Clerise just smiled serendipitously. "Nah, I don't know anything about coffee really. Someone else set this all up. I'm just the meet and greet b***h. Now." She smiled again. "Will you be drinking a cup of your own volition, or will I be making you? I am pretty sure I remember which of us is stronger, spiderbitch."
Flicking her eyes to Melvin, Clerise returned to jotting down more notes. With some stick figure demonstrations.

Rep slunk into the kitchen on his rounds of the facility Harrison in tow, primarily he was looking to see what exactly he could pilfer that no one would immediately miss, but the excuse was a walk. He stopped in his tracks when he smelled what had to be expensive coffee that wasn't in their room. He'd become a ******** coffee connoisseur since living with Jordan and now could tell the difference by smell between shite and not-so shite coffee.
"We should steal some. I mean. Liberate some for Jordan." he figured he could even tell what kind was nicest.
"Oi sis, geez a cup? "

Makayla slips into the kitchen eying the lot around for a moment. Seriously, what was it with these gathering? Shaking her head, she wasn't really paying to much attention as she walks over and smiles "Hey can I get a cup of joe?" she eyes the Rep, then crossed her arms under her chest.
Nope, just be nice and calm.

Gnat had thought she'd seen her fellow sun hunter duck into the kitchen, and sure enough, there Peyton was, sipping a cup of something that looked promisingly fresh and hot.
"What's goin' on?"

Jerry smelled something in the air. Wafting. Beckoning. He practically floated after the scent of delicious proper coffee- not that sludge they kept brewing all week in the cafeteria.
At the sight of Clarice, her little booth, and the people gathered around, his expression turned desperate. "CLERISE!! How much??" His hands dug in his pockets for any sort of paper to write an IOU.

Coffee was great. It stalled the inevitable need for sleep, which was really a pretty idiotic biological function in this modern age. How much more he could get done if he wasn't sleeping --
He stopped short of the crowd gathering around a table, and readjusted his glasses. Ok. A coffee party. Sure.
He greeted Mimsy with a casual nod. He was well past 24 hours awake, getting much closer to 48 with every passing moment. People seemed to be moving around at the edges of Lucky's vision, unprocessed as he obsessed over diagrams instead. He eyed the coffee setup not so much suspiciously as completely confused why it was different.

Evan usually avoided the Deus-brand coffee like the plague, on account of it looked and smelled like it had been brewed through a used oil filter rather than an actual coffee filter. It tasted pretty much the same, and nine times out of ten the caffeine kick wasn't worth forcing it down. Today, though, it didn't smell that bad--in fact, it smelled pretty good, almost better than real coffee. Intrigued by the scent, Evan followed it back to the source, hoping as he caught sight of the other hunters that there was some left.
"Hey," Evan greeted the huntress near the coffeemaker, giving her an easy smile, "is this a private party, or is everyone invited?"

Eventually, Robert let go of Clerise's leg, when the sound of something made him shift. So he stretched, his back creaking with disdain, and his hand fell on something soft under the table. He pulled it over, and wrapped his arms around it, cuddling it like a teddy bear instead of Clerise. "Almost.." He yawned, and smushed his face against his teddy bear. "Awake."

Oh look! All her new friends were showing up, that was nice.
Peyton offered a few twiddling, unbruised fingers in greeting to those she knew, and smiled at Gnat and Lucky.
So far no one had said anything that required believing, or suggested she do anything that right that moment would have been the best idea ever.
So far...

Lucky watched Jerry scramble for whatever passed as currency, then stifled a yawn. At least the usual burnt and blackened stuff was free. "There is always catch..."

Something under the table squealed and sort of just lay still. Anyone else eyeing the spectacle would pretty much see half of Robert holding what looked like the other half of his legs, if he was into wearing extremely messy khakis, from under the table.

"Hmm?" This to Lucky, pale eyes leaving the group at large to focus on her neighbor. "Is there? Will that's good to know." She gave a delicate pout, lips pursing thoughfully before she gave her mug another small sip.

"Rep!" The redhead waved at her brother from another mother and/or continent, her slightly ominous grin turning into something friendlier. Oh, but friends were totally eligible for suffering in a prank war. Clerise nodded. "Totally. Take one for each of you, yeah?" She offered him a salute, and it wasn't even a sarcastic one. Another new girl appeared into the kitchen-- wow, you really do win more with honey instead of vinegar, maybe Jed guy had the right idea. Huh. "Sure, but I want your name first." She waved at the other tiny-chick. "You too, little lady." Clerise blinked as Gnat showed up-- she recognised HER from twitter at least. "Free coffee, one cup. Nice to meet you, spitfire--" She blinked at Jerry, and waved at him, still trying to shake Robert off her leg (bless you, Robert, but damnit). Finally, he was off of her-- BY NO MOVEMENT OF HER OWN, he had merely deigned to free her previously captured leg and he crawled off. "Listen, Jerry! It's free, dude. Just one cup, that's the rule. Help yourself." Next up was a guy with a coat she at least knew to be her division's. He twisted his glasses like a little nerd from those annie-moos Allan kept making her watch. "Zombie kid, green hair. You need one of those more than most, huh? Take one. No catch." Probably. Possibly. Nah, not at all. There was totally a catch. Huh. Another new face, and this one even smiled! Bonus credit already. Clerise grinned back, accompanying it with a saucy wink. "Everyone's invited, dude. Pull up a metaphorical chair, and by that I mean go grab a cup. Limit of one though, I'm afraid. Limited quantities, funding, blah blah blah. But yeah! Go for it."

Rep gave Clerise a very amicable nod and took a sip of the coffee he'd been offered. It was good. That immediately made him start to suspect a catch somewhere in the setup. Free expensive coffee wasn't just left lying around.
It was only when he realised this and started to pay ******** attention to the people around him that he realised something was amiss. Namely, his legs. And what was a lot ******** worse than his legs was everything else around waist height.
"Ace!" he yelped. "There's something in the ******** coffee."

Little? Peyton was little. Liking up at Clerice, the dainty Sun pointed to herself as if to classify, then offered her name anyways. "Peyton."
