"Thank you." She said looking around the home, it was nice, she decided, comfortable looking. "So you just live on your own?" She asked, taking a seat in one of the chairs.

"Yes, it's just me," Aislin replied with a small nod. "Well, me and my friends like Dev," she continued with a small smile as she lifted the lid and rummaged for what she needed. "I feel claustrophobic when I'm in town. The people are nice enough, but they irritate me after a while." She paused a moment to shove her sleeve up to her elbow. "My name is Aislin. What is yours? What brings you out here?"

The woman smirked a little and nodded.
"I can understand that." She tried to stay away from the towns. People made her uneasy too, not that she really knew why. At the question she looked up.
"I don't know the answer to either of those questions. I don't know who I am or where I came from. I just know I woke up a few nights ago in a room and ... that's the first thing I remember."

"Oh. How strange," Aislin replied and looked up at her. She had heard of people losing their memories before, but she had never met anyone that actually had. "That must be very disconcerting to not know those things. Regardless, I'm glad your path led you here. I swear, if I ever find out who dug that pit, they'll be sorry," she said, shaking her head and starting to carefully, albeit slightly awkwardly wrapping her wrist.

"Yes, yes it is." She said softly watching Aslin. "Would you like me to do that for you?" She asked, holding her hand out. "I have two free hands."

Aislin paused at her offer and gave her a grateful smile.
"Thank you. That would be very kind," she smiled and moved closer to her. "I hope that it's not broken. I don't think that it is. It feels like it's just sprained. Don't be afraid to wrap it tightly," she smiled as she held the bandages out to her. "Do you remember anything beyond waking up that night? Like where you are going?"

The woman took the bandage and fastened it expertly and quickly around Aslin's arm.
"I don't think it's broken either." She confirmed. "I think you would be jumping more if it was. I really don't remember anything there was some man there but I don;t think I knew him really. I don't know where I'm going."

Lin watched her wrap her arm with expertise and smiled broadly. She had done a perfect job.
"Thank you," she said, nodding to her and rising to her feet as she listened to her. "I have some old maps from my father's home if you are interested in looking at them. Even if you don't know where you are going, it might be nice to know what is around," she suggested as she went to put some water on to boil for tea.

She shrugged her shoulders.
"I could do though, I seem to know things like that. I think, whoever I am I know how to look after myself. I know how to track and fight it seems."

"Well, then that's not such a bad thing, is it?" Lin smiled and turned to start pulling food out of her larder. "Would you like to stay the night? You can get some proper rest and another meal in you at least before you move on," she offered.

The woman nodded.
"I would like that very much, thank you." She smiled a little. She had slept out in the forest the past couple of nights and would be very happy to have somewhere safe and comfortable to sleep."

"You are very welcome," Aislin smiled and started to cook up something delicious for supper. It would be nice to have some company for a bit. Normally she didn't seek it out in other persons, but she owed this woman her life and she did not feel imposing like some of the others. A bit brusque, but one couldn't be faulted for that. As she cooked, Devlin cautiously approached the other woman. Catching his movement out of the corner of her eye, Lin smirked and shook her head.
"If he bothers you, just tell him to leave you alone. He's a bit of a mess."
