Oops I missed the radius on her Eternal attack - five meters/fifteen feet is also too big; something closer to ten, especially for an attack that does a form of damage, is best!
As for durations - her first two are instantaneous, or only as long as it takes her to sweep her hand across, so perhaps 5 or 10 seconds, if she's moving slowly? Eternal could easily be as long as 30!
