Tavi's teal eyes widened in mirth, obviously very pleased Zel wanted a super cool pencil. The possibilities of what he could make were already running through his head, the kitsune having a knack for crafting things. "It'll be a scream, hehe." He announced happily while pointing to Zel with a determined nod.
Red ears flattened a little to his head in shame and he nodded at the warning, he would do better! Had to after all now that Zel was willing to give him a second chance! Tavi smiled wide and promised, "it's a deal then!." Stretching back in the chair he let his tails hang freely and swish from side to side.
When the hum sounded and Zel didn't respond to his question he laughed wildly and shook his head pointing to the boil as he rose up from his chair,"WAY? What about you huh? What'cha like to do!" He was eager to find out all the cool things Zel probably liked! Maybe he liked wrestling or swimming too, or maybe he like to play outside! Tavi wiggled a little and flicked his tails up to stroke in obvious anticipation.

Zel laughed weakly and nodded his head, well that made an odd amount of sense now. Looking up for a moment in thought he slowly brought his gaze back to the kitsune before shrugging his shoulders a bit. "I like to read, study, train with my chain... I mean I'm not the world's most exciting person. I do like spending time with my ghoulfriend when I get a chance but I haven't really had one lately with all the studying I've been doing..." He huffed a bit at that - but it couldn't be helped. He knew exams were coming up and he wanted to do well. "I guess that's really the long and short of it. I have a few minis of my own - but they pretty much stay in my room for lack of a better place for them to explore. Besides - I'm sure it wouldn't be too safe for my demon cat Norris to get out... She's a little trouble maker."

Listening as the other boil spoke he tried not to yawn or get distracted. It wasn't so much that Zel was boring, rather, at the moment it was hard for Tavi to focus and sit still. The second wind he had gotten was simply to great to ignore, shifting in his chair he was now sitting on his knees, huge teal eyes staring on at the other soaking all the information in. Twitching red ears flickered back then forth before sticking to his head, "ghoulfriend.." Tavi scrunched his nose and shook his head a little, clearly the idea of a ghoulfriend not appealing to him...just yet.
For lack of better place hm? Tavi's hand moved up to rub over his peachy chin, thoughts flooding the kitsune's head. If only there was a place for minis to explore around here, that would be tops! Coming back to the conversation he squeals a little and grins. "A demon cat! So cute, hey hey I bet she would be good with my Mocha! " Two troublemakers should be good together right? They would have things in common! Giggling he finally hopped from his chair and stretched up with a loud murr of pleasure.
"Nnn now I'm not sleepy anymore! But..um..a lil to excited to study.." Blushing at the cheeks he looks to the ground then back to the other boil then again to the ground. Floundering he kicks his foot against the ground softly and pulls his tails up to pet, asking softly, "C-can't we go and explore or um..get a snack?" He wanted the other to continue to hang out with him, even if they had just met, because now they were friends! Or at least to Tavi they were.

Zel laughed, "Not sure what your mini Mocha is, but Norris has a habit of trying to eat anything she can get her paws on. But I don't suppose getting her out and about might be a good thing - might calm her some." He looked over at the other boil and thought about it for a moment. "I'll tell you what. Let's go and get something to eat and then we can go from there? I'm not sure what all there is to explore on campus really - but I can show you around if you'd like the cheap tour."Moving toward the door, he popped it open, books forgotten for now. "Shall we?"

"Moach is a drinkit!" HE announced proudly, not at all embarrassed to have one of the unboilish minis around, one that even had a handmade bow. "Getting minis out is a good way to calm them down," he nods then continues, "cause most of the time it's just cause they are cooped up all tha time yanno?" That was Mocha's case at least, the mini was always causing trouble if he forgot to walk her, "we can try a play-date someone if you wanna?" Tavi beamed hopefully to the other boy then gave a small shake of excitement.
Giggling he nodded happily and released his bushy tails to flow behind him. A tour sounded great, since really so far all he had been looking for really were places to sleep. "SGTM! Let's go!" The plan sounded great to him, tour and food, plus the company of his new friend? Amazing. Stretching once he trotted to the open door then out of it, trying not to chatter too much at Zel but failing, "so um, what places do you know of? Like is the creepatera any good here?" Hopefully the food was good.

Zel chuckled and nodded. "Eh, we can give it a shot - worse case scenario I drag her home by her tail," he was joking of course, he'd never do that to Norris. She was the first minipet he ever owned and she could get away with murder really. "As far as the creepiteria... It's alright? You'll eat much better if you make your own meals back at the Dorm. But that's a royal pain in the arse, so I tend to just abuse the creepiteria - it's there - the foods not total trash and really if its the middle of the day, you're not really gonna want to run all the way back to the dorm to try and eat."Zel made his assessment based off the fact that he was rarely ever in his dorm anymore. Even when he was on his PreC, he tended to take it around campus. He'd been getting into these things called video games lately.

He giggled at the reply, knowing the other was likely joking about pulling the minis tail. It seemed to half-hearted to be real after all and besides he didn't see Zel as that type, not a bit! Even if he was kind of huge...he wasn't scary.
Nodding at Zel's logic he rubbed over his chin, tails fanning wildly behind him as the scent of something delicious met his nose. "Mmmm..something sure smells good in there.." He murmured, almost sounding sleepy again. A loud growl rumbled out and he blushed before peeking up to Zel, kitten eyes saying it all. He wanted to go in for that snack.

Zel chuckled at the noise the other boil's stomach made. "Eh, it's passable, but beats going hungry." He pushed open the door and held it open for the smaller boil. "Shall we?" He motioned for the boil to go ahead and head on in, he would follow shortly after and let the door close behind them. He was kind of hungry himself. Cheekiebirdiee I think we can call this closed X3
