"Pfft. You just don't want me to have any fun!" Chaos laughed as he left, Warbringer trailing behind him.

On the stage, Warbringer walked into the spotlight and for a moment, did nothing. Then, when ordered, she began to flex her muscles, utilizing Bulk Up to increase her muscular mass. As she did this, she began slightly pushing her internal flame outward, allowing singular flames to orbit her body. The more she pushed Bulk Up on herself, the more of her fire escaped.

Eventually, the flames orbiting her body grew in size as well as quantity, creating quite the light show of moving fire. Once Bulk Up could empower her no further, she began moving her limbs in an eccentric dance, as if guiding the flames. This went on for a minute or so, before Warbringer stood up straight and stretched her arms out. The flames gathered at her palms then, only to be released together as a Flamethrower aimed away from anyone and anything flammable - just for show.

When this was over, she bowed and went backstage to try to steady her heartbeat and relax her muscles.

Lykas stepped forward after Chaos and War had made their appeal, signaling to Arcus to follow him to the stage area. "We'll go next." He announced as the Castform took center stage.

"Ready Arcus?" The hybrid asked of his partner Pokemon. The Normal-type nodded and hovered just above the ground. "Ice Beam! Build it up." The hybrid commanded and his Pokemon nodded. The Castform took a deep breath and began to blow a freezing stream of energy from his mouth, spinning in elaborate circles as he did. The ice built up around the Pokemon into a massive flower much like a lotus blossom, encasing the little Normal-type inside. "Sunny Day!"

Arcus nodded and began to release a surge of fire chi from himself, his body morphing into his Sunny Form. The bright orb of chi he formed caused the ice flower around him to glow a vivid red-orange color like sunset captured in floral form. "And finish it with Weather Ball!" From within the flower, a mighty ring of flames erupted as Arcus slammed the Sunlight infused orb into the ground, shattering it and releasing the energy. The frozen flower keeping the Castform captive erupted into steam quickly, revealing the sun-shaped temporary Fire-type at the center shimmering in the mist he had created. As the mist cleared, Arcus and Lykas bowed in unison before exiting the stage.

"Ooh! Ooh! Us next!" Alex volunteered, waving her hand in the air and running onto the stage. Tossing a pokeball out, her Magnemite emerged, electricity surging around it. "Alright Polaris, let's knock Sub's socks off!" The magnet was surprised at its sudden nickname but didn't seem to mind it. It took center stage with the spotlight above casting a gleam off its metallic body.

"Use Magnet Bomb and spread it around you." Polaris' magnets cast a faint glow as two silver orbs formed from the ends. It began to spin, dispensing the orbs off and creating more before firing those as well. The act would continue until there were numerous metal balls floating mid air around Polaris. With no intended target, they would simply hover which was perfect for the next move. "Time for Discharge and don't let it go!" At this command, Polaris would unleash his electric attack on all sides, a stream of lightning latching onto each small sphere. The orbs were now glowing as the electricity coiled around them and remained connected to the Magnemite. Seeing the display going on as Alex had envisioned, she proceed with the next step. "Now use Gyro Ball to bring it all together!" The steel pokemon would begin to glow as it spun rapidly while maintaining the Discharge, a white and gold ring circling around it as it did. The streams that connected to the Magnet Bombs had brought them closer and into a ring that circled the smaller one around Polaris. "Add the tilt!" Alex would instruct, crossing her fingers. Magnemite managed to pull it off, his display having him look much like a golden shimmering Saturn. The young blonde was beaming as she gave Polaris the signal to finish which involved him coming to a complete stop. The outer ring would also halt, revealing the steel bombs to have turned gold from the rapid electrical exposure. All of a sudden, the golden bombs would detonate in a shower of golden sparks around Polaris before they fell onto the stage.

Polaris would return to its trainer's side as she waved to the crowd and exited stage left. "That was so cool! We should do contest more often!" she grinned, hugging her Magnemite who was flushed a bit red from embarrassment.

The cloaked figure would hobble to the center of the room, the cloak brushing away to revel a pair of black boots that were zipped up the person's leg. Deciding to forego the illusion of another person beneath the cloak, the figure flung it into the air before donning a pair of black shades with purple lenses, a shock of long blue hair and a swallowtail undertaker's coat hugging the girl's body. A small record symbol and musical note sat on the back of the girl's blue jeans to hopefully foreshadow her act. Throwing down a single Pokeball,a Porygon floated up next to her with a glint in its eye that spoke volumes. "Church, time for some lights. Signal Beam if you would please." The youthful voice muttered from the small figure's mouth, the Porygon responding by zapping the Signal Beam into a few of the reflective surfaces around, sending flashes of light into the room like a dance club. "Next is the beat." The girl clicked out with her tongue, her foot already tapping to the beat she hoped to set up. The Porygon charged a bright ball of electricity between his two 'feet', the strobe light effect from the Signal Beam continuing to emerge around the room. Firing the Zap Cannon into the air, the echoing boom from it would resonate around the room, the beat continuing on even as the electric ball exploded in midair.

The flashing lights and echoing boom from the Zap Cannon would begin to get the girl to bob her head to the beat, her blue hair flying slightly with each small nod of her head. The Porygon then did something odd for a next move, using Sharpen to adjust it's limbs into the shape of two turntables and float them over to the blue haired musician. "And finally we begin the song." She almost gleefully murmured, giving a slight scratch with one of the record-like protrusions before seeing the movement's energy transform into sound waves courtesy of Conversion 2 switching the physical movement into something resistant to the movement: sound waves. A quick use of regular Conversion prepared Church for the next scratch and movements from his trainer, allowing a song to echo out that might otherwise require vast knowledge of musical software and instruments. Breathing in deeply, her voice rang out as she began to sing and rap out the song that she had been given, Porygon altering her voice at certain points in order to give more of the effect of electronic alteration.

Finishing the final bits of the song as the minor beat from the Zap Cannon died down and the Signal Beam that Church had been sustaining occasionally during the lesser bits of the song gave it's final flash. The Porygon reconstituted itself back into it's normal form before floating next to the blue haired girl. Bowing to Sub, with the tails of her swallowtail coat flapping from the motion, the girl exited the stage while humming the song as she went back into the crowd.

"Great job you four! I have decided who advances...it wasn't an easy choice but Alex and cloaked girl advance! The two of you will face each other in battle, one Pokemon each! Are you both ready?" He asked the two.

Alex silently cheered to herself when Sub announced her and Polaris' advance to the next stage. Magnemite seemed a bit surprised at this but was more or less just as excited as its trainer. She smiled happily, waving to the mysterious girl before her. If it was a Porygon she was using, Alex wouldn't be surprised by any incoming attacks, that is to say she felt she had an advantage here. "We're going to give it our all, right Polaris?" the blonde asked to which the magnet buzzed with a nod.

The mysterious girl looked to Church before giving a small smile in response to the order being given by Sub. "Church, time to shed a little light on this place." The blue haired girl muttered as her glasses gave a small, threatening glare off the lenses in sync with the attack being launched. Church's response to the word light being muttered would be to launch Icy Wind, the cool winds blowing around the girl and flowing to attack the Magnemite. She would spin around in place with the soft sparkling wind to send it swirling into the air around her and create a very interesting effect.
