Loren nodded, relief etched onto his face. Perhaps he was getting soft in his age and passion for poetry, as that was all he really wanted to do anymore was compose, but he was glad that she had conceded so easily. It made his job easier. "Very well. Is there anything you must attend to before leaving? Or shall we set out?" He asked.

Jeralyn looked thoughtful, she really should tell her parents, so that they do not worry. Of course, they may tell her she cannot go, since this was the South after all.
"I am thinking I should probably talk to my parents, so they do not think someone kidnapped me or anything. Enough of that has happened, I do not want to add any burdens,"she replied.

Loren nodded. "Then I shall wait here until morning, fairest Lady. And when you are ready, we shall head out." He said, dipping his head to her and settling down onto the ground for the night.

Jeralyn nodded her thanks to him, before she galloped off to talk to her parents. She had to see who this Garth was, so she could tell him to his face she was not interested.
"Mom, Dad...I need to talk to you,"she called out as she arrived where she had left them.

Haides yawned as he got to his feet, shaking the sleep from his frame. He'd been sleeping long enough, and Jeralyn was calling. ... Calling? And she needed to talk to them. Was something wrong? He didn't say anything, but his blue eyes were alert and attentive to his daughter.

Jaromila had been resting peacefully next to her mate, when she heard her daughter and sprang to her feet.
"Oh dear, I hope that something has not happened to anyone, that would be terrible,"Mila spoke gently, watching their daughter come closer to where they were.
"I am sorry for waking you,"Lyn apologized.

Haides nodded to his mate's remark, then shook his head to his daughter's. "It's fine." He inspected Jeralyn calmly. "You said you needed to talk to us?"

Jaralyn nodded to her father, yes, she needed to tell them this, so they would not worry.
"yes, I need to make a trip to see someone, I do not expect to be gone very long. Just need to see why someone wants to see me, then I can come right back,"Lyn explained.

Haides nodded slowly, thinking about... well, several things. "... Alright. But be careful, Lyn." Nudging her, he added, "And if you have any trouble, find Punk C.A.B. or Itzal." If she was going far enough that she would be gone long enough for them to worry, Haides wouldn't be surprised if this 'someone' Jeralyn was seeing wasn't closer to his southern brother.

Jeralyn looked surprised, how did her father know where she was going, since she knew both the names he mentioned lived in the South.
"It was obvious, dear, since you would not come to tell us if you were going somewhere in the Northern territory or Neutral territory,"Mila spoke gently, havin seen her daughter's surprise.
"Very well, I will be as careful as I can. If I need help, I will go to Punk or Uncle Itzal,"Lyn agreed.

Haides smiled in slight amusement at his daughter's surprise. It was almost as rare of an occurrence as him being surprised. He nuzzled Jeralyn before stepping back. "Be safe." Hopefully he wouldn't have to worry about Jeralyn; she had a good head on her shoulders, just like her mother. Even so, as her father, he couldn't help but worry a bit. Who would've known enough about his daughter to summon her to the south?

Jeralyn gave her parents one of her smiles, something that was reserved for them and the rest of her family she felt close enough.
"I will, you guys just do all you can to keep Grandma Serenity and Grandma Michi from worrying too much,"Lyn spoke, nuzzling both of her parents.
"We will do our best, just come back safely,"Mila added softly, her daughter nodding.

Haides nodded to his daughter's request, smiling when she did. Then he nodded in agreement to Jaromila's request. No matter who this mysterious 'someone' Jeralyn was meeting was, as long as she came home safely, it didn't matter to him.

Jeralyn nuzzled her parents one more time with a smile, before heading back to where she had left the stallion.
"Alright, I am ready to go when you are, sir. My parents have been told, so they will not worry as much,"Lyn told him.

Loren nodded as he stood up and shook the debris off of his coat. "Alright then. Lets go." He smiled and motioned for her to follow beside him as he led the way south.
