Kyrie giggled as Isi took over the dragging and allowed herself to be pulled into his room. Resting her hands on her hips, she glanced around and thought.
"Clothes? Just in case we're there for a while?" she suggested with a tilt of her head.

"Oh yes, that's a good idea." Isi went over to the chest of drawers that had his clothes in and pulled the bottom drawer open, he grabbed a couple of items of clothes and dropped them into a pile on the floor. "Clothed, food and Scim's toy ... hmm, dad had monies when we went on an adventure but we don't have any, maybe there's something else we can pay for things with?"

Kyrie watched her brother a moment, then reached up and tapped the side of her beak as she thought about money. She didn't have anything, but she did have precious things.
"I know!" she exclaimed and rushed out of the room to her own. After several long moments, she returned with a box and small book. "Here we go. I have very valuable things in here," she nodded sagely as she set it down carefully next to his pile. Of course, she had had to remove and hide her truly precious items, but there was more than enough still in her box, just in case.

Whilst his sister disappeared, Isidore hunted for his bag. It was hiding under his bed, along with Scim's toy, a bit of rope tied at each end. As he pulled it out the Grimm sat on the floor, looking expectant with his tail wagging.
"No Scim, later." Isi said, shoving the toy in the bag and going over to his pile of clothes.When Ky appeared he looked up and smiled. "Good, we'll take some just in case. We'll be with mama so we might not need them at all."

Kyrie nodded in agreement and knelt down to help her brother pack his things into his bag.
"Is there anything else you want to bring? Should we put all of our things into one bag or should I pack my own?" she asked as she glanced around.

Isi shoved his things into the bag and looked up at her.
"You should pack your own one, I don't think I can carry everything." He replied, his bag was already seeming a bit full, though he would be able to carry it ... he hoped.

"Come on then!" Kyrie grinned and grabbed his hand and her box to drag him out of his room and to her own. Releasing him, she went to a drawer to pull out a bag and carefully placed her box and ledger inside of it.
"What do you think we're going to see Isi?" she asked as she pulled out a few clothes to shove into her bag. "Do you think we'll see a djinn?"

"Yeah. If it's a city of Djinn then there would have to be djinn there." he replied. He was certainly excited about the prospect of seeing one and meeting a new race. It probably wouldn't be as exciting as his adventure with his dad as he could go invisible and he knew about loads of worlds because he was always travelling to them but it would still be interesting.
"I wonder what they look like? Do you think they grant wishes like in the stories?"

"Oh... I don't know. I didn't even think of that," Kyrie breathed and looked up at her brother. "I bet you have to ask super nice. What will you wish for if they will?" she asked and zipped up her bag.

Isidore shrugged, he had no idea what he would wish for. They had most things.
"I don't know, I'd have to think about that. What would you wish for Kyrie?"

"Hmm..." What would she wish for? She could wish for sparkly things, but she enjoyed finding them herself, so that wouldn't be any fun. "I'd wish for maps for treasures," she decided with a grin and she peered up at her brother. "I would share them with you and Cae."

Isidore grinned.
"Yay, that would be fun, we could go on lots of adventures then." He put his bag on his back and looked back at Scim who was watching them, thinking it was definitely time for a walk.

Kyrie giggled and reached out her hand to pet Scim.
"We could bring back loads of things for Mom and Dad and tell them all our stories. I can't wait till tomorrow. We're going to have so much fun Isi. I wish Cae were here to go with us," she smiled.

"Yeah, but she's going on her own adventure now." he shrugged. "Are you ready, we can go and tell mama we're ready and then we can get going. I know where to find a good door and everything!"

Kyrie smirked and nodded. This was very true.
"You do?" she asked with a note of awe. "I've never been through the doors. I went with Daddy to find the crows, but we didn't go through no doors," she declared, bouncing up to her feet and picking up her bag.
