A long pause, and then Allan just shook his head a little sadly. The ramune bottle was forgotten.
"If you cannot rely on nakama, then who will you rely on? There are many people, not just Rep-kun that are more hurtful. Do they deserve to be punished? I do not think that is for you to decide, you will only get yourself in trouble." Allan looked away. "If you begin to question too much, you will forget why you are here. Keep the things closest, brightest to you in your heart, your kokoro, and if the world does not change fast enough for you, remember that you have the choice to change yourself and fight for what you really believe in. I hope this means good things from you, I trust you, all the new trainee-tachi will one day be the new leaders and not make the same mistakes as the past."
The Sun lead smiled, a little less genial now. "If Rep-kun cannot learn from his mistakes it is his own burden to bear. He is a man and so are you. A man has their own pride, they need to fight their own evils."

"When someone harms their own, then they are held accountable. Punishment comes for a wrong that is committed. It might not be for me to decide, I'm not you, but I can at least wonder how far friendship and responsibility can be pushed." He said, looking at Allan.
"I'm not here to take the stance of punishment but protection. I don't like seeing people destroy themselves, but even worse when they hurt what I hold closest, brightest to me." Rin was all he had left here. Everyone else had turned his back.
At least Allan was very clear with how he was presenting his decisions on moving Rep to Life, if it had been entirely his decision. Allan felt Rep was a man, though most people treated Rep as a child, and Melvin didn't have a place in coming in here and saying too much on Rep's problems. Overall, it was a 'mind your own' situation, and Melvin considered it and breathed out.
"I get where you are coming from. I'm sorry if I came in here acting as if I wanted Rep's head on a platter. That wasn't my intent. I'm just concerned about seeing more hunters going postal and seeming a bit more...mental than what is normal around here. I sometimes feel a bit new in that I'm not entirely adapted to what is considered normal around here. Thank you for listening to me. A lot of of superiors don't seem to give that much."
