She then shook her head and began working herself up again. This wasn't working very well. Alexa and Socks were having a tough time with this battle due to the stat changes. Alexa thought for a moment and decided to try something else. "Yawn!" Socks tilted her head at hearing the command but complied. Now it was time to start changing things, hopefully in their favor. "Heal Bell!" Alexa called out. Socks had moved close to Mephistopheles after he fell asleep. She however was hit with the spectral power and jumped back. She had no bell to ring but her eyes glowed and a glowing bell seemed to appear. Socks was knocked to the ground by the energy. It took a moment for her to get back up. She noticed that the Duskull was close to waking up and so yawned again to keep him asleep. Masked Socks dodged the beam of ice. She backed up some to put some space between them and considered her options. She still needed more time and decided to try again. Once more the Eevee was knocked down by the energy. She got up and shook herself off. Then she began to work herself up raising her attack. After all she only had a little bit of time to even things up, from the looks of it.

Socks took a slap to the face from the energy running amok. She didn't let it stop her though. She continued to work herself up knowing she was tiring while her opponent was still fresh.

Socks was hit with the blast of cold ice and knocked down. She struggled to get back up as she was so tired now. However she managed to fire off some more Shadow Balls hoping to deal more damage before she fainted.
