Rep's irritation only spiked further at Al's comment, not sure if he meant he didn't mean to offend him by indirectly asking the exact same question everyone else kept asking or if he meant he didn't mean to say Rep topped. In which case it felt like a not-so-subtle insult.
He crossed his arms. "******** hard to forget when you just ******** said it. You better no be trying to be a little smartarse with me. I'm no any sort of ******** b***h, and my sex life is no one's ******** business. Typical people, they get access to anything they could ever know and they ask about other people in the bedroom." Sure, he'd asked the same sort of questions, but he was allowed, he did it classily.

Rep went a bit red himself, he couldn't help it, embarrassed despite himself at the questions and the implications, pushed by the tone into doing something he didn't normally do.

Lying felt sour and the guilt was heavy despite it, it wasn't the whole truth and he knew it.

Rep was still knotted up with guilt at having flat out lied, to have been ashamed by the implication he would ever do anything at all but flat out destroy and dominate everything, that to relinquish even a tiny amount would be to lose the esteem Al held him in. It wasn't well timed when he was just regaining his feet.
And of course, he went on to talk about the sun, a word which made him flinch.
"Don't really want to talk about the weather." he grunted. "Especially no the ******** sun, given current s**t."

"Oh. No. I uh," Al wasn't sure what to say. It seemed like Rep was being bothered by something he had said - but he can't seem to figure out what. He still looked like a kicked puppy even after Rep explained, "Always? No drinking together ever then?"

Rep shrugged. "Nah, I didn't say never. I'm no a ******** creep, I'm no going to do anything to you or hit on you or anything man. I'm loyal as ********. I just..might start fights or whatever. But most of the time when I drink its just ******** hilarious. So maybe sometime." He tried to brighten up as best he could.
