Madison wasn't really sure why she wanted to start with... well, okay. She'd been looking for Aria, not because she wanted to accuse the Mist Lead but because Aria seemed the type who might know something. Instead, she came up with... hm.
She listened politely to Lance as he answered her question, then sighed as he wheeled away. No, that didn't seem likely at all. His weapon couldn't have made those gouges in the table, she was pretty sure, and Lance probably had the least ability to get away cleanly of anyone in Deus.
Lance looks up at you with an odd look. "What about it? It's over and done with, and even I didn't get to look at the footage despite the fact that it's one of the few damn things I'm good for. I can't exactly go running around doing things other hunters can't stand for." He grumps and wheels off before you can reply.
Madison dutifully noted her observations. Hm. Who else...

Taking her own advice, Ami decided to head towards Clarice. She was wary of the woman, absolutely terrified of her power, and actually a bit humbled by her.
The motorcycle was a surprise, but Lex had always told her about their usefulness. Who knew, maybe it would be helpful. She was just a hunter and Clarice was assistant- she'd always defer to the older woman.
"Excuse me Ms. Clarice, could I talk to you about the council incident?" she asked politely, not sure if she was interrupting.
"Really? I was busy with the Insanity study when it happened. Kind of like how I'm busy now. There's nothing I can tell you that you won't be able to find in the official report or the surveillance footage."
Ami nodded and said, "My mistake," but something bothered her. Clarice said that Ami could get access to the footage, but Lance claimed it wasn't available even to him. She decided to write down a few more things next to Lance.

After having spent a bit of time at the cemetery, Kat moved on to her next person for questioning. Not exactly someone she was eager to go and question, giving her temper.. Nonetheless, Kat made her way to Edith's office to ask her a few questions. She would have liked to say she got all the answers she needed, but the interview ended before it began with Kat quickly retreating from the woman's office.
Lets just leave her as a possible suspect..

Why Lex even chose to approach the Moon leader first was something he'd question for a good amount of time. If she was the division standard that Hunters the likes of Marcus and Ryan tried to meet, she'd certainly be stern and more than a little unforgiving.
"Are you kids causing shenanigans, because I won't hold truck with any tomfoolery under my watch." Her gaze started to pierce him with the sheer amount of judgement displayed.

Oh, right. Ask Caelius about it. THAT WAS CLEARLY AN EXCELLENT PLAN. Except it completely wasn't. He definitely had a weapon that could do the damage to the table, and he absolutely had a motive, and yet it was so damn obvious that somehow she couldn't believe he'd actually done it. He would've been either incredibly stupid to do it...
... or brilliant, knowing that people would think he was too obvious.

Lucky tapped his chin with the end of his pen. "There is most certain a murderer, but am not certain of culprit. Is it man in vheelchair who claims he cannot see his own tapes of surveillance?"
He lowered his voice slightly, seeing as they were standing right outside Clarice's garage: "Or is it voman who studies closely essence of crazy - if such alibi can even be proven."
"Is a great mystery," he smiled, totally unaware there was an actual murder.

Next stop was Clarice. She didn't know the life assistant all that well, but knew that a lot of the trainees looked up to her, as well as many other hunters. In any case, she entered the garage and awkwardly began asking her questions. Not getting much of an answer, the life hunter did make a good case of her not having been around when all of this went down. "Ah, sorry. Thanks for your time."
Waaay too awkward for her liking..
