"That sounds very similar to what my family does to me!" Yaholo laughed. They'd do anything to get him awake, really. From tempting food to throwing cold water on him, if it can be done, it's been tried. His curiosity was peaked when she mentioned that she had adopted siblings, and he smiled.

"You have adoptive siblings?" He questioned. "I have two younger half-sisters, but they live in completely different places. My bossy sister lives with me, while my rebel sister lives with my mother."

Zuri nodded. "Yes, they are twins and when they parents passed away they came to live with me. The three of us are only a year apart, and they moved in when they were still very little. It was an adventure to say the least." she said as she laughed.

Two younger half-sisters? That was interesting. "Have they ever met? They seem like they would be a force to be reckoned with if they ever teamed up." she said laughing.

Yaholo chuckled as he considered the thought of his sisters meeting one day. Pahana would try to boss Tahigwa around, Tahigwa would try to beat up Pahana, and he would have a lot of yelling to deal with. Yeah, hopefully they would meet when they were older and less... Crazy.

"No, they haven't met yet," He said, rubbing the back of his head. "Tahigwa, the rebel, doesn't take orders from anyone, especially those that are her age. If they ever met, I'd probably be taking Pahana home in shambles..." He let out a nervous chuckle. "Ehhh, but Paha might try to teach her to dance before getting herself beaten up, so, maybe them meeting wouldn't be so bad...?"

Zuri laughed at the image. "Well in that case it might but smart to wait a while before they met. Or at least talk to the two of them about each other first so they know what they are getting themselves into." she had seen younglings scrap, hell she had gotten into one or two of them herself, but that didn't mean she wished that his younger sisters had a fight! "Or maybe put them in a place where they can't fight?" she suggested. She knew that was impossible though. If they wanted to fight there was nothing that would stop them.

Yaholo snorted a little at the thought of trying to keep his siblings away from fighting one another. Pahana was about as flexible as the wind through the trees, Tahigwa could lift boulders nearly two times her own weight, and he could scream for back up. Yeah, trying to keep them out of trouble would be like trying to find a purple fruit that could make you godlike, frigging impossible.

"Naah, I think letting them deal with it themselves would be best," He said, nodding. "But, seeing as they're still children, and can't go further than their homes without being caught, I doubt they'll meet until they're older." And just as he finished that thought, karma raised it's head, scratched his chin, and made a great, but silent challenge to his statement.

She smiled. "Well from my memories as a youngling myself, be careful what you say. Because if their as fierce as you say they are... Well then I don't doubt that they will meet way before you intend them too." she said with a laugh. Of course he was right, for the most part younglings didn't stay far from their homes without someone seeing them and returning them to where they belong. However.... She did remember a few times when her and her siblings were not at all where they should have been.

Soon she spotted a fruit tree and steered them towards it. As she started gathering fruits and putting in her bag she thought of another question. "So how did your parents meet Yaholo?" she asked curiously.

Yaholo paused his own fruit picking and tried his best to remember what both of his parents had told him. He knew how they had been separated, how he came to be, and why he was here, but... He had no idea how they met, exactly. He tapped his chin and shrugged, giving a weak smile to Zuri.

"I'm not sure how they met, actually..." He said. "I suppose my father trekked to Jauhar one day and met her? I... I haven't been told anything further than how they were separated from one another and never got to raise me together..." He picked a few more fruits of the tree while continuing. "I could ask my father, I suppose... Or maybe my mother would have a better version...? I don't know."

Zuri smiled at him as she picked the fruits. "I think it would be amusing to ask both your parents, just to see who's story is more feasible. I think mixing the two together will get you the most accurate description." she said with a smile.

"When I asked my father how he met my mother he told me he protected her from a huge beast that wanted to kill her. When I came here I asked her, and she said it was nothing more then a Spitorog." she laughed. She wasn't surprised that her father had exaggerated. He was prone to doing so.

Yaholo cackled. That sounded like something his father would say. He was also prone to making small catches seem bigger than they actually were. Sometimes Cusick amazed him and terrified him, both at the same time. But he was his father, and he couldn't ask for a better man for the job.

"That sounds like a good idea, I should try that." He agreed, plucking a plump fruit off the tree. "Maybe I'd get a better idea of who I am, too."

She nodded. "To know where you come from always helps you know who you will be." she said with a smile. She knew that finding out about her mother's side of the family really helped her learn about who she was.

Looking up she realized that it was getting dark outside, she wondered how long they had been talking. It didn't seem like it was that long. However, she should head home soon before she worried her family about where she was. "Well I better get going. Hopefully next time we meet you can tell me about how your parents met." she said with a smile.
