interesting. But not without the promise of coming back to his family.

- Into some trouble: I was thinking since Andante will be so into collecting, maybe he'll find something lost in the forest. Only to have it belong to someone which might get him into some trouble. He wont get hurt or anything. But it'll teach him that he can't keep everything he finds, because some things are just lost.

Meaning?:

In the performance arts rhythm is the timing of events on a human scale; of musical sounds and silences, of the steps of a dance, or the meter of spoken language and poetry. Rhythm may also refer to visual presentation, as "timed movement through space." and a common language of pattern unites rhythm with geometry. In recent years, rhythm and meter have become an important area of research among music scholars.

Personality:

Temper - Spiritual

While Rhythm loves the arts as much as the rest of his family and can certainly appreciate a good musical voice or beautiful dance as well as any other stallion it is within nature that Rhythm finds the most beauty and the poems or lyrics he comes up with often reflect this love. Rhythm is most caught up with what he calls the 'Rhythm of life' and spends a great deal of time speaking wistfully and at length about the many changes of nature..the changing seasons espechially garner a special love in the stallion.

He is a kind hearted stallion with a lilting pleasant voice and carriage and is someone most would generally find good company as long as they can handle his waxing poetic and almost religiously on nature. The stallion believes with all his heart that it is within nature that one can find the true meaning and lessons of life..and his songs reflect this belief. As a foal he is what one would call an 'old soul' not prone to jumping around or playing in typical foal fashion but rather spending his time fascinated with the songbirds or the budding of a tree branch, as a youth he will be a romantic, beliving that the birds have the right idea about things and attempting to find a mare to court..this will thankfully be a passing phase in his life for while he will always be a romantic at heart he will quickly learn that love, as with most things in life, comes in its own time and with its own conditions. Swiftly this stallion will revert back to his one true passion and love, creating numerous poems and songs about the seasons and other natural occurances. He leaves the dancing to others however for while his voice is beautiful he's as clumsy as a rabbit on ice when it comes to dancing!

Although he has inherited his mothers wandering spirit, which will play a part in his adult life he has also gotten his fathers devotion to family and no matter how far he might roam he will always find his way home again or come running if ever he is needed.


Future Plot Ideas?:

I generally like for plots to originate organically through RP, however I do have a couple of ideas I would like to explore with this personality. Family RP of any sort would of course be espechialy loved, I love building family relationships.

Natural Lessons - As a foal Rhythm will be obsessed with nature and its many lessons. Some of these lessons are good but there is a crueler, darker side to nature that one must learn to live with as well. Some sort of danger or predatory act witnessed in nature might shock the little colt until he comes to terms with this being just another facet of life. Several lessons through several RP's both good and bad will be needed.

Love..True love - He's a young stallion and while he harbours not a vain bone in his body he is none the less a romantic, a few failed attempts at 'teenage love' are likely in order and will likely cover several RP's as he serches for this fabled 'one'. Eventually he'll give up (No foals will result from these forays, as a true romantic and gentlemanly stallion Rhythm won't actually breed until he finds a lifemate and that will be further down the road.)

The Traveling Bard - Rhythm will eventually give in to his traveling nature and take his voice, songs and poems on the road. He will enjoy seeing the various enviroments in the land as well as gathering and sharing the songs and lessons he picks up on his travels with those he comes across. This is less of a set in stone plot but a career type idea that will hopefully take him to the many various herds and families in the Soquili lands and entwine him in many plots based on those encounters.

Meaning?: Ludwig Von Beethoven- famous composer and well I'm a total fan girl for him. Pastorale- in a pastoral style, peaceful and simple
Personality: (I am taking a risk here with him) Somber
Funny how a name could shape a person's life:

*Young Ludwig: Playful and giddy, Ludwig could be found chasing after animals and humming tunes. He never actually sang, but he'd take delight in listening to bird song and listenign to them interweave and mix. He could almost seem it visually. He'd make his own tunes up along the way and never really cause trouble.

*Older Ludwig: Sadly, he had a bit of trouble chasing the birds and their songs. A hard enough hit to the side of his head sent him reeling, and his ears ringing. Everything was muffled, and they said that it would return but it did quite the opposite. The stallion wanders around aimlessly now, humming but not hearing. He is usually calm, but can have a short temper when he can't understand what is being said, as he tries to lip read or read body language.

Future Plot Ideas?:

*Humming Basket: In the basket, Ludwig seems to hum constantly. Always make a sound.

*Going Deaf: How long can he hold off telling them the truth. He's gone from hearing all the world has, to mumbles, to muffled, to silence. Who can he go to?

*Rock Bottom: For fear of losing his musical family, he tries to keep to the outskirts of the herd. Ashamed. How will they react? What will they think?

*Beethoven's 9th: In the end, will he be at peace with what is happening to him? Will there be someone there to help him in the loss of what he had the most pride in?

*Pastorale: Will he finally be at peace with his misfortune?

Personality: Adventurous. Always on the lookout for something new, both in singing and in the world, he's a bit of a folk song artists, and likes to find new thigns and events to sing about.
Future Plot Ideas?:
A loss of Voice - Something happens to make Baritone lose his voice for a while, and he is going a bit crazy not being able to sing! He needs to find some other way to make music, but he hasn't a clue what to do about it, as his only interest thus far has been singing.

World of Music - During an adventure, he discoveres music can be anywhere, if he just listens for it. Might be ignoring it until someone else points it out.

Meaning?: At a slow tempo
Personality: Adagio enjoys moving at his own easy-going pace; so much that he doesn’t let other’s actions dictate his choices or opinions. He’s a mellow individual that seeks a different path; but it is one that still connects him with his family. The sheer beauty of life leaves him breathless so much so that he has to share his view to others in his own special way. He easily turns his poetic masterpieces into songs and will sing them when he is alone. Truthfully, he is rather reserved about his talent and how much he praises music and the power of words. But when it comes to his sisters and his family, there is nothing holding him back from protecting them and watching over them.
Future Plot Ideas?:

Hidden Talent- He doesn't tell his family about how much he loves words and singing the lyrics he comes up with and in return they try and teach him various talents, trying to find the one that is meant for him. In the end, he grows up learning how to dance and other things.

False Hope - A special female catches him singing when he believes he is by himself, at first she lets him believe he is excellent but it all goes wrong in the end. She strings him along, taking advantage of his kindness and the type of personality he has. He does anything and everything she asks of him, and she continues to praise him. In the end, she laughs in his face and tells him the truth about what she really thinks about him and what she was using him for. (She was using him to make someone else notice her and it worked to her advantage. In the end she gets what she wanted and leaves him rather heart broken and not having high hopes or very high self-confidence.)

Teenage Crisis - He doubts his skills as he continues to fail so often. Since he is so close with his sister's, they could show him where his talent really lies and how good at it he really and truly is. It brings back his confidence and hope in the beauty of life.

Pitch Perfect - As an adult he realizes how special he is or he thinks he is, and how special and treasured a family is; he decides that he wants to start his own family one day. But it has to be a perfect female for him; she has to be able to sing, dance, or just share the kind of love for life he does. He wants her to be someone that he can be proud to share the family line with.
He wants someone that he can share songs with and that he sing with, no longer having to hide his true passion.

A Realization - He is able to meet the lady of his dreams and she makes him come to the realization that he was wrong to hide his talent from his family. They would love him regardless and she goes with him to show off his talent, at first she lets him sing on his own but the song is so touching and beautiful she eventually joins in.

Sisterly Love - For Adagio, his sister's matter the most to him in his life and so he wants his lover to meet them. It could be a day of creative fun (whatever the sisters' talents are.)

Learning Matters - Adagio realizes how much he's grown from experiences and gained wisdom due to those experiences. This is later in his adult stage, he realizes how much more cautious he has become because of the teenage crisis but it only seemed to make his passion for life and lyrics grow because of his sisters.

Hold it close! - Adagio faces a disaster (it could be someone dark/twisted threatening the family or someone in it, maybe even one of his sisters) and it makes him realize he has courage and bravery. He wants to do anything to hold the loved one close to him again; he doesn't want to let them go, so he embraces the courage and bravery and defends his loved one.

**He is meant to learn something from each plot or just grow closer to a family member. Family and relationships really matter to him so those should really be touched upon and experienced in different ways. **

Meaning?: An arpeggio (/ɑrˈpɛdʒɪoʊ/) is a musical technique where notes in a chord are played or sung in sequence, one after the other, rather than ringing out simultaneously. This word comes from the Italian word "arpeggiare", which means "to play on a harp." An alternative translation of this term is "broken chord."

Personality: Arpeggio has the gift of gab. He's exceedingly charming and has a natural talent for telling great, elaborate (sometimes embellished) stories, and will jump at any opportunity to meet new Soquili and add more stories to his repertoire. As he grows older, he also learns to combine his storytelling with his impressive singing voice: creating weaving, captivating folk songs.

Arpeggio has a keen and shrewd business sense as well. He knows what trinkets catch the eye, can use his charming personality to haggle well, and loves to see the delight in other's eyes when they acquire a new commodity.

Arpeggio also delights in learning about other cultures, traditions, and places. While his own family's identity is sacred and holds a special place in his heart, his intense curiosity and intrigue about others drives him to have a sincere appreciation of other herds/localities. He's especially enraptured by the food and music of other, exotic places.

Future Plot Ideas?:
Most of the my plots and ideas come to me after I've played the Soquili for a while and have a better grasp of "knowing" them and their personality/desires, however, there are a few points here I can put down...

The Merchant Bard: As he grows up, Arpeggio learns to combine his knack for folksongs and his love of traveling. He becomes a bard of sorts- selling/trading his wares to new people and places while spreading news, rumors, cultures, and stories all through his folksinging.

A Perfect Companion: Arpeggio's perfect familiar would be a raccoon. They have a eye for shiny things and great little helpers with their dexterous hands.

A Dual Nature of a Broken Heart: In his travels, Arpeggio will undoubtedly fall in love. He'll sing her love songs, give her gifts....just be completely enamored by everything about her. But he'll eventually leave - the call of the road, cultures, food, and music, just too strong to ignore. And in his heartbreak, he'd make art. Some of his best songs would be penned from this pain he feels of his broken heart; eventually this lovely mare becoming his muse of sorts.

She will perpetually be "the one that got away" - one day, when he's older and wiser, he may make the decision to "settle down" and quest to find her. Of course, the roleplay that stems from meeting her again will depend on the mare and how she feels about him at the time >3

Always the Bard, Never the Hero: Arpeggio has a repertoire of amazing adventures he can weave. Just as in love with his stories of great heroism as the Soquili who listen, Arpeggio secretly wishes to be as gallant and brave as the ones in his songs. However, one day he'll be faced with a challenge (a skinwalker or other evil Soquili) and he'll have to "Face the music" and realize he's not the hero he would love to be. He's not exactly apt in the physical arts, and would end up probably running away or getting badly beaten.
