I know Kadryn's going to lose so here's what she;'ll gain:

Kadryn saw her opponent take the time to heal herself, and dove down at what she perceived as a moment of inattention in her opponents defense.
She pulled up at the last moment and turned all her dives force into an overhead smash. Forgetting that her opponent wasn't a dragon who had scales and thick bones to take the damage; this was a battle, and while her berserk rage wasn't dark and bloodthirsty, it was driving her to attack with everything and no holding back.

It was almost impossible to miss a thousand sharp leaves flying at you. She knew that the end of the battle was near. If it didn't end right now, it would end very soon.
She flung the leaves towards Kadryn with mighty force, only to wonder how the girl would take the damage. After the battle was over, Kavanna would heal the two up fully so they could talk about what was in the future. Kadryn was shocked by the sheer amount of sharp leaves that flew at her and cut her. Shocked enough that the exhilaration and fun she'd been having vanished and she was left with no berserk feelings at all.
Realizing the danger, she quickly furled in her wings before too many feathers were damaged and fell with a thud to the ground. Dodging a good majority of the leaf storm though still bleeding profusely.
"Wow... never seen a mage use something that big before," she said from her dazed position on the ground. Now that her blood wasn't singing with the thrill of battle she felt all the scratches and aches of Kavanna's spells.
"Urg, mages are tougher to fight than dragons... Though I .. hmm, that wasn't the rage that I've been having lately.. that was more like the battle thrill I felt in the past....." She mused as she watched Kavanna heal herself from Kadryn's last blow. Kadryn felt marginally proud of that hit. Even though this women was so strong, she's still managed to get a strong blow in!

Kavanna smiled as she walked over to Kadryn's side and began to heal up the rest of her wounds from her last devastating attack. "I'm extremely proud to hear you say that. Maybe this can be the start of a new life for you, Kadryn. I'm sure your family and friends miss you back home, though. So what are you going to do?" she questioned before glancing up at the sun's position in the sky.
"It's getting sort of late, we must do this again sometime in the future. Keep to your training and we will battle again someday, alright?" she said, wings expanding outward as if she were getting ready to take flight. She awaited Kadryn's response before saying her goodbyes and leaving, today was long, but much needed.
