Oh! See this boil was full of great ideas. She nodded, listening as he spoke before looking up. "I bet there is one. Or we can climb." She had claws, they had some uses. But a ladder was probably better for this other fellow, he didn't have claws.

At least not that she could see.

"Come on then! We can find a ladder and see what the school looks like from up there!" She called, grabbing his arm at that point to drag him off. Ladders. Schools. Going up there to find out what there was to see. It would be all sorts of fun!

Darren just had to learn what REAL fun was like so he could enjoy it.

Darren didn't know what he'd just gotten himself roped into, but he went along with it. The poor boil didn't know the first thing about interpersonal interaction beyond his family - and that was hardly a prime example.

He did keep an eye out for a ladder though, just in case one did exist. He was sure there would be one - it only made sense. Unless the maintenance staff could fly... Or Teleport. Which would be problematic but he would worry about that later.

"Oh wait!" He finally said, pointing to what had to be a maintenance ladder. "That would probably work."

Well of course, the truth was he'd gotten wrapped up in a bunch of fun. Because, bad idea or not, Simply would find a way to make it a GLORIOUS ADVENTURE! So as they made their way back out, and around to begin this task there was nothing BUT mindless babble about it.

At least until he spotted a useful tool. "Ooo~!" No one would mind them borrowing it, most certainly not. So she quickly scampered over and moved to try and pick it up. "This will do. Come on, help me carry it!"

Hopefully neither fell off. Then again, dissipation was only as bad as you made it out to be.

...which was bad. "We'll try that building!" Was that the staff building? Oh... this wouldn't end well would it?
