Makoto Lung  LV. 10 Experience: (066/550) Hp: 140 Cp: 110 MHp: 120 Dodge:16+2=18 Resting posts must be 4 lines long +1 hp/cp/mhp Makoto waited but when the kunai appeared near his neck, he smiled to her knowing that it was her and she was not actually going to harm him. Listening to her talk and disappearing to the forest floor, Makoto started after her with the same smile on his face. He was being quiet about it too, but strangely he was slightly better than he thought he was himself. She was running away from him as he silently gave case to the Anzan from the tree tops. Getting slightly ahead of her and out of sight, makoto then jumped down from the tree to catch her. Landing on his feet in front of her, makoto brought his hands up and hugged her as she ran into him with forced them to fall down. “ Are you making this easy for me? “ Asked makoto as a smile widened on his face, but at the same time the redness also took over his face. Finally letting her go and returning to his feet, makoto retreated down the path again. He needed to find a good hiding spot like he did last time, he finally found one as he hid behind a large enough tree… he was in it to win it. Airi was surprised as Makoto found her rather easily. "Wh-what? Easy for you? I'm sorry, I'll do better Makoto-san." She cursed under her breath for not being more of a challenge and went out to go and find him. She went off into the same direction, which made this slightly easier than a normal game, he had to be forward and not backward... or could he? She turned to see if maybe he was following him. Nope. She turned back and used her eyes and ears to find him, but no luck. Damn, he's better at this than I am. And that was saying something...

He was trapped but he was not going to let that stop him from trying to win this game, makoto looked back at her slightly for a moment before doing his best to stay quiet. He made a silent and stealthy break for it as fast as he could too. He was feeling abit odd already, like his body was still not use to all this good karma. He had trained hard to be a swordsman, but he was lacking in the shinobi section of his training… it was going to be one of those days again for him. Airi continued searching the area, walking forward as she did so. You can do it, just keep your eyes peeled. She heard some rustling nearby as Makoto ran to another hiding spot. Her eyes narrowed, a predator hunting for prey, Gotcha... She ran towards his hiding spot, drawing a kunai as she did and came upon him. "You make a lot of noise when you move." Her eyes still had that look to her. She soon realized this, and darted off to hide. No, keep it under control Airi. You can't let that come out. You can hold it back, just concentrate.

She was good at hiding and he knew that he was going to have a day like this, it was inevitable that lacking his shinobi training would lead him into this kind of problem. Still he was going on the lookout in search for her, but if he could find her then he could catch her and start running… but it looked like it was not meant to be this time. It seemed she was able to hide better this time around. She continued to remain low to the ground and dash from brush to brush, making as little noise as possible. This was her element after all and she was able to hunt rabbits herself, so it was almost unfair... almost. It seemed Makoto was pretty adept at this game as well, which made it quite a challenge. She remained inside a bush beneath a tree as she watched her lover friend attempt to find her.

Convinced that she may have had moved on ahead of him, makoto continued down the road again in the trees. Stopping to look around and checking the surroundings for her presence, the young shinobi swordsman sighed at the fact that he may lose. But with that being said in his head, makoto was not going to give up for anything and continued on looking. Cat and Mouse Cat: d20 + Awareness( 8 ) = 9 Mouse: d20 + Stealth( 6 ) = 3/5

Airi noticed the Makoto was having a bit of trouble trying to find her, which was good for her, and good for him she supposed. You can't learn if you don't challenge yourself. She remained low to the ground and tried to move, but she couldn't seem to make it far without making some kind of noise, whether it was breaking leaves and twigs, knocking over rocks, or rustling the branches of the local brush. She hoped it wasn't loud enough for him to spot her, but if he was as good as she thought, then she would be 'dead' in no time flat. We are making some pretty good time though. We should be nearing the border fairly quickly.

It would seem that he had traveled too far ahead by abit, but it was Airi in the bushes because of her red hair. He looked away for a moment like he didn’t notice her, but he then fell backwards and used his chakra to keep himself to the trees branch. Finally upside down, he looked directly at Airi and spoke to her with a smile. “ Hello there Airi, and good bye. “ spoke makoto with a smile as he climbed back up on the trees branch, jumping on ahead before hiding in one of the trees. Airi cursed herself for making too much noise, but now it was her turn to seek him out. She stood up straight to stretch out her muscles, rolling her back, almost like a cat. She then ran in the direction he was headed, but she couldn't manage to find him. If I didn't know better I'd say he was better than me... She kept her eyes and ears peeled on the surrounding area, but there was still no sign of any movement that she could tell.

It was not too far off to his surprise, so makoto smiled as he stood still and waited for her to appear but also kept himself aware of his surroundings in case they were going to have to fight soon. She had to count in her head how many times he had succeeded, and it seemed he had won the game. "Congratulations Makoto-san. It seems you have beat me at my own game. I will be sure to practice so as to be better next time." She grabbed her scarf and threw it over her shoulder, as it had fallen off while playing the game. She stopped by him, looking at him in the eyes, but turned her eyes away, turning a little red. "U-um... I think we are making some good time. If my navigation is correct we should be crossing the border between the Sound and the land of Yuu." She took a sniff at the air and didn't smell anyone nearby. She continued walking along the path, trying not to look in his direction. "They didn't rough you around, did they?"
