Are you ready?: Quite ready.
Are you sure?: Positive.
Let's go then! Let's.
What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank?
I so love playing this game that people call "life", from the very depths of my heart. Though, I am unable to genuinely enjoy this game, unless I am a player. And fortunately enough, I am.
My role, as a Rook- as a Jounin- is one of importance. Some say that we sit above the Bishops- the Chuunin, though that is never true. We work as a whole. Each of us- the Queen, along with the Rooks and Bishops... We each only have one true meaning whilst this game is still active, and that is to protect the King. We play a game of chess with no Pawns. The Chuunin and the Jounin make up the combination of Rook and Bishop, paired alongside our Hokage, the Queen, who unifies our skills and capabilities. The King... We play with multiple. Though, mayhaps, they may seem incapable of extreme mobility, they are our stronghold, and our hope. It is my duty to protect my comrades, and teach them, so they, may too, reach higher heights, and it is my duty, to protect the Kings. If it requires my sacrifice, that is the price. As I assist others move farther, they will reach victory, and their full potentials. And as my time soon fades, I will not be amongst the dying generation, but the generation that will forever live on amongst the ones to come.

RP Sample:
The round orb of light shone vividly through the clouds, breaching the silver lining, and creating an existence coated in gold and amber. The once lurking shadows had been sheathed, and their creators now forming the plains of Eden. Despite the beauty of this field, it simply seemed too good to earnestly be a piece of the reality of the world in which we lived in. Perhaps, not everything possessed its own faults, though... Suzuki knew that that had escaped truth, somehow. "If only..." he thought to himself, leaving his own mental words to only trail off into the unknown distance. He replaced the paintbrush in his hand with a gentle grip, and returned the contrasting shadows back onto the canvas. Perhaps, light was not necessarily good, much as dark was not necessarily evil.

Suzuki turned, now, to face his newly arranged squad, who were sitting quietly in the dew-coated grass behind himself. He, himself, sat on the ground, still keeping his body in the direction of the three new Genin who sat before him. Suzuki reached into his rear pocket, returned with a book- what seemed to be, a collection of poetry- and began reading, as if the three pupils had not been there.
As time passed, the Genin began turning, and looking at each other, giving, and returning, questionable and confused glances. Not of them spoke, and it seemed as if they refused to do so. The only sounds that could be heard in the empty field were the gentle gusts of lightly flowing wind, and Suzuki's continuous turning of papered pages in the book of which he had had in hand. It seemed as if hours had passed, though hardly one half an hour had even entered and exited reality. The pupils each seemed restless, now. Amongst them, Suzuki could hear them making slight movements, rearranging themselves and their positions, and finding ways to distract themselves. This was when their mentor would speak. "What is happening, here?" He placed the book in his lap, all the while closing it, and allowed his gaze to scan over the three Genin before him. Once again, expressions of confusion fell upon their faces. Their new-found tutor let the slightest sigh release from his mouth. This was enough for the three to understand what he meant, as they listened to his soft breath in the sheer quiet.
The Genin looked at one another, then back to Suzuki. "Why is it, do you think, that silence is so simply disgruntling?" he asked, while paying more attention to his surroundings than his pupils. "Because we're so used to hearing things, we forgot what it feels like to not hear things?" Suzuki rested his hand upon the young Genin's head as he gave his uncertain answer. "Perhaps. There are plenty of reasons. However, in this world, we are forced to be so focused on the minor details, that we do simply forget to pay any mind to the major ones." Each of his pupils seemed to be taking their time to interpret what their tutor had meant by this, though he knew well that they would soon learn.

Suzuki turned away from the Genin, and faced outwards towards the largely forested area. "Excuse me?" he seemed to ask the empty air. In an instant, several kunai were thrown from a location of, what appeared to be, absolutely nothing, and a destination of, what was clearly, Suzuki, as well as the three behind him. He reached into his pocket, gripping several senbon, which he further launched in multitudes of directions to interfere with the paths of the kunai. He sighed, now. "I guess not..."
Soon after having spoken, Suzuki simply waited for the assailant to reveal themselves. In a moment, the unknown figure stepped forward, leaving his body cloaked with shadows. Though, he knew well that the shadows were Suzuki's ally. It was a man whom he had once known, and a man whom he'd thought dead. "It seems that your mental state finally broke, hasn't it, Suzuki Byakko?" Suzuki's gaze was invisible past the reflection of sunlight on his glasses. "I'm really not much for fighting, you know. Besides, the answers that you are looking for are not in my possession." After saying this, he gently signaled for the Genin to back away, by a slight gesture of the hand. "Don't think that we know nothing about you, Byakko." the man said, placing one foot forward from the shadows. "Now then, what shall we do?" Suzuki stared back at the man, still with his nonchalant manner. "As I said, I'm not much for fighting, and there's no purpose for you to be here. Spare yourself, and leave." The man returned his foot back into the safety of the shadow of the large willow tree. "As I thought. You're still a genius." Only for a moment could a smile be caught on the man's face, before he disappeared again.

Suzuki spun on his heel, and began walking back towards the three Genin who could have been caught in unnecessary feud. "I apologize for that." he looked them over, each still unknowing of the event of which just occurred. "I have one last lesson to teach you, today. Refrain from answering this question, and leave yourself to ponder it." he took a moment to return himself to his proper mood. "The good and evil of our world are recorded in vast numbers, but, just what sort of criteria do you use to divide people into 'good' and 'evil'?" At that, he began walking back towards the village, keeping his senses as keen as they always were, and ensuring that his new pupils were out of harm's way.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? I will be as active as necessary, given that nothing interferes with my capabilities of posting.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
Why don't you read paper books? E-Books lack character. Books are not just something that you just read words in. They're also a tool to adjust your senses. When I'm not feeling well, there may be times when I am unable to take in the words, paragraphs, and pages that I read. When that happens, I try to think about what might be hindering my reading. There are books that, curiously, I can take in smoothly even when I'm not feeling well. I try to think why. It might be something like a mental tuning. What's important when you tune is the feeling of the paper that you're touching with your fingers and the momentary stimulation your brain receives when you turn pages.
Each of my students will become the reader of a book- my own teachings. This book may be a vignette, perhaps, or an epic novel... That is their decision. I intend on treating them as a whole, through equality, where no individual is better than another. Perhaps they may need assistance, scanning their sight across the countless words, and that is where my duty makes its home. I am merely an assisting character, allowing the reader to come nearer their finale as they progress. Of course, these readers will have moments in which one may have read farther ahead in hopes of surpassing the others, and perhaps, one will have kept their time, savouring each word for their own benefit. Though, each book is not only being read by the reader, but also written. It is only my duty to let them reach the end of this novel, to the point where an understanding is completely met, and pleasure is achieved. As they progress, it is only my hope to see the splendor in the pages of these newly written books... And perhaps, they may yet write a sequel to their stories.

Are you ready?: Always ready
Are you sure?: Sure as the sky is blue
Let's go then!
What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank?
The role of this rank is to protect your village at all costs, to put everything on the line to protect those you care about and those who follow in your footsteps (Genin and Chuunin). As a Jounin Shinobi you will also be a teacher and a guide, helping young boys and girls along their paths as Shinobi.

RP Sample:
The dust settled on the field, and there stood three young boys in a row dressed in traditional battle armor standing in front of a much older man in matching armor. The boys looked tired and wore from a long battle, barely staying up on their feet as the man paced slowly in front of them. The man flicked his wrist and Kunai flew at the boy in the middle, striking him in his chest. The boy fell to his knees, but before he fell on his face the boy disappeared in a puff of smoke and in his place was a wood log with the Kunai stuck in it. The boy then reappeared behind the man and attempted to strike him with a flying knee, but a simple back fist crashed into the side of the boy's head and sent him flying into the ground. The boy didn't get up, leaving what could be assumed as his teammates standing in front of the man. The boy on the left readied himself as it seemed like he would take on the man next as he charged forward, sliding under the man's legs as he neared and tossing Shuriken towards the man's back. The man was ready for the boy however, using the same technique used by the other boy, turning himself into a wood log as the Shuriken's struck it. The boy stood up and took a heavy boot in the center of his chest from the man , sending him head over heels backwards and landing a few feet away face down. The man swung around to face the remaining boy, looking directly into his eyes as if he was trying to get the boy to surrender before he even thought of making a move.

"Takeru! It seems like your squad mates have learned nothing from my teachings. What makes you think that you can take me on by yourself when the other two couldn't even put a mark on me," the man yelled out at the last boy.

"Well Masaro Sensai," the boy coughed as he flashed Masaro a grin, "because I am not Takeru Kenzo," the boy shouted. The look on Masaro's face was one of shock as he saw the boy transform in front of his eyes. The boy only grinned wider as a foot planted itself hard against the side of Masaro, sending him to the ground hard. Masaro sat up, knowing that he had been tricked but also that he was fairly beaten.

"How did you three boys manage to pull this off?" Masaro asked as Takeru walked up and stood next to his teammate. "And where is Akio?"

"It was easy," Takeru said as he sat down with Ryo in front of Masaro, "You have only been fighting Ryo this entire time." Masaro looked shocked but nodded his head, wanting Takeru to go on. "When you told us that we would be going three on one against you again, we decided to come up with a plan! You always beat us, so we needed to come up with a strategy that we thought would work best. When you told us the time and place to meet, Akio used his Shadow Clone Jutsu with his Transformation Jutsu to make it seem like all of us where there. We decided to have Ryo go in there alone and let you think you were winning. The only person you actually hit the entire time was Ryo as we had to protect the clones because you would have caught on. Ryo can take a beating and wanted to show his fortitude so that is why he was sent around . Why you don't see Akio is because he needed to be far from the battle so he could keep his Chikara built up and keep the Clones and Transformations on. I was waiting for the perfect time to strike from those trees just over there and when you put all your attention on the other me, I struck you from behind. You were so focused on finishing us off that you didn't notice the Clones disappearing after they were struck!" Takeru looked pleased with himself as he finished up his story, Akio walking up and taking a seat next to Ryo and him as they all looked up at their sensai.

"I guess I taught you guys better then I thought," Masaro started laughing at his earlier words about the boys knowing nothing. The boys joined in with their sensai, as they all stood and made their way back towards Konohagakure. The day ending with a big win for Team Masaro!

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? Yes! Between Work and School I have enough spare time to help my squad excel.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
By being a caring and dedicated trainer. As a teacher I know that everyone listens differently and everyone learns differently. Some of my pupils may pick up things quickly and be able to grow strong quickly, but if I see one of my pupils struggling then I will work harder with that one person so that they also can become strong. A team is only as strong as the weakest link, so I hope to grow as a unit and become one of the strongest squads around.

Are you ready?: Yes!
Are you sure?: Yes….
Let's go then! Alright then.
What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank? To set an example for the future generations and teach them the skills needed to be a successful shinobi. Also, to protect the village and the younger shinobi at all costs.

RP Sample:
The wind was still as Hajumara Shuuryou stood atop a large tree overlooking the training field. His three students, Sato, Ren, and Hikiyo, jumped from spot to spot. The students would lunge towards one of their teammates then back away without making contact. No one’s even tried to land a hit yet… This is going to take forever. He thought with a small sigh. Hajumara slipped of the branch he was sitting on and tumbled gracefully down from his perch, grabbing onto a branch occasionally to slow his decent. The jounin landed with a small thud, dropping to a crouching position the second his feet made contact with the earth beneath him. He brushed some hair out of his eyes and stood. Hajumara walked over to the students, who were looking at him questioningly.

When I said that I wanted you three to spar against each other, I meant you actually need to land some hits. Otherwise this is a pointless exercise. The teacher told the three of them. Let’s try this one more time, but now you actually have to hit one another.

Hikiyo’s eyebrows knitted together and she frowned. This is already pointless. All you’re doing is making us spar and that isn’t going to help us. Ren stepped forward and put a hand on her shoulder.

I’m sure that he has a reason for making us do this. Besides, this isn’t too bad. At least it’s not something boring. The young boy told her with an optimistic smile. Their teacher smiled and walked away slowly. Once he was at the edge of the field, he rose his hand and let it drop.

Begin!

With this, the students once again began jumping around. However, now they actually began to attack one another. It started slowly at first, with the first hit being Ren jumping in the air and landing a barrage of aerial strikes on Sato before landing and continuing the attack. In order to rescue her comrade, Hikiyo ran over and delivered a spinning kick to Ren’s side. Sato jumped away and recuperated from his assault as Ren and Hikiyo fought. Hajumara watched from the sidelines looking proud.
Well, this is a big turnaround. He thought as his students sparred.

Sato ran forward after he caught his breath and attacked Ren with the intent to kill. At first, Hajumara was glad that his students were beginning to get serious with this exercise, but he noticed that Sato was a little too serious and he began to worry. Maybe this wasn’t the right way to observe their individual skills. He continued to watch silently, his body tense and ready to jump in if the students went too far.

Sato eventually got Ren onto the ground, after delivering an onslaught of attacks. Sato sat on top of his fallen teammate and pulled his fist back to begin a series of attacks to Ren’s face. Hajumara rushed forward, looking like a blur as he picked Sato off of Ren. He held the squirming student high in the air by the back of his shirt until the young shinobi stopped writhing around.

Alright, I think that’s enough. The tan skinned man said with a tone void of emotion. He wasn’t happy with what had just happened, but Hajumara was happy with the fact that his students took this exercise seriously the second time around. He set the fuming student down and helped Ren to his feet before returning to Sato and kneeling down in front of him. Don’t you think you owe Ren an apology? He asked and patted Sato’s arm. The student took a deep breath and slowly took the short trip to where Ren was standing.

Sorry… Sato grumbled, to which Ren smiled and held out his hand as if to say ‘no harm done’. Sato’s frown transformed into a small smile and he accepted his teammate’s gesture. Hajumara once again smiled proudly.

It had been four and a half hours since the teacher had seen his students. The exercise hadn’t been enough to gather what he needed data wise. Hajumara slipped into the hot water that he had drawn for his bath. He needed time to think about ways his students could improve and work together, and soaking was the best way for him to focus. He concluded that he needed to see more from his students before he could formulate any plausible ideas. He stood from the water and wrapped a towel around his waist before pulling the plug from his tub. Haju dried off in the other room before putting on the clothes he was planning to sleep in. He lay awake in his bed staring at the ceiling. He was daydreaming, which was ironic since it was night time. Hajumara shook himself from his daze as a kunai with a note attached to it lodged itself in the wall opposite his window.

Meet me at the Training Fields in exactly one hour if you want to see your students alive. The note read in sloppy handwriting. Hajumara wasted no time in leaving for the area designated.

Hajumara entered the clearing that his students had trained in previously that day. In the center of the dirty ground was a man dressed in black from head to toe, save for a single sheet of silver on his forehead. The headband that this stranger wore showed he was a sand nin, or was at least posing as one. The man had his students tied together on the ground and had their mouths stuffed. He was swirling a kunai around his finger.

Who are you and what do you want? Hajumara asked in a dangerously low tone.

I’m here to take out the leaf village, and I suppose the easiest way to do that is to start with the teachers! The sand shinobi replied and rushed forward, ignoring the rest of the question.

It was a stupid move, seeing as it was probably the most basic thing to do in a fight. It was obvious the threat wasn’t very intelligent and could probably be taken out without using much effort, let alone any chakara, but Hajumara took this opportunity to show his students some things about their teacher while saving them. He stepped to the side and aimed a decoy knee strike towards the enemies gut, while his real strike was going to come as the man dodged by jumping in the air. The leaf jounin whipped his raised leg around to deliver a reversed roundhouse kick to the falling enemy’s thigh, making him fall to the ground as he landed. Hajumara bit his thumb and slapped his palm onto the ground.

A cloud of smoke enveloped them as the leaf ninja summoned a tiger with a snake as a tail. The cat placed a paw onto the sand shinobi’s chest and pinned him to the ground. Taking the foes cowel off of him, the teacher came to the conclusion that this sand ninja was only a chuunin and was probably sent here as part of a training exercise. Hajumara walked over and untied the children before grabbing the enemy and taking him to the men in charge of dealing with criminals. He returned the children safely to their families and went back home.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? Yes, unless I am unable to get on gaia for a period of time. In that case, I will alert the captain and a VC of my absence so that it is known that I would be offline (even though it says that I am on).

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
First, I would have them train with each other, showing me their strengths and weaknesses so that I can get an understanding of how they work. Then I would teach them tactics on how to support their teammates skills and how to cover their weaknesses, be it something they themselves need to work on, or something that a teammate needs to cover. And finally I would run them through a series of simulations and tests via clones, dummies, or other means and repeat so that I can get my students to the point that they’re battle formations and defensive tactics become second nature to them.
I would also work with them one-on-one occasionally so that they can get a feel for combat when their alone, and teach them to cover their own weaknesses. But this would come later, after they learn to work in a synergistic team.

Hola! First of all I would like to apologize to the three of you for the long wait you have had. I commend you for your diligence and patience in the matter and again ask you to forgive me for how long it has taken me to get my personal s**t together.

Anyway, to the applications:

@Tetshi: This is a class sample and application, as we've come to expect for you here at WotS. My only concern is, if you have too many characters how will you be able to manage? If you are confident in your abilities to split your time, I am more than happy to accept you as one of my Jounin.

@Jinx: Your sample is good and if you would have applied for Chuunin would have been more than enough to secure you the position, however, due to many grammatical and spelling mistakes; I am going to have to deny you for the time being. It may seem harsh but the thing is that as a Jounin, I'm putting you in charge of other RPers experience in the guild and in order to make sure they get the best they can, Jounin have to be the best. With a little more experience, I believe you will be ready but as of now, you've just missed out.

@Insanity: You've submitted a really strong and detailed application considering that I guess this is your first time. Thank you so much for your effort and welcome to Konoha as a Jounin.

My face is reflected in the water...
It's a shining grin full of hope...

I do believe that I have the capability of separating my time individually for each of my characters, and, if I am proved otherwise, it would not be difficult for me to simply kill off one of my characters to resume and further utilize the other two.

... Or it could be a look of somber silence struggling with fear...
What do you see reflected in your face???

Are you ready?:Aye aye captain
Are you sure?:Aye aye captain!
Let's go then!
What Rank are you applying for?: Chuunin/Jounin
What do you believe personally is the role of a Shinobi of your desired Rank? To help train the new Genins in the way of the Shonobi and to take on missions too risky for Chuunins.

RP Sample:“Come now you newbies lets see what you got.” Nayr said smiling as he pulled a Bo Staff from a nearby weapon rack. He had just received these Genins to train and he was going to analyze their abilities to see what they need to train in. “Remember all tactics are allowed just remember that the same can apply to me.” Nayr said spinning his Staff in his one hand. One Genin charged straight at him without a seconds delay only to find the end of Nayr’s Bo Staff hitting into his chest. “Far too slow, next.” Nayr said smiling as he jumped back a little to give the other two room to advance. The second Genin smiling as he threw 5 Kunais at Nayr.
With a simple spin of his Bo Staff he caught them in the staff. “So we have a ranged fight eh?” Nayr said as he grabbed the Kunais off the staff attaching thin wires to each as he threw them to either side of this ranged genin then pulling the wire together hoping to snag the owner of said kunai. The Genin jumped over the wire just in time to avoid it. “Ah a little better then the charger it appears.” Nayr said as the Third Genin charged at him from behind wielding a dagger. Nayr quickly rolled to the side to avoid the move. “Ah so either teamwork or using the other one as a distraction. A pretty good call.” Nayr said giving credit as he set the Bo Staff down as he drew his own Katana from it’s sheathe. “Now this is where play time ends.” The Genin with the ranged weapons threw Throwing Stars at Nayr hoping to hit him while has was distracted by Genin number three. The three Throwing Stars are easily deflected as Nayr uses his Katana to cut them out of the way.
The Genin with the dagger then charges at Nayr hoping to get him. Nayr blocks the dagger move with his arm armor as he then slams his other arms elbow straight to the top of the Genin’s head. “Guess that just leaves you Mr. Ranged User.” Nayr said as he softly but the now unconscious Genin off to the side. The last Genin started to do hand seals for the necessary technique. “Raiton: Gian” causing a spear made out of lightning form in his hand. Nayr quickly side stepping to avoid it but getting his slightly in the ribs causing him to lose balance. He quickly uses smoke bombs to recover from the attack. He then uses the opportunity to get behind his target to attack. Using both his hands he strikes down with enough force to knock the Genin down disabling him from combat. Leaving only one of the Genins Councious. As the smoke disappears Nayr goes to bandage the open wound he received from the rang using Genin.
“Despites being the only one conscious the other two did do a better job.” Nayr says as he treats himself. “One should think of a strategy before charging in to attack especially when you are facing an opponent you know is stronger then you.” Nayr said wincing as he applies the final bandage on. “Although I think you guys aren’t too bad. So what’s your preference for attacking? Weapons or ninjusu? I personally like to use both.” Nayr said waiting for an answer. “I am not sure yet. My dad focused on weapons while my mother used ninjusu. So I haven’t decided yet.” The young Genin replies. “I did kinda like the Bo Staff you were using.” The Genin says as he picks it up from where Nayr laid it down. “Ah a good weapon that one. Pretty light since it’s wood and is decent at deflecting though explosive tags being added to kunais could make the wood part a bother. Otherwise it’s good for blocking attacks and even gathering kunais your enemy foolishly throws at you.” Nayr says picking up the spare one from the shelf. “Now the point in using the Bo Staff in combat is to remember you can use both sides. Unlike a sword if you miss with one end you can quicly swing around with the other end making it a very deadly weapon.” Nayr said showing the Genin what he means. “Also if you spin it around fast enough it acts as a shield preventing attacks from getting through.” Nayr said as he got to showing the Genin more and more about the Bo Staff.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad? But of Course.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
Train them based on what their abilities are orriented around and make sure not to focus on one person at a time. Maybe offer a reward for group trainings to add positive feedback. Training will start with the basics then we will train things that not every ninja can do and thus split it amongst the group.

RP Sample:
It was the middle of the night when young Oshiro began his patrol around the borders of his camp. Tonight there was a new moon, which meant that all the light that he and his fellow soldiers had would come from oil lamps alone. After walking into the woods for about thirty minutes, Oshiro finally decided to sit down, bracing his back against the large trunk of a tree and setting his lantern down beside his knee. The years had been good to Oshiro, never sustaining more than a few bruises and scratches from the sporadic battles that he and his men were occasionally forced into. Japan was very restless, and had been for the past two or three years. Family fought family and didn’t know it until someone was dead on one side or the other. Still, everyone across Japan agreed on one thing, no matter what side they were on. This three way war between the three feudal lords had lasted long enough and soon, someone was going to end it. With Shogun Tougai to the North and East, Shogun Versimo to the South, and Shogun Tuskomi to the West, Japan was divided into factions, each equally as strong as the other, regardless of the land that the faction possessed. Everyone expected Shogun Tougai to put an end to the civil unrest that had plagued the country for some time, but now few believed that he had the ability to do so. Many frowned upon his cowardly tactics of attack and run repeatedly all over Japan, but none would oppose him save for the other two shoguns.
The faint sound of something rustling in the leaves of the brush behind Oshiro broke him out of his trance and made him leap to his feet, unsheathing his katana as he did so. He was alert and focused, seemingly ready for anything, at least, that was what appeared to be situation until the wind began to blow. A strong gust whipped around Oshiro’s legs, extinguishing the flame of his oil lamp and plunging him into pure and utter darkness. Again, the brush rustled, but now off to Oshiro’s left, then his right, each time growing closer and closer. His grip was firm as he glanced around nervously, straining his eyes to see in the dark. Suddenly, the rustling stopped and all was silent. Oshiro had no warning as something long and metallic bit deep into the flesh of his throat, severing his jugular veins and windpipe in a seemingly effortless, single slice. As he fell to his knees, the flame of his lamp returned, casting light on the dark figure before him. The man was around six feet tall with black hair down to his waist. He was clothed in black, almost skin tight, pants and shirt with a black cloak that stopped just above his shoes. His shoes were simple black boots, turned down at the tops with his pants tucked inside. Laying horizontal across the back of his waist was the now empty black sheath that housed his seven foot katana. Along the sides of the sheath were the engraved shapes of two dragons winding towards each other, starting from the ends. His katana was basically traditional, made in the same special fashion from stainless steel. However, the hilt was different. It was completely black gold and had the head of a dragon on the tip of it, the dragon’s eyes being black diamonds. The once shinning silver blade now shined crimson in the light from the lamp as Oshiro tried to speak, only producing sickening gurgles. The man standing in front of Oshiro looked down at Oshiro, his icy blue eyes full of disgust and hatred and seeming to glow in the light from the lamp. As if understanding Oshiro’s gurgling, the standing man spoke.
“My name is Akane Hikari, and tonight…..your men meet oblivion.”
Oshiro’s eyes grew wide with shock as six other people stepped out from the shadows, all wearing the same clothing as Akane, brandishing the same katanas, and peering at Oshiro with the same piercing eyes. There were four men and two women standing behind Akane now. As his vision began to blur, Oshiro fell forward onto his chest and face, letting the blood now pool on the ground around his shoulders. In a matter of seconds, Oshiro was dead and the lamp extinguished again. Still, seven pairs of icy blue eyes peered into the darkness, seeming to glow brilliantly for a few moments before, one by one, they simply disappeared. Only the eyes of Akane remained visible as he turned to face Oshiro’s camp, a camp belonging to one of Shogun Versimo’s small regiments. Akane cleaned his blade on the clothing on Oshiro’s back and sheathed his katana once more as he began to walk forward. His steps made no sound and neither did anything else he did. After taking a few steps, his eyes too disappeared, leaving the woods to appear, once again, lifeless.

If you are applying for Jounin, can you be active enough to benefit your squad?
Yeah, I should be able to. At least one post a day.

If you are applying for Jounin, how will you get the best from your squad and how will you train them?
The answer to both is catering to the strengths of those under my character. No two people are alike so none can all be trained the same way really. So to ask how I will train them and get the best from them warrants this fairly generalized answer. In the end, however, it's up to them and how dedicated they wish to be. A Jounin should train by giving the student the information they need, fostering a training environment, and providing helpful advice/feedback whenever necessary.
