Finally, he had been released, and it was then that he relaxed himself. Letting out a breath, Shun shifted and readjusted himself, recovering from that hug. It seemed that Hel was feeling considerably better, considering that rather large smile upon her face. "I did. I'll be doing work for the Family," he stated simply. He wasn't sure if she wanted more details than that.

“…Ah…” Hel’s brows furrowed a bit.
“…So…what are you doing for the family?” Of course she wanted details. She was Hel…and ‘work for the family’ wasn’t very descriptive.

"Small things to start with. Relaying messages. Delivering things. Acting as a lookout. It'll move on from there," Shun said with a nod.
"Some of these things may be rather unsavory but..." he started, but then shrugged.
"I'll have to put up with it if I plan on taking over one day."

Hel started to drum her fingers on her knee as she listened, and her lips pulled down into a frown.
She seemed to be mulling over something. “…Shun?” She started. “…Is that what you really want to do? Do you really want to take over?”

"I'm not really suited anywhere else. But besides... if I take over, I can alter how the way things are run. A sort of request from Kaitou's own right hand. Things had been going in a downward spiral. He has complete disregard for his men or anyone else. And the only way things could change is to change things at the top," he stated. Leaning back a bit, he took in a breath. It wasn't simply taking over and keeping things as they were. There was more reason for it.

“But have you…even given anything else a fair chance…?” Hel offered, a bit uncertainly at that.
She sighed heavily though, and drummed her fingers on her knee again. Well…what he was saying made sense. She could understand that. The ghoul mulled it over again before asking, “Will that make you happy?”

Shun didn't answer her first question. It wasn't something that he questioned really.
"I'll have Mitsu at my side.. supporting me. And vice versa. That's already more than I can ask for," he said quietly. It won't be easy for them, but she was willing to stick with him.

Hel had a rather annoyed look on her face, as she obviously noticed that Shun did not answer her question. She narrowed her eyes at the grim, as if to say ‘I know what you did there’. Was that how Mac felt when she wouldn’t answer a question? Geeze. She didn’t press it though. Not now, anyways.
“Will that make you happy?” She asked again.

Hel narrowed her eyes again, and stared at Shun for a long, long, long while.
Finally she relaxed, and leaned back on her head releasing a loud and completely unnecessary exasperated breath. “Fine, fine.” She drawled, idly rolling a hand around as well. “Are you two still getting married after graduation or whatever?”

"I almost gave it up because of her, but she was the one who urged me to help change things," Shun added. As far as her next question, he raised a brow, and lifted up his left hand. The gold and silver band around his finger was there. Mitsu wasn't the only one in the pair to wear a ring.
"I don't see why we wouldn't be. It likely won't be immediate considering the preparations needed, but we are still very much engaged."

Well, Hel’s expression couldn’t help but soften at that. Daw, that Mitsu. As Shun raised a hand though to show off his band, Hel couldn’t help but sit there and giggle like…well…some giddy high school ghoul. It was a bit creepy to be honest.
“Well, that is good.” She replied. “Ah! Also!” The reaper immediately dove into another subject. “Could we practice some parkour soon? I need an…ah…refresher I guess you could say. It has been a while, and I was not scaling any buildings while I was gone.”

Shun didn't know what to feel about her giggling. It was a little creepy.
"Of course we could. Just let me know when you are ready," he said with a nod.

Hel, luckily, stopped giggling, and himmed and hawed at Shun’s question. She was about to say ‘tomorrow’…but why do it tomorrow when you could do it… “NOW!” Hel exclaimed with a wild grin, leaping up from her spot and pumping her fists.

Shun should not have been surprised to know that Hel wanted to go do it now. Shaking his head in amusement, he pushed himself off the bed and went to fetch his jacket. "Very well then. Let's go do this now," he said before pausing, "I've recently found that such things are not always limited to urban areas. When teaching Kettil, we utilized the forest. Trees and rocks made for a rather... interesting challenge."
