Jessie was just finishing up on having her arm and back wrapped and found that her shirt and bra were useless... so the hospital gown she was given earlier was now tied front to back so at least she wasn't flashing anyone. She felt seriously self conscious as she headed towards the elevators to check on Lily only to surprised by Xander being there too.

She was nearly half naked in front of a man who was kind, intelligent, and a contemporary of hers. Jessie didn't like being caught in dirty old jeans let alone a rather drafty hospital gown that she wasn't able to double up since she wasn't able to as for a second one yet. Too embarrassed to say anything she remained silent while trying to hold the back of the gown closed. A girls got to have some dignity.

She was just as surprised to hear the end of Trevor's conversation as Xander but figured it was more of a sweetheart response then something truthfully meant. Remaining quiet Jessie stayed by the door, this conversation was between a older brother and his little sister's boyfriend.

Xander was a bit shocked at Trevor's willingness to spill all, not fully knowing who Xander was or even Jessie for that matter, but he was grateful for the information as he took a seat next to the bed and listened.

"Thankfully. I already knew my sister's secret and so does our family. Jessie as well, but Lily wouldn't be to happy with your willingness to spill. Still I thank you because you just made things much easier."

He looked to Jessie than back to Trevor before saying, "we've all met breifly," he admitted, "at the training session my sister held. I think I recall you were dressed in blue, right?"

He sighed, "I was one of the two red heads with Maia, my name is Shangri-La." He looked to his sister and gave a smile. "Don't beat yourself up Trevor and try not to dwell on the what if's. Truthfully she wouldn't have avoided it anyway. She would have charged right in like she did I'm sure and there was no way to know that the carnival would become a masscre. While things like this have happened before it doesnt happen everyday."

He looked again between the two leaning forward slightly, "okay so tell me exactly what happened. As much as you can."

Trevor bit his lower lip lightly "Yeah..that probably wasn't the best thing to do..but I couldn't very well lie to my girlfriend's brother" he said and glanced down at Lily he would so be reprimanded by her when she woke up. He knew that even passed out she could still hear him. But he leaned slightly forward as well to tell his side of the story to Xander "it actually started out as a typical day at the carnival, you know playing games, eating food and enjoying ourselves but then all of a sudden, things started happening. Lily and I got separated and I did want to find her but then animals were running free, people were screaming and running for their lives and what not..but then all the chaos erupted into life or death situations. Youmas started popping up everywhere taking energy from innocent people who were just there to simply enjoy the carnival" he explained frowning a bit.

"those poor innocent people their day turned from a fun outing to their death beds" he said shaking his head as a portion of his mind continued to wonder if Lily would ever wake up but then again he feared what Lily would do to him after he practically told Xander who he was. It was one of those things that he would have had to told Xander anyway why not do it while they worried over Lily.

Jessie shrugged. Trevor’s answer was fairly accurate but didn’t go into nearly as much horrible detail as there was. “For the most part. I started off at the animal pens, there were just too many people.” Going to the carnival was not her idea of fun but she had gone at the urging of her mother and escaped to the pens hoping there would be less people there. “It was normal. People talking, laughing, joking, the animals sleeping or eating… it was normal Xander.” Jessie tightened her arms around her, trying to ward off both the physical cold from being half dressed in the stupid paper gown as well as the mental cold from the fear of the last few hours. “Then it happened.”

“Something triggered the attack but from one moment to the next the cages opened, the animals panicked, youma appeared, and negavers agents started to drop people left and right.” She looked away and rubbed a stray tear off her cheek. “I saw a young man get trampled by a terrified horse and there was nothing I could do. Even after…” She shook her head. Even as Pompeii it was like fighting against the tide. “The most I could do was slow down the youma. I wasn’t even able to fight that silver haired nega and he had the gall to pick on a chibi senshi.” Jessie’s glare could have seared the hair off a person at ten paces if the world was fair but it faded quickly when she glanced down at Lily. “After a little bit it quieted down but it wasn’t over. I followed and found that the police had finally showed up. The nega’s were fighting them while the few senshi and knights still standing were taking on this bear that the nega’s called.” Subconsciously Jessie lightly rubbed her bandaged arm where the bear had clawed her. “It was all we could do to contain the bear as they,” Meaning the nega’s “decimated the police.”
