Camelot looked relieved, his heart thundering in his chest as if it was intent on escaping. He was panting for breath, trying to master himself. He was riding high on an adrenaline rush after that fast and furious fight, and being so very close to too late.

He was more than relieved to have gotten there in time, though, knowing all too well what General Painite was capable of.

"I'm glad to have gotten there before that preparation came into play," he said with a heavy sigh, following her lead and letting out a breath of air now that they had a chance to relax. He lifted his hand to his neck, grimacing as he touched it. The act of acknowledging it made it burn and it shot a pain down his neck and into his spine.

"Hey," he saw her panicking, and he moved to her side, putting his hand lightly on her shoulder. "Sit down. Let's take a breath, and patch up our wounds, hm? It's a small city, I'm afraid, and the Generals, like that woman, are very... active... in their hunting. Well, they were. Ah. Let's not think about it for now, hm? Let's just make sure you're alright." He took his sash, tearing off a large part of it so he could help her. He was gentle and slow, fatherly in his way.

"I am as well. I don't wish for my family to go through bury me just yet." If she could she'd wish to out live them all; truth be told. She didn't want anyone she cared for to suffer through burying her, even if it meant she would have to bury everyone she was close to. She didn't make the same deep connections with people that others, like her family, did.

Slowly nodding, as it seemed her head weighed too much, she let herself fall onto something nearby which she could sit on, she didn't even notice what she'd sat herself on. Her coat was idly, almost without thought, moved aside so he could tend to her. It was slowly, while he worked, that lavender eyes turned to the older man. "I'd say they are active as well....if only this city was larger." And she could escape that teleporting trick of theirs.

Watching him, hissing at some points, she kept her gaze on him. "Your wounded as well, you should have it tended to as well. It would be bad if you were taken out of commission because of that." Remembering her words to that senshi, the one who seemed almost careless with her health and life. Was he the same way? Would he risk throwing away his life for others? He needed to tend to himself as well and yet he wasn't...- not that she wasn't grateful! She was. But he needed to be seen to as well! Someone like him needed to be able to fight so they could continue to protect others; and if he didn't tend to himself he potentially wouldn't be able to.

"I'm Delphi...page of Polaris." Her way of asking who he was, while introducing herself as well.

Camelot understood her fears. He had a family to worry about, his son and his step daughter, as well as his wife. Not to mention the baby they had on the way, which he was nervous enough about without the added concern of putting his life in danger every time he went out.

He was a Knight first, but he had made a promise to keep himself as safe as he could, so he would return to his family every day and be the man they needed, not just the one he felt the city needed.

It was hard to find a balance, he knew that.

But it was possible.

"Oh, it's not too bad," he said, about his own injury. It was bleeding enough to be worrisome, but not enough to make him think he would bleed out before he got home. Not that he wanted to go home with a bleeding neck injury to explain, but at least Kyndall was a knight as well, and understood his fight.

"My name is Camelot, Knight of Earth." He smiled at her, nodding his head once he felt he had successfully wrapped her injury for her.

"Your sure?" She asked, concerned for the bleeding wound he had, it wasn't gushing but it was more blood than she thought was good. Though she supposed he'd been involved in this war longer and likely had a better grasp of things, knew more in this area, than she did. So perhaps it really wasn't that bad? She hoped he was right and it wasn't that bad, she didn't want to find out somehow that he'd wound up dead or in a hospital due to her.

Looking down at her own wound she nodded slowly as she took in the wrapping. She'd be good till she got home. Maybe tomorrow she should go out shopping and put together a small, or maybe not so small, first aid kit. While she didn't want to spend as much money as she might on it she knew it would be a good thing; in the long run.

"You have a way to tend to your wounds? I can help...you did save my life."

Camelot smiled.

"Don't worry. I can take care of it once I'm home." Because it was always easier to tend to himself if he had his wife glaring at him for risking his life again. He told her he would be there for their baby and he meant it, but he had to balance that with being there for those that needed him, and his fellow knights.

He looked at her, tilting his head and offering her a goofy, reassuring smile.

"I think the best thing for you would be to head home and relax a bit, don't you think? It's been a little overwhelming tonight, and you should always take care of yourself, as best you can. It won't stop, I'm afraid, all this Chaos, but it's up to us to find our pace. Do you want me to walk with you somewhere?"

Would that be something she'd one day say? That she'd take care of an injury at home? And with such ease? The idea startled her internally. Would this become something of an accepted norm? She didn't like the idea of that at all, she didn't like fighting. But she hadn't started anything she'd been involved in so it wasn't her fault, it was them who were after her. Their was a clear, in her mind, them and me and that 'me' was becoming an 'us' and she took note that other knights and the senshi had never attempted to harm her. They had helped her. It was those of chaos, who felt dark, who came after her.

It felt awfully black and white right now to her. Something of a solid line drawn in the sand. Could she look at this war like that? Yes she was sure she could. She could see it in a lack and white manner. But could she fully trust those on her side? No. But she would give them as much trust as she could. This didn't mean she'd learn to fight but she could learn to defend herself, knowing that she really needed to learn to, because she never wanted to be in this position again - looking at the end of her life.

"No...I'll be fine getting home. You should get home and help yourself." She spoke once she'd come out of her own mind, and her thoughts. She had a better standing with these things, or so she thought. "Thank you, again." She hoped this war would end, for the sake of the people living in this city. She knew she wasn't a terrorist now, or those like her, not after seeing who started the fights more than once now. She could sleep a little easier with that in mind.

"If you're sure. Take care of yourself, and I hope to see you again soon. If you need any help, honestly, just come to the Destiny City Central Library. That is where I work, and where I start my patrols from. Just ask for Anthony Darrow."

His identity was secret save only to those that needed to know it, which was a fairly loose rule. He felt anyone who needed his help and wasn't on the side of chaos should be able to find him, and he did his best to make himself available to them should they need help, or just a safe place to come and get away from everything else.

After all, there wasn't just a knight at the library. There were books. And dvds, and movie viewing rooms. And an evil vending machine.

It was a nice place to escape to, at least that's how he felt about it. Considering how long he'd worked there, though, it was kind of a home away from home.

He moved to get himself headed in the right direction for home. He was going to have a hell of a time explaining his injury to his pregnant wife, and to avoid the shoes, cups, or books she might inevitably throw at his head for it.

"Good night!"

She had once been told to contact a senshi, if she ever needed help, but aside from a cell phone number had no way to contact her. She supposed she could power up and take her phone with he but she worried about breaking it, and she didn't want to part with the money for a new phone or insurance on it. Now though she knew where someone was, a location she could run to if she needed to, and she was glad for that.

"I'll keep that in mind. Thank you. I would give you were I can be found but I don't see you needing my help." Considering her low level, and that was just what her tone of voice said. She could see herself being needed or sought out for something. What could she do? Offer him jewelry advice? There wasn't anything she could offer to anyone, not really anyway, - yet.

"Thank you and good night to you as well. Thank you - again." An honest and genuine smile as she turned and pointed herself toward home as well, opposite the way he was going. Beginning her walk home, still powered up, she hoped she didn't have run in's like this one again for a long while. She might have learned from this, settled her opinion on some things, but she didn't need more injuries.

Fin!

Camelot smiled softly.

"Don't worry about it, honestly. I'm sure we'll cross paths again, and you can count at me to aid you if you ever need it. Just stay safe, alright?" He'd hate to find out anything happened to her, and he was determined to make sure that didn't happen. He wanted to offer her training and a safe place to come to if she needed it.

Or to just talk if she wanted.

He watched her as she made her way off, taking to the roof tops to watch over her path just in case anything wanted to cause her trouble before she got home. His aura was just a protective warmth, keeping her safe from a distance.
