Gabby called her heavy and Sibyl actually stopped to give him a genuinely worried look. Was she too heavy? She still had some of her baby fat as a seal but...but she was growing into her size! She was getting larger and larger as a seal. But was she..really that heavy? The nuzzle being returned was enough to surprise her out of her worried thoughts, giving him a tiny smile and settling comfortably against his back. What did he say? "You are my dragon mount." Sibyl teased, though she spoke as if she was being completely serious.

The jogging had her squeaking and giggling, clinging to the dragon boil so she wouldn't fall off. It wasn't as gentle a ride as flying had been! Yeesh! She was actually rather thankful for when he stopped jogging, already climbing off his back and sitting on the ground. "Deal! What happens when one of us wins?" Sibyl asked while taking off her shoes. Her seal skin was unwrapped from around her waist and placed lovingly on the ground so she could remove her stockings. The skirt was about to come next until she remembered something Marzena had told her.

Sibyl blinked and looked up at Gabby. "I think you're supposed to turn around for this..." Whether he did or not she shrugged and removed the rest of her clothing, folding it neatly and setting it down by a tree before she picked up her seal skin and pulled it over her body. Little by little the ghoul disappeared and the 6-foot-long brown leopard seal came to life. Finally when she was finished she rolled onto her tummy, staring up at Gabby with a big toothy grin and huge turquoise eyes.

"Ta daaaaa! All done!"

And then she rolled gracefully into the water...if by gracefully you mean she rolled along the ground until she fell into the water.

Sibyl bobbed and rolled idly in the water while she waited for Gabby to let her know he was ready, not thinking anything of the mist that was swirling out over the water; it happened all the time, and she quite liked the atmosphere it provided sometimes. What she hadn't been expecting was the large shadow that loomed over her. Sibyl blinked and turned around..

And promptly let out a terrified scream.

She disappeared under the water and sank to the bottom, cowering away from the huge dragon with teeth bigger than her own body and a mouth that could eat her up in one bite and big claws and..and...!

Gabby you dirty cheater!

Survival instinct alone kept Sibyl from letting out a startled cry when the giant dragon head appeared in the water with her. It had all been a trick a horrible lie Gabby had betrayed her he was going to eat her ahhhhhhhhhh! He called out her name and she just stared. What? What was he going to do? She was not going to go near him.

His mouth opened and her eyes widened in terror. This was it. She was going to die. Her best friend was going to kill her.

She closed her eyes and braced herself for this terribly tragic fate, at least until something landed on her head. Her eyes fluttered open and she turned them up to see...little hearts floating down from the dragon. She blinked. What..?

Gabby was making little hearts out of ice. She knew he didn't breathe fire, that wasn't the problem, but he was making little hearts.

For her.

She pushed off the bottom of the lake and slowly floated up closer to the dragon until her nose bumped against his and she stayed there. He wasn't..so big and scary. Any dragon who made hearts couldn't be that menacing, right? She smiled. "I loves you too, Gabby~." Her voice sounded warped from the water but she at least spoke with practiced clarity. She bumped her nose against his once more before she moved around his head to lift her nose out of the water and take in a breath. Speaking underwater wasn't always the best idea.

"Are we still racing? ..You're cheating." Sibyl's head was completely above the water now, eyeing the dragon boil suspiciously. He'd done this on purpose.

The ghoul narrowed her eyes with suspicion. "My natural form is how I swim, I'm not as strong a swimmer as a ghoul." She looked Gabby's form over as best as she could given its immense size. He could crush her with one foot. Hnnnnng. "You're a fast flyer as a regular boil. But as a dragon..two flaps of your wings and you're on the other side of the lake."

It seemed Sibyl did have some logic in that brain of hers. She wasn't as dumb as she let herself seem. "Cheaters kiss a fish." Sibyl stated with a pout, or as much of a pout as a seal's muzzle could allow. This wouldn't be a punishment for Sibyl because she wasn't cheating.

Victory. The seal gave a toothy grin as Gabby changed back even if he did call her a sore loser. This had to be a fair race, Gabby. If she could swim better as a ghoul she would! She knew darn well he could fly really fast! "I'm always happy, Gabby!" Sibyl replied with a giggle, giving him another toothy grin until he questioned their friendship. The smile fell and the seal flapped her flippers in the water, splashing around unhappily and bobbing around as she made a strange...barking..sound...

...Okay, Sibyl.

"We are friends! Best friends ever! I just said I love you!" Granted she said that to pretty much anyone who would let her but with Gabby she really, really, really meant it! He was her favorite! Him and Marzie! "You're being a buttface." Sibyl where did you learn such language?!

Probably from someone in the monster dorms. Full of delinquents.

"You said we could raaaaaaace." She whined and flapped her flippers again, giving Gabby the most impatient look. Whine whine whine, Sibyl.

Sibyl gave a little cheer as Gabby announced he would count down, moving closer to the edge of the lake and turning to face the other side. She looked determined now. Determined to win.

"Readies!" She called out, waiting for the boil's countdown.

Sibyl gave a small gasp as Gabby suddenly took off before he'd actually finished the countdown, shoving off away from the lake's edge and darting through the water. She bobbed and spun to speed up whenever she could, giving a pump of her flippers. She wasn't exactly built for speed but..

Her face smacked the other shore without warning and she rolled onto the beach, staring up at the sky and totally expecting to see Gabby standing over her taunting about how he had won.

There was no taunting.

She rolled onto her stomach and lifted her head to find the boil far behind her.

"I.." Her eyes widened. "I won..?" She gasped. "I WON! I WON! I WON! I WOOOOON! WHOOHOOOOOOOO!" She bounced and flapped her flippers, falling into the water again with a bark of surprise. Didn't matter. SHE WON.
