It was a mere tattoo, but he still was bothered by the fact that someone saw her without clothes, covering that area of her back at least. "It is just a tattoo." she said in response to his words. "Why are you so worked up about this anyway? The way you are acting makes me not want to tell you who it was." Kiyoko responded, in a way that would only provoke her brother. It amused her to see her brother so worked up about something that did not happen the way he was thinking it happened. It was no man who tattooed her, but a female she met a couple of months ago. She enjoyed seeing the reactions made by her brother, with him being unable to accept the fact that another man could have touched her while she was defenseless. It led her to think that it could be because he had feelings towards her, but when it came to reality she doubt that her brother really had such feelings. Still, thinking does not hurt. When another male came into the scene, directing his word towards Kiyoko and asking if Karth was giving her trouble, the kunoichi did not really know how to react since her brother acted quickly and stood between her and the male before she could even take a look at him. "Onii-san! What are you doing this for?" she spoke with a scolding tone since her brother was being very rude to this other male who simply wanted to check if she was being troubled. Kiyoko took that moment they were not paying attention to her though to wrap the towel around herself instead of simply holding it in front of her, this way nobody else would see her tattoo.

❝ "I'm worked up about it because some guy touched you inappropriately. He probably didn't even wash his hands!" His rage was boiling over more than he wanted it to. When it came to Kiyoko rational thought flew out the window and sheer irrationality took its place. Right now he had a singular purpose, which was to find the guy and teach him a lesson. It wouldn't be so though with this new guy in the mix accusing him of taking advantage of Kiyoko. While she was screaming at him asking why he was doing this, he was in turn talking above her voice at the male who had approached, drowning out her words in place of letting the man know it was none of his business what Karth did. He then turned to leave with Kiyoko.
Before they could take a single step away however they were accosted by yet another weirdo, this time a man forming together from a murder of crows. He noted that the crows were basically used in the same manner that he would use his paper clone, but that wasn't really of any importance at the moment. He simply halted his and his sister's movements and watched as the crows clumped together to form the other male, this one staring at him with the same eyes that Rey had done with the clone earlier. Another Uchiha. His guess told him that the man who had confronted him first was also an Uchiha. Just how many of them were int he village anyway? Karth's expression was annoyance at the constant interruptions they were being faced with. Just as he was about to answer this newcomer that other guy from before again started accusing him of trying to force himself on Kiyoko. With that he turned to the guy, his left eye twitching with the anger he was trying to hold back. "You're really starting to piss me off, ya know that? What makes you think I'm trying to take advantage of her? Why is that the first thing that came to that silly little head of yours?" Through the corners of his eyes he glanced at the newcomer, though he still faced the man from before. "And I don't think I like the two of you trying to gang up on me very much. If you wanted to see me naked all you had to do as ask." He was joking of course... Mostly. All of this could have been avoided if he simply told them what Kiyoko was to him, but he still felt it was none of their business so they had no need to know. ❞

Izuma stood there silently, still staring at the man as he had done before, while he began to speak harshly to his brother. If he wasn't the Clan Head as he was raised to be, this shinobi would have been reduced to ash on the spot, just for turning towards his brother in such a manner. He was lucky. A single eyebrow raised, as he registered the shinobi's feelings, and the constant glance Izuma would get from the corners of his eyes. Stepping in between the two, without a single word, the shinobi would be face to face with Izuma, only about a foot of space between them, the shinobi's view of his little brother completely obscured by his face and piercing Crimson eyes. "That is enough." His voice would have deepened slightly, but still contained its calm and peaceful tone. "Furuya. I understand how you feel when it comes to situations like this, but I ask that you keep to your own business, unless you know for certain, he is up to what you thought he was attempting to do. Which is not the case, considering the two are siblings." As he spoke to his brother, his eyes would remain fixated on the face before him, not a single blink, or twitch coming from his eyes. The information gathered about the two shinobi's relation was received from the kunoichi wrapped within a towel, behind the male."As for you, I suggest you keep your comments to yourself, I'd hate to see any further action from any of us who stand here now. I truly apologize, if you felt threatened by my presence... or his. We meant no harm, clearly, whatever is going on between you two is none of our business." With that, he would grow silent, standing still and firm between the shinobi and his brother, his piercing gaze still remained. He would have hoped his brother would react as he expected, to refrain from any negative reaction, and that this all would end. Everyone could go about their own business, erasing this unnecessary confrontation from their minds, as if it never happened. During this entire the time, no information was given that Furuya had any relation with Izuma, other than by Clan. This simple act of moderation was only to protect the two from receiving any harm, preventing further escalation of the scene.
『 Onii-chan.. So they were related eh? Was it really that hard for the punk in front of him to just say so them make it into a situation it shouldn't have been. "W-.." Furuya would wait for his brother to finish speaking before sighing. Why must he assert his position of power all over the place.. Maybe he forgot that Furuya was the true prodigy out of the two.. Oh well. He got what he wanted to hear and that's all that mattered, however he was still displeased with how Karth had interacted with him. With a simple 'Hn', Furuya would make his way around his brother and head back to the changing room, the mood to go into the springs kind of killed. With his back to the group, the male would let a cocky smile form upon his lips as he slid the doors to the changing room open, speaking in a foreign language, presumably English which he only knew because of their father's position within the village. KiyokoOikawa --------------------- ChuuninIce♦User --------------------- Karth's rage was adorable, in Kiyoko's mind since she could see why he was so mad about it, slightly modified by her own thoughts thoguh. After Karth responded to the male who interrupted their conversation, it seemed that his brother, colleague or whatever else, had the white haired male in control. Even though Kiyoko's brother seemed very excited in his protest, the kunoichi felt that she should get him to stop. "Let's leave, shall we?" Kiyoko turned to her brother and asked him. If he goes along, then they would be able to leave without any troublesome situation, just like the lucky white haired male who was allowed to leave with his friend's interruption. Even though unknown to them, the white haired one was a genin, one rank below the two siblings who were about to leave. The kunoichi would take that moment to move her brother's attention away from the tattoo subject. "Pay no mind to little men who want to act tough in front of others." she would whisper in her brother's ear as to convince him to not start a fight with those who are not worth their time. Of course, she could not really measure the power of the the two unknown males, but at least the first one would not be that strong, considering he was stopped by the second with just a few words. She also wanted to get away from this blue haired man, what kind of freak would walk into the hot springs while fully clothed? It would be better if they left.

❝ Karth simply watched the two, waiting for them to finish their little conversation. When the newcomer turned to him and apologized he felt more at ease than he had earlier, the moment having passed. Karth simply nodded in understanding and watched as the other went to leave. They were complete opposites of each other it seemed, as where Izuma tried to get everyone to just calm down, Furuya seemed simply intent on pouring kerosene on the flames. A single sheet of paper had already started to peel itself away from his cheek, but it fell back into place just as Kiyoko mentioned they should leave. He chuckled a bit at what she said after, complying to her wishes as he always did. He could never say no to her. "Alright then. I'll let it slide this time because you asked." Turning towards Izuma his lips curved into a faint semblance of a smile. "You should keep your pet there on a tighter leash from now on." Karth simply glanced mockingly at Furuya and held his hand forward in a gesture that let Kiyoko know that she should lead the way and he would follow. They would go through all the basic motions of changing their clothes in the designated areas and with that done they would leave. "I still wanna know who this guy is that gave you the tattoo. But don't worry, you don't have to tell me. I have my way of finding things out." There must have been others in the village, or even the country who have seen her get the tattoo, and there could only be so many tattoo artists. He would find this person, that was for certain. ❞

Izuma wanted to rush over to Furuya and deliver one of the most gruesome punishments yet, after hearing what he said, his cheeks flushing a faint pink color in embarrassment. Even if the others had no clue what he just said, he would, for it was almost a second language to him, something he was forced to learn during his preparation for becoming clan head. He nodded absently towards the shinobi's comment about his brother, nearly ignoring it altogether, really. As they left, he let out a soft sigh, turning to his brother. "I believe everyone is meeting at the Mizukage's Office. So, whenever you get the chance, be sure to stop by. The assigning of teams will be taking place." Without another word, Izuma's figure would fade into a flock of crows, leaving the Spa.

She had a deep bond with her sword, but mostly because she had gotten it from the previous Mizukage. She missed him dearly, but she never got to understanding her past.

Muscles aching from his workout, Luo walked with a slower pace than usual, although there was more pep in his step than normal as well. Sure he ached, but that's what made him so happy. He enjoyed setting goals for himself and accomplishing them, especially when the task seemed almost impossible. Now more than ever however, he needed a late morning soak. Walking towards the men's side of the baths, he changed into a towel around his waist, folding his clothes neatly and placing them in a locker. Walking out of the changing area to the natural hot springs, he walked in with slight hesitance, allowing his body to adjust to the heat. At last sitting in the water, he placed another towel behind his head as he rested it on a rock. "Ah, that feels better, " he thought to himself as he closed his eyes for a bit. Luo regarded the trip to the spa as both a reward, as well as physical therapy. After all, it wouldn't help anyone if he was too exhausted or his muscles were too tight to do anything should he be needed.
As Luo sat soaking his muscles with eyes closed, he wondered what his friend was up to. If there was one thing Zane had over Luo, it was that he had always been a lot more social. Luo never went out of his way to make friends, heck one could say he almost never bothered. His stance was that if people liked him, they'd talk to him. And just as well, if he liked the company of someone else enough, he'd do the same. Zane on the other hand loved to make friends, loved talking to people, and loved joking around. While Luo certainly knew how to take a joke and make them, it was in no comparison to Zane Hajime. Luo didn't know it, but some of his academy reports note him as being overly serious, and even downright hard on himself. Most kids didn't want to hang out with Luo because to them it seemed like when he and Zane weren't hanging out, all he did was train. To be fair that estimation wasn't too far off, he did indeed love to challenge himself daily. However, kids his age didn't particularly take to training as a 'fun' activity. So Luo usually left the social aspects of life to Zane, while the shinobi aspects were usually left up to him.
After an hour or so resting his eyes as well as his body, Luo stretched his arms out and stood up, emerging from the water to grab yet another towel to dry off in the changing room. After putting his clothes back on, he began to walk out, but not before staring at one of the dirtier hot springs. Pursing his lips at the sight, it jogged his memory. He remembered seeing something on the mission board about most of the workers being on vacation this week. "Well, I feel fine as of now anyway. Might as well knock out another mission before meeting up with Zane." Walking over to the water he stared down at it, looking at a murky reflection of himself. "Gross," he said aloud as he tried to come up with a game plan to clean it. As he looked around in thought, he noticed the garbage around it as well. The task was definitely easy enough, something he could get done in record time. "Well, I guess I better get started on this," he said to himself as he cracked his fingers.

"First things firs, let's get rid of all this trash," Luo said to himself out loud. He didn't get it honestly, as he looked around he spotted four trash bins. However, they were overflowing with dirt as well as paper trash. For Luo specifically, it caused a shudder to go through his body. It half reminded him of Zane's room, however even in there at least he was forced to clean it every once in a while. Whoever went on vacation seemed to forget to get someone else to cover their cleaning shifts, and now it was hurting business at the spa. The first thing he did was look for one of the janitorial work stations, specifically for gloves. He didn't want to end up sick for no reason, and didn't want his own gloves to be riddled with unknown germs. Snapping them on quickly, the youth grabbed six empty trash bags as well, tucking three into each of his pants pockets.
The task itself was easy, but very annoying nonetheless. He decided to first and foremost pick up the loose garbage in the area, the paper and plastic food utensils and random pamphlets for safety he came across. In itself, this task took two trash bags. Next, he picked up the towels. All of them were of course damp, since afterall the village was covered in a thick veil of natural mist. So of course, all of the towels were moldy, he could tell just by the smell of them all. While picking them up, he decided it safer to breath through his mouth rather than his nose, just to avoid the possibility of becoming nauseous. The towels alone filled three of the bags, something he wasn't particularly surprised about. Taking a moment to neatly tie each filled bag, Luo placed them right next to the cleaning station to pick up in a few minutes, grabbing his last bag for smaller debris in the area.

Taking it a bit easy for the first time in a while, Luo took his time picking up the smaller debris in the area. His stance was haste made waste, a clear example being the worker who hastily left this job to someone else without notice. Not only that, but one had to remember Luo had just relaxed at the spa. He was in a nice calm mood, and just as well didn't want to put any excess unnecessary strain on his body after training earlier. Finding one of the trash sticks used to stab debris and place it in the bag, all-in-all Luo took fifteen minutes of doing this to finish the task. As he neared the end of the job, he jumped up onto the roof of one of the changing stations, scouring the area for more trash. From the looks of it, he did a pretty good job of getting most everything out of the area. Hopping down, he tied the last bag and placed it with the rest.
As he got to the sanitation area the genin picked up all six bags, three in each hand. He then carried them to the dumpster on the opposite side of the hot springs, not able to locate another one in the area. He took this time to drink some water, the steam from the springs causing him to sweat more than he normally would with a task such as this. After his short break, he walked back to the hot spring and stared at it with each arm on his hip. He had to figure out why it was gunking up in such a manner.

As the boy stood looking down at the murkiness of the spa an shinobi garbed in Hunter Nin gear approached him from seemingly nowhere, perhaps a pocket within the mist. Without so much of a word, he handed the genin an envelope with an official upon it's back which held the contents within. As silently and swiftly as the unknown entered he exited back into the shrouded domain of which surrounded them. When Luo opened the letter he'll see it was but a mission detail with a small letter within it.

The last task Luo had was cleaning the hot spring itself. It was odd for him for one reason, and one reason only. This was of course, that in Kiri hot springs were not man-made, they were all natural. The various mountains that surrounded the village saw to it that this natural phenomena was something the village had before it was even an actual shinobi village. Given that statement, he found it curious that the hot spring was so dirty. "This doesn't make sense, these things clean themselves naturally. Not only that, but the water is lukewarm. But why..." he thought to himself tapping his right index finger on his chin. He walked around the spring with a look of curiosity on his face. Generally speaking, the springs got there water from underground pockets, sulfur beneath the ground heating the water as it rose. Where the springs were placed in the village however, the hot water flowed down from the mountain range just behind the spa. Since the spa was on a slope, the process served as a natural cleaning process, as well as kept the water perfectly filtered as the old water continued down the slope into the ocean. As he contemplated, he became startled by the sudden arrival of a Hunter-nin, fascinated by what he wore. Zane would've lost it if he saw what Luo was seeing. Without a word, the shinobi handed Luo a sealed document and left. Deciding to read it after he was done, he stuffed it into his pocket.
Suddenly, Luo had his 'A-ha!' moment in solving the issue. "Of course! The water's lukewarm because the natural exchanging process has been blocked! That's also why the water's so dirty. So it isn't something down here that I need to fix, but something over..." Just then he looked to his right at the mountain they were at the base of, to find that the slope that usually glistened did not today. The natural stream of water that poured down the slope was replaced by cracked mud with a two foot diameter. It was easy for Luo to see that this was where the water came from. Replacing the bags in each trash can and throwing the others out first, he took off the latex gloves and scaled the slope, walking about a half mile up. Most would find this difficult, but for Kiri-nin scaling hills that lasted for miles was a daily routine. So of course, it didn't take long for Luo to get to the source of the problem. There in front of him, was an abandoned beaver dam which blocked the water. In fact, the beavers had used the water as their own personal hot spring, blocking off the natural flow to the springs below.
Making sure there weren't any animals left in the dam first, Luo dismantled the entire thing carefully, placing the wood in neat piles on either side of the natural water. Then, as he removed the last integral piece, the water burst forth, flowing down the side of the mountain vigorously and into the springs themselves. Dusting his hands off, Luo sighed in relief as he watched the water enter the springs and begin the natural heating and cleaning process. "Well, it'll take a day or two, but it should be clean," he said with a smile. Taking this time to read the letter, Luo opened it and took a look. "Woah, it's from the Mizukage," he thought to himself as his eyes widened a bit. As he read it, a wide smile grew across his face. The Mizukage was taking an interest in Luo, and just as well seemed to take his goals for the future seriously with this mission. "Well, I guess I better get going and start this mission. Zane won't believe it!" he said as he turned, using one of the mountain paths to try and leave the area, dropping the note in the flowing hot water, causing it to soak and shred naturally.
