The door chimed as a tall figure entered the shop. Her short brown hair was awkwardly brushed and hidden under a hat. While her whole appearance was a bit boyish and disheveled, she seemed cheerful and hummed as she walked around turning on all the lights. Slipping into the back, she hung up her accessories and dawned her work apron. She fussed for a moment over her name tag, which insisted upon resting crookedly on her chest, but huffed and let it be. Walking around to the front she wiped down the counters, swept the floor, and prepped the shop to open.
Checking her hair in the mirror one last time, she unlocked the door and switched the sign over to read 'OPEN' to anyone walking by. Headed behind the counter, she rummaged around for a bottle of water when she came across something she didn't expect. Two lonely drinks. She looked around for any evidence of them having been ordered and forgotten, but couldn't find any names. Not wanting to leave them in the back, never to grow, so she pulled them out and set them on the counter in hopes that someone might purchase them.
