One more thing! What if I were to apply for a Bijuu that didn't hate the Sharingan? Say maybe the Five Tails? Desperately trying to get out of making a new RPC. D8

I got some questions. First two is what do the jutsu caps do? And do I need to apply to a village to be a genin in it?

The Jutsu caps are maximums, you cannot exceed them. So, each jutsu rank has a point cost and you as a shinobi have a total pool of points. All your jutsu add together to make thiis cap.
Genin do not have to apply.

I see as long as I meet the jutsu caps list that how many jutsu my character learn right? Another, I'm not good with posting one long post. So if I'm learning a jutsu which I have enough caps to have him to learn it. Can I post different posts to meet the words that it needed to learn them?

Yeah pretty much dead on, remember though you start with a certsain cap and then have a certain cap within RP.
You can post multiple posts to reach a word count, as long as it doesn't start becoming ridiculous.

Right, and as long as I know what to do for each jutsu that I'm learning and how to do it I will not let it becamme ridiculous. I will post here again if I need more question answer.
