Status: Wondering how she could doubt him
"All of the technologies that you are used to," Vandal began, "Have only been around for the past century. Even electricity has been investigated for only about four hundred years, not even a tenth of my lifetime. I will adapt quickly."
He moved his hand from under hers, and used his finger to turn her head by the chin, so that she was looking at him. "Is this concern more for yourself?"

STATUS: Interested in what such a world would be like.
..................Natalia gave him a small assuring smile. "Perhaps a bit...but it should not be a problem." she replied. "I adapted to fending for myself on the streets, so the lack of technology or vehicles should be nothing. Just a luxury I'd grown used to since moving to America."
She was a little concerned, but not enough to overshadow her confidence that she would be more than fine without such luxuries. She had lived on the streets... there was no technology or easy transportation then. At the Lounge however... well she'd grown used to the lights and luxury such things provided. She knew she would be fine though. Especially if she was by Vandal's side.

Location: Hidden base within the Great Sphinx of Giza, Egypt
Status: Vandal Savage: Glad to see some confidence; Julianne: Still somewhat shaken
Vandal nodded, replying, "Do not worry, my Queen. You'll have luxuries aplenty."
Julianne, whom Savage had promised an Adviser position, just under Natalia in his planned hierarchy, was still a little disturbed at the idea that Vandal proposed, but decided to cover it up as best as possible. She moved from Savage and walked to the other side of Natalia's chair, saying as she did, "Besides, we'll have you, and you'll be on top of the world. What's to be afraid of?"
Then, she leaned forwards a little, giving Natalia a perfect view down her blouse, emphasizing it by using her arms to press her breasts together slightly. "And if the King is off doing Kingly things, his Queen and his Adviser can always keep themselves busy, yes?"

STATUS biggrin istracted.....
..................Natalia's smile grew in response to Vandal's statement. It felt reassuring, and it felt better knowing that she wouldn't have to adapt to anything like the life she had before America. Not... that she thought things would get that bad or anything. But she was used to the lights, the cars, the technology, the jewelry, perfume, fashionable bits of clothing, showers... all the things that spoiled her once she came here.
Then Julianne came around the other side of her chair and provided her with a nice little distraction from her thoughts. Namely the two plump little “girls” that Julianne was pressing through the cleavage of her blouse. Which she was doing on purpose... the woman's cleavage didn't pop like that when she leaned over unless she was giving it some help. Damn Cobblepot.... she had never been into this sort of “thing” until she came to the Lounge. Now, however...
Natalia's gaze lingered on the open collar of Julianne's shirt as she formed a reply. ”Yes... I suppose I could come up with plenty to do to occupy my time. Double that if I have some company...” she said, finally moving her gaze back towards Julianne's face.

Status: Savage: Extremely pleased; Julianne: Much calmer now Julianne had no such misgivings about this sort of thing; she had been attracted to women before she had started being attracted to men. Savage let the scene play out a little, as he also had a great view of Julianne's cleavage from his angle, but then he broke the little scene. "Julianne, I'd hate to ruin your plans, but I'm going to need Natalia with me. One does not simply approach the Demon's Head alone."Julianne pouted a little at the news. It was pretty obvious that it was a playful little pout, made even more obvious when she said, "Awww..." in an almost childlike manner. Then she said, "You'll both hurry back, right? It'll be lonely here." "Of course," Vandal said in reply. There really was only one correct answer.

STATUS:Interested in how the little trip is going to play out.
.................."Perhaps while we are gone, you can come up with some fun little activities that we can all enjoy together.” Natalia suggested with a smirk. “I'm sure if this turns into a tedious task, we could both use a little change of pace.” Her mind was focused far more on the trip to see Ras than it was on the return home party, though. That could be fun once the time arrived, but the fact that she would need to go with Vandal added a new bundle to focus on.
So she turned her attention back towards Vandal. “In the mean time... what does one wear to meet the Head of the Demon? Formal, Casual, Flexible outfits with nice little weapon accessories?”

Status: Savage: Getting ready to go; Julianne: Felling a little left out, but she'll get over it Savage, moving now towards a small set of closet doors, moved an arm around Natalia's waist to bring her along with him. "Your nicest outfit that you can still easily kill someone while wearing it will do nicely. A single weapon would also be advised; he does appreciate people who are not afraid to show power," he said, pulling her against himself tightly, but not so tight that it made walking awkward. Julianne was grateful to be away from Savage for the moment, behind him, in his blind spot. Staying silent, she was able to focus more on actually calming down from the shock of Vandal's plan, rather than just stay the symptoms of not being calm.

.................."Well then, I'll have to see what I have in my wardrobe..." Natalia replied. Her tone a light purr as she moved her arm around Vandal as he led her out. She did have a few things she could put on... She had a black dress made of form fitting but giving material. Easy to move around in without having a wardrobe malfunction. Or she had that little green number with the slit up the side... a bit easier to run in.

Status: Savage: Looking forward to seeing what Natalia picks; Julianne: Remaining silent as she tries to grasp the scope of Vandal's plans Vandal led Natalia to the small closet doors, and opened one with his free hand. A light came on automatically, revealing that the size of the doors belied the sheer size of this closet. His free hand then opened the other door, revealing its full size. There were several pieces of menswear, clearly tailored to fit Savage, as well as a large number of dresses. In the front, if Natalia were to look, she would see the black dress that she had thought of earlier; the green dress was in there, too, but not as visibly, as it was further back. "I took the liberty of having a few dresses made for you, my Queen," Savage said, obviously understating himself, "One of my servants took one of your dresses to a tailor, who measured it and created them based on your measurements. They're all yours," he added, gesturing inside.

..................Natalia paused for a moment as she glanced inside the closet. A small smile mad it's way around her dark lips as she looked over what was inside. Her hand moved back from Vandal and returned to her side. "Have you now? Well then, thank you my King. Let me see what all I have to wear..." she said as she moved closer into the closet. She loved getting new outfits... especially if it was something she could get a little dirty in.

Status: Pleased to see her happy "They're all to do with as you please. I bought them for you, after all," Savage said, stepping inside the closet. He pressed a button on the inside, and the doors quietly closed and locked magnetically. His expression immediately changed from happiness to seriousness. "There's a problem with Julianne, my dear Natalia," the immortal said. He know that the room was soundproofed, but wasn't sure if she did. Ah, well, if she asked, he'd just tell her. He walked to the side of the closet with the menswear, then stopped short of looking through it. He knew the importance of waiting to see what the woman was going to wear, so that he could accent her with his own clothes as well as possible.

Hm... didn't want to ruin something bran new with blood stains...

Status: Curious to see if she agrees with his choice Savage stepped closer to Natalia, until his chest was against her back, and he whispered, "If you get blood on any of them, we can always replace them. Although if that should happen to the white dress, it might make it look... particularly appealing to me. Red on white is such a sexy contrast sometimes." His breath was just grazing her ear.

Status: Very pleased with the outcome Savage smiled back, his hands turning her slowly, until they were face to face, pressed against each other. There was a slight bulge, letting her know exactly how sexy he thought she would look in such a painted dress. Painted dress... Vandal decided he liked the term, and then added, "I should hope it doesn't get painted during the meeting. I'm not sure I'd be able to control myself."He moved his head to the side of hers, and started kissing her neck lightly. He knew she preferred a more deliberate pace, but they needed to discuss Julianne first. "But about Julianne..." he said, breaking up his speech in between kisses on her neck and shoulders, his hands moving around to her back, "She may... become disposable... to our cause."
