☆ Bloodline/Clan Name ☆The Seishin'Maho ClanThe Body of a Supernatural Force☆ The History of The Seishin'Maho ☆ There was once a group of people who had massive amounts of Chakra. Those people were extremely talented with endurance, and Jutsu. Whoever could control their Chakra to this much extent would be a Leader. This power was only gifted to certain people around the world, but only a few people were gifted with this ability. They had so much chakra, that they couldn't control it. They weren't help to their clans at all because they could never control their chakra. Their clans just ditched them, and then left them out to die. Those people went out together and found a way to control their powers. They eventually found each other and came together.
They learned how to make their Chakra come out and take a Physical form. With this ability, they could perform two or more techniques at once. They called themselves the true ancestors of the Sage because of the massive chakra reserves and Physical Body. They then mastered their Art so much that they have the ability to create their whole bodies full of Chakra. With their great chakra, comes good endurance, so they could outlast everyone else. Because of their chakra, every clan tried to befriend them to give them that slight advantage. Until one fateful day, their clan was completely destroyed by jealous rival clans that the Seishin'Maho didn't share their powers with. After all the damage, only a few people survived, and slowly re-made their clan to this day. They did this in secret so nobody could try to finish off the rest of the clan.

Jutsu Name: Chakra Mode Element: Maruton Description: The basic and basis of The Seishin'Maho Clan and its Jutsu. This jutsu allows the user to enter their Chakra Mode by surrounding the whole body with Chakra. This allows the user to use all of their Clan Jutsu. It takes [5] Posts of mediation for the user to learn this Jutsu. The Chakra Cloak can be turned on and off at will. The first time the Cloak is activated, the user gains the boosts, and can only gain those boosts once. • Chakra Mode boosts the user's chakra by [75] • Chakra Mode increases all of the user's stats by [1] • Must learn before attempting any other Clan Technique
Jutsu Name: Seishin'Maho Clan's Earthly Arms Element: Maruton Description: After the mastery of the Chakra Mode, the user will now craft their chakra into beings. The most basic is the Clan's Earthly Arms. This will allow the user to form Arms out of their Chakra Cloak and help them in a fight. When the arms are unused, they're like ghosts and Solid objects can pass right through them. They can also be used as an extra set of arms. When the arms are at use, the arms are able to touch their target. The user can spawn arms according to their Ranks. The arms can also use Jutsu that the user has already mastered. • Genin can spawn up to [2] Chakra arms • Chuunin can spawn up to [5] Chakra arms • Jounin and higher can spawn up to [10] Chakra arms • Every arm has [75] Chakra and two can combine both their chakras to form hand signs and do Jutsu • If an arm looses all of its Chakra, that arm disappears • By using a Jutsu with two Chakra Arms, you split the required Chakra for the Jutsu into each arms. For example, you use a Jutsu that would cost 40 chakra, both arms loose 20 chakra • Arms can stretch out to about 20ft • [3] Posts to learn
Jutsu Name: Chakra Signatures Element: Maruton Description: The user of this Jutsu gains the ability to sense Chakra signatures. The only way to use this ability is to have once in your lifetime absorbed that person's chakra, or your chakra has been put inside of them. When that is accomplished, you can sense that person's chakra whenever you feel like it. This also allows you to sense where that person is at, and their moods as well. • You must have once in your life absorbed some of that person's Chakra • Or... that person must have took some of your chakra once in their lifetime • Sensing could be in a 100 yard Radius • Must be learned by giving your chakra to someone, or have your chakra stolen by someone else, and then [3] posts later, you will suddenly sense their presence
Jutsu Name: Gather your Lifeforce Element: Maruton Description: The user activates this basic Jutsu which allows them to gain [10] chakra for each person around the area each turn. The user must have either gave them their chakra, or they must have stole the user's chakra at one point in their lifetime for this Jutsu to work. • The targets don't loose chakra, but the user does gain the boosts • The user must be still for this Jutsu to work

Jutsu Name: Chakra Barrier Rank: E-SS Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a Chakra barrier around them that's as hard as Diamond. The user uses this to block an incoming attack. The barrier is in the shape of a Sphere around the user. The barrier comes into shape very quickly. The Rank of protection of this Jutsu is based on what this Jutsu is defending against. • The user puts in the same amount of chakra as the incoming attack • [3] Posts to learn
Jutsu Name: Seishin'Maho's Body Craft Rank: E Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: With this Jutsu, the user is able to spawn things out of their bodies other than just arms. For example, the user can spawn Spikes from their backs that could help block incoming Taijutsu attacks. They could spawn legs from their bodies to help attack their Targets. The chakra used to make these techniques are as sturdy and ghostly as the Chakra Arms, but don't reach out as long as them. • Length of the the Body Crafts go up to 10ft
Jutsu Name: Seishin'Maho's Care Rank: E Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends a Pink chakra arm that would travel very quickly. The arm would strike the target's chest and give them as much chakra as the user desires. This Jutsu is very useful when helping a Team Mate out who's been fighting longer than the user. • Cool down rate of [2] posts per person
Jutsu Name: Chakra Clone Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a being with his Chakra. The being would look exactly like the user, and the Clone will have half as much of the user's Maximum Chakra. The clone would have half the strength as the user. It would take chakra draining Jutsu to instantly destroy the Chakra Clone, or [3] solid hits. • The user can only use [3] at one time.
Jutsu Name: Earthly Arms Hell Barrage Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user allows one of his Arms to strike the ground and go into the ground the user us sanding on. Afterwards, a barrage of [50] arms would shoot upwards at the user's target as if they're all aiming to uppercut the target. The arms would come out of that single arm that was used. The arms are solid enough to smash boulders. • Arms can reach up to 30ft in the air • 20 yard Radius • User can guide the arms to their Target
Jutsu Name: Drain Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends out one of his Chakra arms to grab his opponent. The Arm goes as far as 20ft. Once the Arm gets a hold of the Target, the Target will be drained of [75] Chakra. In the user's next turn, if the Target is still in the Arm's grasp, then they'll be drained of another [75] chakra. The drained chakra will go to the user of this Jutsu. • The Maximum duration of this Jutsu is [2] Posts
Jutsu Name: Chakra Shadow Clone Rank: B Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a complete copy of himself with his Chakra. The being would look exactly like the user, and the Clone will have the current amount of chakra as the user. The clone will only be destroyed if it is hit with a chakra draining Jutsu, hit with [5] solid blows, or is drowned, set on fire, or fatally stabbed. Other than that, it's as if the user has made an exact copy of himself. • Only [2] Chakra Shadow Clone can be used at a time
☆ Advanced Passive Clan/Kekkei Genkai Ninjutsu ☆
Jutsu Name: True Chakra Mode Element: Maruton Description: The Advanced form of The Seishin'Maho Clan's Chakra Mode. This jutsu allows the user to enter an even more Advanced Chakra Mode by surrounding the whole body with not only the user's Chakra, but they tap into the seal on their stomach. This would allow the user to gain even more chakra and use more Advanced Jutsu. It takes [7] Posts of mediation and the Learner has to Spar with someone while using the full chakra cloak. The Chakra Cloak can be turned on and off at will. The first time the Cloak is activated, the user gains the boosts, and can only gain those boosts once. If this Jutsu is used after the basic Chakra Mode, then the effects of this Jutsu add onto the effects of Chakra Mode, but the Chakra Mode Cloak changes into the True Chakra Mode Cloak. This can only be turned on and off two times a battle. • True Chakra Mode boosts the user's chakra by [100] • Chakra Mode increases all of the user's stats by [2] • Must learn before attempting any other Advanced Clan Technique • Examples: Gold Version, Blue Version (In the Middle), White Version
☆ Advanced Clan/Kekkei Genkai Ninjutsu ☆
Jutsu Name: The Seishin'Maho Clan's Ultimate Deffense: Sarutahiko Rank: S Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends all of their chakra outwards to create a unused armor made of complete chakra to aid them in the battle. The user usually uses the armor to make a giant wall in front of them to block a massive incoming attack. The being looks like armor that could be used to equip onto something. If used to equip onto something, the unused armor quickly travels onto the target, and it forces itself onto the target. The armor will fit the target regardless of the target's size. Once the armor is worn, the target has the power to use two swords, and have the defensive power of the armor. This armor is powerful enough to completely block any S Ranked attack, and it would crack against a single attack from a S+ Ranked move. It can only survive one more S+ Ranked attack before completely shattering. • Examples of Sarutahiko: Blue Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu, Red Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu, White Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu
Jutsu Name: The Seishin'Maho Clan's Ultimate Attack: Cero Rank: S+ Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user would focus lots of chakra into one point in their body and fire it at insane speeds. The user charges up very quickly since they're familiar with controlling chakra. Points they could fire it at is their Eyes, Mouth, Finger, Palms, Chest, etc. Once the user charges up, the point that they charged the blast with turns black. The blast itself is comparable to a Tailed Beast's Bijuu Bomb. The blast is strong enough to completely destroy A-Rank jutsu and below. Only S+ Rank shields could defend against this kind of attack. The blast is the color of the user's chakra. • Blast goes up to 50 yards

Your clan only has one weakness... While a bunch of perks, I need you to even those out. Also - No to the chakra cooler being warm and cool. Just no, don't even ask why. That's a ridiculous unfair advantage over people. Chakra Mode - Why would it increase your stats by 1 if this clan clearly focuses on chakra? Remove the stats +1. Earthly Arms - So you're telling me that a shinobi can make arms made of diamond? No, diamond is the strongest material on earth, I'm not letting you create it all willy-nilly. Even master Doton users can't make it. Chakra Signatures - I'm beginning to think that this clan doesn't have a theme and you're just going with any ol' powerful technique to throw in it. Pick a theme and stick with it. If you want to go for chakra detecting or chakra whatever that's fine, but I don't see how diamond arms had to do with anything. Chakra signatures is fine though. Gather your Lifeforce - the user needs to be resting for this to happen, meaning they can be vulnerable. -Only way I'll approve. Chakra Barrier - No. User puts in a rank higher. That's how custom barriers work. if you're making a barrier that's S-Rank, then it can withstand up to A-Rank attack. You don't but in a A-Rank to protect against S-Rank. Edit: I would've said this was okay if your clan focused on defense, but it clearly doesn't. Body Craft - Again, do diamond-like appendages. Care - You sacrifice the chakra, no magical chakra coming out of nowhere. Chakra Clone - More details, how many hits to destroy, is it as powerful as the user? Earthly Arms Barrage - Again, I don't think this is the theme of your clan. But can you tell me how you can make fifty arms appear in the ground without it being Doton? What are they made of, how long does it last, what is the range? Drain - How long is the arm, what is its durability, Are you immobilized while this is taking place? Chakra Shadow Clone - S-Rank. Denying the Chakra Draining Jutsu to destroy it. That makes it unfair to people who don't focus on sapping chakra. True Chakra Mode - Why does this increase stats? Still, I don't get it... Ultimate Attack: Cero - S+ -Rank and can only be used twice per battle. Seriously? You didn't think I'd notice you tried to call it A-Rank and comparable to a Biju Ball. LOL, I don't think so. Sarutahiko: How can shattering armor destroy someone wearing it? Also, couldn't someone remove the armor with enough physical strength? I'm not a big fan of vagueness and you make it sound like this armor is pretty much sealing your fate.

I don't think you're getting my clan at all. You think a clan has to have a single "theme" and go with it. Well, my clan's "theme" is Physical Form and Chakra. I'm giving my clan things that'll fit that. Why does Sharingan have Susano'o and Amaterasu then? Those have nothing to do with Copying Jutsu. I'm done editing and you can look over it.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Name: The Draconian Clan Kekkei Genkai Three Words Describing the Clan/Kekkei Genkai: Immortal, Cursed, Family Clan/Kekkei Genkai Picture Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: The stories of these mystical creatures of the night; these reflections of the darkness of man, all starts with one family or rather, one man in particular. Dracula. A handsome, rich, aristocrat that was known for his kindness and cruelty. An odd combination you would think to have a bad story, until you look at it deeper into the picture. Dracula, was known to be generous, caring, kindly, only to his own class of citizens. To people already living the higher aspects of life, whilst putting paupers into damnation by taking amusement in their suffering, raising their taxes, or purposefully buying out property to cause stress upon the people within his village. This continued, until a mysterious thing happened, which started the entire aspect of a vampire onto the earth. Some say it is myth. Some say it is a righteous justice from a God. But regardless, Dracula was visited by a mysterious person, garbed as a pauper. An impoverished denizen of Dracula's oppression, in request for money as an act of good nature. Thrice did this mysterious figure politely request, and thrice did Dracula refuse with more and more cruelty after every denial. Which ultimately, brought the curse upon he, and his family; even if they weren't associated with his cruelty, they still were guilty by association. If one were to look into the meaning of why the entire family was cursed, they'd see why. The father and the mother, for improper parenting. The uncles, aunts, and grandparents for not providing a good role model to follow. And the little brother, for not stopping his brother's reign of terror. Ultimately them all, for their blindness to the blatant terrorism he had plagued the town in. This curse, created the first family of vampires. And as the eras and centuries went on, this brought about the classes of vamps. The firstborn are the "Purebloods", or originally known as the "St.Pierres" in their human lifetimes. These are the strongest, most fiercesome vamps. in the Clan. They hold law like an iron hammer, and act as the judge, jury, and executioner of their Clan members. They live in the same mansion they were cursed with, except for over the years, their wealth has grown to make the estate larger to accommodate the vampires that they deem to have been worthy enough to enter it's domain; any other time a vamp enters, is to be put to court. Underneath the "Purebloods", is the next era of vamps that were created, when the vamps needed to reproduce those that would intermingle with society better than they would. They were created, by bleeding into the mouth of a mortal, which pushed the curse into them and turning them into the undead. Simply, they are "Neo-Vampires". The most common, and most numerous of the Clan. Unlike the "Purebloods", they cannot transform, but take less of a strenuous hit to the sunlight. They are the soliders. The army. And the main force of the Clan. Beneath them, is the second to low lives of the Clan. The mortal vampires, or the "Lessers". They are mortals, that have yet to be turned, or rather, are on a trial phase to become a "Neo-Vamp". They are fed upon... and feed themselves. They have no other abilities other than the protection of the vampires themselves. When the Purebloods decide they are worthy, they will be turned. But only, when a three-fifths vote by the Purebloods, has been made and agreed upon that the person is to be turned. In the event that there is not the amount, the Draconian leader will make the decision, only taking other's opinion as consideration. The last, isn't apart of the Clan, because it is severely frowned on. Even to the point, of automatic execution should they be found out. The "Half-breeds". The breeding of a vampire, and a human. A mortal. By law of the "Purebloods" long ago, this was and is to some, taboo. Despised of for bringing a child into the world with the curse in it's veins. The parents, would then become an abomination to the Clan, and will be chased and hunted until brought to court to be either executed, tortured, or worse; turning them into a slave of the Clan. But the "half-breed", is oddly the perfect vampire. They receive no damage from the sunlight and are rather perfectly fine. They have near to as much strength as a "Neo-Vampire" and have rather normal looks that help them move about mortal society easily. But they have the hardest trouble of them all; as they have to face, bloodlust more severe than a normal vamp or even a "Pureblood" would. Which is one reason, it is known as an abomination. Strengths: ✰ Allure of the Cursed Description: Passive: Vampires are known for their allure. They will exhume an aura of appeal that does not discriminate to any sex, gender, or even orientation of that whom they are around. It is almost like a natural sex appeal that pushes deeper than what the critical mind projects to the individual. The only time it is disabled, is with the "Purebloods"; such as when they transform. ✰Predator of the Night: Being a creature of darkness, means you are a one with the dark. Having an increased ability in reflex whilst in darkness. This applies to also having perfect vision, even in the darkest of caves. After all, being in the dark for centuries can only provide such an ability of the night. ✰The Predator of Man: Upon becoming cursed with the blood of Draconion (Via the ritual ), the user gets a permanent boost to one stat of their choice. For purebloods, it is an increase. if it is a Neo-Vamp, it is only a slight increase. They must note the stat that was boosted in profile, so that mods and rpers know which stat was used and to ensure no further utilization of this one-time boost. ✰ Vamps, of all nature (Except the Mortal Vamps) have regenerative abilities. They can restores limbs and etc. ( And of course, not the head) The process, takes being still for at least 5 posts, without being directly attacked or else the concentration for regeneration is broken.
Weaknesses: ✰ The sun. - "Purebloods", cannot be in sunlight, but for only a set amount of posts. (5 posts) After that, they will die. Period.[ Meaning the tenth post, should you be in a fight with your opponent, will mean you demise ] To further note, all abilities within sunlight, brings the "Pureblood" down by two full physical points, and 2x bp points for jutsus. - Neo-Vamps can be in sunlight for a longer amount of time, but still are cursed with being restrained. ( 10 Posts until death; or a collective of 20 posts). To further note, all abilities within the sunlight, brings the "Neo-Vamp" down by 1 physical point and 2x bp points for jutsu's ✰Despite the rumors, Vampires can be weakened in two ways. Ways that even "Purebloods" can barely break out of. A stake in the heart, immobilizes and rather keeps Vampires paralyzed. "Purebloods" can still move, but take the reduction of 4 physical points (overall) in stats. In other words pownage. - Another method, would be the utilization of dead man's blood pushed inside them. Which wreaks enough havoc upon their bodies, it provides similar affects that being in sunlight will do, except without the death aspect. ✰ Can only die by beheading ✰ Restrictive Summoning ✰ Cannot Regen
Rules and Requirements: ✰ There can only be 3 "Pure Bloods" at one time. One of which, is the Clan Head. -Should the original die, the others most combat to find out who is the superior of them all. ✰ In order to become a "Neo-Vamp" from a "Lessor", you must have a "Pureblood" Vamp. give his/her blood to you. ✰Upon joining, you cannot become Summoner, outside of the Clan Summon of Bats. ( Will be created later ) ✰ Killing of Clan members, even the Mortal Vamps, outside of being judged by the "Purebloods", causes death or to be hunted. This goes the same for betrayal. ✰ Bites do not turn, they poison the victim. ✰ Half-Bloods, have their "chakra" system split. ( I.E You are a Genin and normally, your chakra points would be 300 CP. 150 would be represented as CP. 150 would be represented as BP points. )

Jutsu Name: Devour Rank: Rankless Element: N/A Classification: Kekkei Genkai Description: This technique, replenishes the "blood-points" of the Vampire. They have to make a clean deep bite upon the victim, which will restore 10 bp, every post. The bite, despite what some may think, does not turn that person. It makes them poisoned. Not a powerful poison, but it does decrease strength, dexterity, vitality, and chakra manipulation significantly. ( - 1 point to the strength and speed physical stat) Range: Personal
Jutsu Name: Avenge of the Cursed Rank: A Element: N/A Classification: Kekkei Genkai - Pure Bloods Description: This is seclusive, to the "Purebloods". Upon reaching the status of Sannin rank or the lesser "Densetsu" rank, the "Pureblood" can transform into a hideous bat-human creature. The true spawn, of their curse. In this form, they get a slight increase in , speed, ability to glide, ability to "fly" ( only up to 10 feet and only for two posts, with a four post down period). Each special ability, is unique to that "Pureblood" and class (Such as Shinobi Class), which must be put into customs and approved. Range: Personal
Jutsu Name: The power of New Birth Rank: Rankless Element: N/A Classification: Kekkei Genkai - Neo-Vamps Description: Though the "Neo-Vamps" can't transform, they do have their own benefits. They can recover faster from damage from the sun, and retain more bp points ( 10+ more) from drinking from a opponent, or willing donor. Range: Personal
Jutsu Name: Blessings of the Half-Breeds Rank: Rankless Element: N/A Classification: Kekkei Genkai - Halfbreeds Description: The half breeds, get the best bonuses of all. The biggest one, is that they can sleep. Something that you'd claim to be a silly thing, but unlike humans, Vamps. aren't able to restore life energy as fast. After a fight, they must either feed, or wait until their energy is restored. Half-Breeds, merely need to sleep, to restore their energy. Range: Personal
Jutsu Name: Deep Roots of the Family Rank: S Element: N/A Classification: Kekkei Genkai - Fuuinjutsu Description: To those particularly close or wish to be close to each other, they can make a pact. A pact, that ties the two vamps together forever. Usually occurs between mates (Marriage), or siblings. This pact, allows them to telepathically be linked to each other. The pact can be broken, but this usually brings a heavy consequences. As the Clan, respect family and ties very highly. Unlike divorce in the mortal world, divorce for vamps, usually constitutes a "meeting" with the "Purebloods". ( I.E not good ) Range: Personal - Between two RPC's
Blood Points Definition. Description: To those that may have confusion, Blood Points mimic the Chakra System. For example, you pick to have a Genin Ninjutsu-ist, who will have 350 chakra. By becoming a Vamp. you will have an extra +25, simply for the fact that unlike regular shinobi, restoring our chakra is very difficult.
So that will give you 375 BP. But, the cost of jutsu's are the same and the limitations are the same. You run out of BP points, your dead... Or... further dead than you already are O.o [ Basically you turn into dust. ]
Sacred Rites of the Clan Description: These are highly valued rights of the Clan. Should they ever be leaked out, it is an automatic "Kill on Sight" order from the Clan Leader. you have been warned.
✰ Monstrum Intra - As with life, there is always a chance that one of the Purebloods will die. Having less then five, creates an imbalance in the judgement phase and imbalance of the leaders of the Clan. That would mean, the "Purebloods" most hold a tournament within the Clan, to decide the next "Pureblood". The winner, will drink blood from the other four, to create the fifth. ✰ Proditor Familiae - This doctrine, is enacted, when a Clansmen kills or betrays either the Clan or a person within it. When enacted, the judgement is usually death. ✰ Exspectata ad Familiam - This doctrine is enacted, when a "Mortal Vampire", has proven themselves worthy to ascend. First, they must not be apart of any Clan previous to coming before the Draconians. Second, they must be active members of both the guild, and the Clan, for one month. The "Purebloods" will make a vote (Usually positive unless circumstances say otherwise), and they will become a "Neo-Vamp". ✰ ( More if needed, or voted upon )

The Legendary Noob ☆ Bloodline/Clan Name ☆The Seishin'Maho ClanThe Body of a Supernatural Force☆ The History of The Seishin'Maho ☆ There was once a group of people who had massive amounts of Chakra. Those people were extremely talented with endurance, and Jutsu. Whoever could control their Chakra to this much extent would be a Leader. This power was only gifted to certain people around the world, but only a few people were gifted with this ability. They had so much chakra, that they couldn't control it. They weren't help to their clans at all because they could never control their chakra. Their clans just ditched them, and then left them out to die. Those people went out together and found a way to control their powers. They eventually found each other and came together.
They learned how to make their Chakra come out and take a Physical form. With this ability, they could perform two or more techniques at once. They called themselves the true ancestors of the Sage because of the massive chakra reserves and Physical Body. They then mastered their Art so much that they have the ability to create their whole bodies full of Chakra. With their great chakra, comes good endurance, so they could outlast everyone else. Because of their chakra, every clan tried to befriend them to give them that slight advantage. Until one fateful day, their clan was completely destroyed by jealous rival clans that the Seishin'Maho didn't share their powers with. After all the damage, only a few people survived, and slowly re-made their clan to this day. They did this in secret so nobody could try to finish off the rest of the clan.

The most basic is the Clan's Earthly Arms. This will allow the user to form Arms out of their Chakra Cloak and help them in a fight. When the arms are unused, they're like ghosts and Solid objects can pass right through them. They can also be used as an extra set of arms. When the arms are at use, the arms are able to touch their target. The user can spawn arms according to their Ranks. No, this is a sage technique in base value, remove or alter range and give it a chakra cost. Must be actively focusing to sense their chakra without sensor class for balancing purposes.
Jutsu Name: Gather your Lifeforce Element: Maruton Description: The user activates this basic Jutsu which allows them to gain [10] chakra for each person around the area each turn. The user must have either gave them their chakra, or they must have stole the user's chakra at one point in their lifetime for this Jutsu to work. • The targets don't loose chakra, but the user does gain the boosts • The user must be still for this Jutsu to work
No, their not batteries and you cannot gain chakra from thin air. Regardless of requirements, for balancing I will not allow this.

Jutsu Name: Chakra Barrier Rank: E-SS Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a Chakra barrier around them that's as hard as Diamond. The user uses this to block an incoming attack. The barrier is in the shape of a Sphere around the user. The barrier comes into shape very quickly. The Rank of protection of this Jutsu is based on what this Jutsu is defending against. • The user puts in the same amount of chakra as the incoming attack • [3] Posts to learn
This is actually ok. Puppets can do the same thing Jutsu Name: Seishin'Maho's Body Craft Rank: E Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: With this Jutsu, the user is able to spawn things out of their bodies other than just arms. For example, the user can spawn Spikes from their backs that could help block incoming Taijutsu attacks. They could spawn legs from their bodies to help attack their Targets. The chakra used to make these techniques are as sturdy and ghostly as the Chakra Arms, but don't reach out as long as them. • Length of the the Body Crafts go up to 10ft
Clarify actual durability. As their E ranked chakra cost, an e rank could break it from any element, as is the weakness of maruton.
Jutsu Name: Seishin'Maho's Care Rank: E Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends a Pink chakra arm that would travel very quickly. The arm would strike the target's chest and give them as much chakra as the user desires. This Jutsu is very useful when helping a Team Mate out who's been fighting longer than the user. • Cool down rate of [2] posts per person

Jutsu Name: Chakra Clone Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a being with his Chakra. The being would look exactly like the user, and the Clone will have half as much of the user's Maximum Chakra. The clone would have half the strength as the user. It would take chakra draining Jutsu to instantly destroy the Chakra Clone, or [3] solid hits. • The user can only use [3] at one time.
Clone as a C rank would have at maximum 1/5 of your chakra and you could make a maximum of 5. Clones actually split your chakra based on how much you give them for the jutsu. This is also more effective than the shadow clone in durability so either remove this or alter it.
Jutsu Name: Earthly Arms Hell Barrage Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user allows one of his Arms to strike the ground and go into the ground the user us sanding on. Afterwards, a barrage of [50] arms would shoot upwards at the user's target as if they're all aiming to uppercut the target. The arms would come out of that single arm that was used. The arms are solid enough to smash boulders. • Arms can reach up to 30ft in the air • 20 yard Radius • User can guide the arms to their Target
As a C rank you will not smash boulders. We got rid of things that say that at a low rank for a reason. Remove that bit and just clarify the speed of the arms as the users agility. Other than that, this one isnt too bad. Jutsu Name: Drain Rank: C Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends out one of his Chakra arms to grab his opponent. The Arm goes as far as 20ft. Once the Arm gets a hold of the Target, the Target will be drained of [75] Chakra. In the user's next turn, if the Target is still in the Arm's grasp, then they'll be drained of another [75] chakra. The drained chakra will go to the user of this Jutsu. • The Maximum duration of this Jutsu is [2] Posts
Drop chakra drain to max 25 per post. Otherwise its fine.
Jutsu Name: Chakra Shadow Clone Rank: B Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a complete copy of himself with his Chakra. The being would look exactly like the user, and the Clone will have the current amount of chakra as the user. The clone will only be destroyed if it is hit with a chakra draining Jutsu, hit with [5] solid blows, or is drowned, set on fire, or fatally stabbed. Other than that, it's as if the user has made an exact copy of himself. • Only [2] Chakra Shadow Clone can be used at a time

☆ Advanced Passive Clan/Kekkei Genkai Ninjutsu ☆
Jutsu Name: True Chakra Mode Element: Maruton Description: The Advanced form of The Seishin'Maho Clan's Chakra Mode. This jutsu allows the user to enter an even more Advanced Chakra Mode by surrounding the whole body with not only the user's Chakra, but they tap into the seal on their stomach. This would allow the user to gain even more chakra and use more Advanced Jutsu. It takes [7] Posts of mediation and the Learner has to Spar with someone while using the full chakra cloak. The Chakra Cloak can be turned on and off at will. The first time the Cloak is activated, the user gains the boosts, and can only gain those boosts once. If this Jutsu is used after the basic Chakra Mode, then the effects of this Jutsu add onto the effects of Chakra Mode, but the Chakra Mode Cloak changes into the True Chakra Mode Cloak. This can only be turned on and off two times a battle. • True Chakra Mode boosts the user's chakra by [100] • Chakra Mode increases all of the user's stats by [2] • Must learn before attempting any other Advanced Clan Technique • Examples: Gold Version, Blue Version (In the Middle), White Version
Remove...Explanation unneeded but mainly the additional chakra and stat boosts. This is against the creation rules I give my crew to follow with our briefings for custom applications.
☆ Advanced Clan/Kekkei Genkai Ninjutsu ☆
Jutsu Name: The Seishin'Maho Clan's Ultimate Deffense: Sarutahiko Rank: S Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user sends all of their chakra outwards to create a unused armor made of complete chakra to aid them in the battle. The user usually uses the armor to make a giant wall in front of them to block a massive incoming attack. The being looks like armor that could be used to equip onto something. If used to equip onto something, the unused armor quickly travels onto the target, and it forces itself onto the target. The armor will fit the target regardless of the target's size. Once the armor is worn, the target has the power to use two swords, and have the defensive power of the armor. This armor is powerful enough to completely block any S Ranked attack, and it would crack against a single attack from a S+ Ranked move. It can only survive one more S+ Ranked attack before completely shattering. • Examples of Sarutahiko: Blue Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu, Red Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu, White Sarutahiko equipped to a Bijuu
Remove this version of Susanno...It would only block a single attack of its own rank. Anything higher will shatter it and kill you in the process. Thats how our systems work.
Jutsu Name: The Seishin'Maho Clan's Ultimate Attack: Cero Rank: S+ Element: Maruton Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user would focus lots of chakra into one point in their body and fire it at insane speeds. The user charges up very quickly since they're familiar with controlling chakra. Points they could fire it at is their Eyes, Mouth, Finger, Palms, Chest, etc. Once the user charges up, the point that they charged the blast with turns black. The blast itself is comparable to a Tailed Beast's Bijuu Bomb. The blast is strong enough to completely destroy A-Rank jutsu and below. Only S+ Rank shields could defend against this kind of attack. The blast is the color of the user's chakra. • Blast goes up to 50 yards
Bijudama will kill the user if they do not have a biju to mold it. The same would be for this attack. Complete rework needed.

Now before you post another, please look at it and ask yourself. Could Rin consider this to be op. Are my stats increasing too much? Do the defensive techniques make sense. Do this before you post another please. Hell, ask someone you know to help you.

I may not be crew, but I can give some advice!
What they are trying to tell you Noob, more so Windows, is the theme of your clan is....cliché. Meaning you state it is physical power and chakra. Ok, that's cool and all the concept I've seen before. However, the issues lie here.
One, I noticed your strength and weaknesses along with your abilities. If you are utilizing pure chakra or Maruton as we call it, how would it be balance since you can use any form of element? I would recommend throwing in a no-element weakness. It'll be reasonable, restricting and gives this clan a little more definition.
Now let's say you did that, you'll have to get rid of the learn any jutsu a single post ahead of time. It wouldn't make sense. As for the Maruton, learning it in half the time is excessive. If you were strict chakra I could see that, but seeing that's not the case it's a bit much. Also, since your a combination of chakra and physical capabilities you'll need to reduce the bonus of chakra. Those that ought to have that much a boost is clans or kekki genkai that either based around chakra or more to be exact advance element nature. Also, if you reduce or remove the discount on chakra usage for stated ranks like Holy said it'll be better.
Chakra mode.....seems kind of like sage mode to me. And their boosts are not even permanent. So I can see why they are asking you to remove it. The boost of chakra should be temporary as well, like if you use this at the start of battle your chakra increases, but when battle ends it'll disappear. See what I'm saying?
Chakra Signatures....not only is it similar to sage technique, but it also defeats the purpose of having a sensory class. Perhaps it'll be better to make it so you can detect chakra signature, but unsure of who's or where exactly. Unless of course your of the sensory class ^_^
Gather your lifeforce...I don't need to say much as Holy stated it already. It's a bit much, not even Rinnegan has such abilities as stated here. Now perhaps something like...you recover chakra at a faster rate? Like here I think it was 7 posts of not doing any action or something. Maybe this can reduce that time period? I don't know Im throwing ideas out.
Body Craft....the concept is cool. But, you may want to adjust the actual strength. Might I suggest changing the rank from E to E-S. Make it up to the user to spend however much chakra to defend themselves. Of course, the higher the rank I want to say the quicker it'll fade away as for how long the effects last.
Maho's care.....Another good idea. Might I suggest the speed of this be some how related to the speed of the user? Like half or whichever. It'll define the speed of the technique and the amount of chakra...as holy stated. Equivalent to the cost of said technique. Of course you could change it to E-S, since it'll be taking from you and adding it.
Earthly arm barrage.....again I would suggest making the speed involved with your own speed. Not matching, unless it's acceptable, but a portion. Example if you had 8, it could be like 5 or something.
Honestly....if its allowed I'd make this a C-S as well. Since in exchange for a chance of draining one's chakra you spend a similar amount.
Chakra Shadow Clone....dude. read the description. It is superior to any other clone created. Elemental clones and shadow clone usually trumps as far as bunshins are concerned. This is extremely over the edge. Even the best clones can be defeated by a solid hit. Usually has an effect upon destruction. Might I suggest if you hope to hold onto this skill, you do something similar. Hell an explosion of chakra equivalent to the amount spent. Or a refund of half the chakra spent to create it.
True chakra mode....don't even need it. The original chakra mode should cover all of these since it's a base of the clan and as you get stronger so does your chakra etc.
Ultimate defense......eh. Too much like Susanno. it'll basically ruin the originality for the sharingan. If you could simplify it to where it was a coat of armor around YOU, and it last for however long plus capable of blocking jutsu and strikes weaker then it but it'll shorten it's duration based off of it's strength (example, A rank will reduce endurance by two or three. B rank would be two or one, and so on. D and lower has no effect). Then, perhaps
Ultimate Cero....dude. Bleach. XD. anyways, an attack on that scale is overwhelming and thus would kill you. Here maybe this could be a good modified version.
Ultimate Attack: Cero Rank S+ Element Maruton Classification Ninjutsu Description The ultimate attack in the Seishin' Maho's arsenal in terms of destruction and raw power, which the user unleashes a massive blast of chakra from a point on their body where it was charged from; typically the mouth, fingers or palm. In order to perform this skill however, one must spend [1] post charging which leaves them vulnerable as they must stay completely still for the proper concentration and time to amass so much chakra to a single point in their body. Should they be successful, the next post the user will then near-instantaneously fire the chakra in the form of a large beam of destruction towards the direction they are targeting. The amount of power is so great that most defenses crumble beneath it's might leaving only defenses of similar rank capable of withstanding the Cero. Upon impact an explosion follows suit, the blast radius reaching 25 yards. For those who wish to be a little more creative they can even fire multiple cero(s) from different points of their body to increase chance of hitting or causing a larger scale of destruction. However, for each additional point the cero's power is split reducing the initial strength by one rank per point. More suited for creating destruction rather then a single opponent, as afterwards the user is left exhausted and incapable of utilizing clan techniques for a period of time (left up to the crew/vc/captain) and can only perform B rank or lower jutsu for a period of time (left up to the same peeps). This technique can only be used twice per battle due to the cost, as attempt to utilize it more then twice will result in death. Fun fact, the chakra is the same color as the user, only it has a slight blackish aura about it!
And...there we go. If it would pass is definitely not for sure. But anyways, I just want to help ya man. No one here will flat out deny it unless there is no chance for the clan to pass through. So, don't take this any kind of way negative. Rather, use it to better yourself and potentially make a better clan while making it legal enough to impress crew. Hopefully I helped out in some way ^_^

Steel Release: Koton Kekkei Genkai Three Words Describing the Clan/Kekkei Genkai: Hard,Strong,Solid Clan/Kekkei Genkai Picture Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: This genkai is very rare. Their are no known clans or villages that specalize in using koton. Users of steel release are often very headstrong and stuck in their ways. They tend to care only about staying true to themselves. However if loyalty is sworn by a member of the clan they would gladly throw away their lives. Users of this clan tend to avoid human contact as it often leads to weakness.Users of this genkai combine Earth and Katon to create Koton. Note: does not have to be steel it can be any kind of metal. This isnt done I havnt added all the jutsu yet but I wanted to post it before I finished it so that I wouldnt make a bunch of jutsu if the main bloodline in denied.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Name: Kinoko Three Words Describing the Clan/Kekkei Genkai: Growth is Strength Clan/Kekkei Genkai Picture Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: The Kinoko clan traces it's beginning to a person found near dead outside a strange hidden lab and a young woman who happened upon the injured man and took it upon herself to nurse him back to health. He regained some of his strength the man and his savior spent a night together the mysterious man planned to leave in the morning. That night just before dawn the woman awoke to find her lover in the jaws of a large white snake or a man the legend is not very clear. The event caused the woman to flee to the mist village months later she gave birth to the first member to show evidence of a skill that would be truly useful to a ninja. Their child could harness the power hidden in the growth of the fungus that grows freely throughout the mist surround them. They brought out the potential hidden within the mushrooms and through that potential they gained strength. The Kinoko has grown to become a prominent force within the hidden mist. Over the generations their mastery of their ninja arts has grown. They have dubbed their skill the fungus release after some research they discovered the stranger of legend was likely part of the Senju clan or had part of the Senju clan in them. Things became clearer when all the stuff about Orochimaru came to light that the snake of legend was actually him or at least served him. Once this was cleared up several clan members set off into the world to see what else had come from this mans dark hands. The clan do this day called the mist it's home. The spores take root burrowing into the persons flesh without causing much pain. The spores roots are barbed causing extreme pain when they are pulled out. Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Pain Spore Rank: C Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This strike plants the spore of a mushroom who's roots are very sharp and angled the roots move constantly causing a target with this mushroom on them to experience extreme pain until the mushroom is removed Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Shroom Shield Rank: C Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user creates a large mushroom out of their hand that can block on attack of it's rank or two of a lower rank Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Spore Clone Rank: B Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This jutsu creates a clone that is filled with pain spores and rooted spores [see above] when the clone is destroyed it erupts in a cloud of spores that covers a five foot area for one post. The clone can also be triggered to explode by the user Range: same as other clone jutsu Jutsu Name: Boom Spore Rank: B Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This strike places a spore that sucks in chakra from the air the user and the target not enough to nagativly effect the target but after two rounds the mushroom's cap violently explodes producing an explosion similar to the size of a paper bomb. The chakra drain is only notciable if you have an extreme degree of chakra control a method to see the drain happening or are focusing. Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Para Spore Rank: A Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This strike plants a mushroom that is very small on the surface but it's roots grow down deep into the person it grows on seeking out the electrical current creates by the targets nerve clusters. After one post the roots encase a near by nerve cluster and do no allow it to receive or send information causing the limb to become paralyzed. This effect is cause by the mushroom and will last one post after it is removed. Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Spore Form Rank: A Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This jutsu turns the caster into a cloud of spores for two post in this form they are vulnerable to wind jutsu Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Poison Spore Rank: A Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: This strike plants a spore that generates a small mushroom about a quarter of an inch across it's roots grow into the target until it reachs a blood vessel at which point it releases a toxin. The toxin circulates through the blood after two post the user experiences blurred vision and shortness of breath. The poison will continue to go through their bloodstream until the mushroom is removed. The effect of the toxin last half as long as the mushroom was attached. Range: Melee Jutsu Name: Spore cloud Rank: S Element: Classification: Ninjutsu Description: The user exhales a cloud of spores that cover an area of about four feet, when inhaled they absorb the moisture in the effected persons lungs taking root and preventing the target from breathing effectively. This causes the effected person to lose consciousness within three post if untreated the effects are lethal after 6 post.
