She felt the pressure release on her hand before she even registered that Keilana had tightened her grip. Aminah was worried that her talking was boring enough that Keilana was thinking back to her troubles.
Aminah's face tightened into a worried frown before she immediately relaxed and tried to lighten up for the sake of her friend.
She shook her head. "No, not yet. Right now it's only native plants, but I'm working on taking a trip to Jauhar to pick up some from there. I'm already working on creating a sub-system to keep the same kind of humidity that they have there. Eventually I want to expand and bring back some Sauti plants. I don't think I'll be able to utilize anything from Zena, but it's worth a trip out there I think. Even if just to take a look around."

Keilana pondered on what Animah had to say, so she was going to travel by herself to Jahaur? Part if her didn't want her to go off by herself, but perhaps she was just super- imposing her worries about her brother onto the only other one she had become close to. A troubling thought, that she was only worrying because she needed to worry about someone besides her brother. Still she didn't feel that Animah should go alone, perhaps it would doher some good to travel without her brother for once.
"Oh? Well I could go with you, it's dangerous In the forest..and though I am sure you can handle yourself it couldn't hurt to have a hammer around. " the leaf girl offered hoping that Animah would object with her tagging along. The more she thought on it the more it was beginning to sound like. Really good idea. Though she would need to make sure her brother was at least alive before she ventured off....she could only imagine the lecture he would give her if she left his precious lover lone while he was out doing whatever the heck he was doing

Aminah's smile lit her face at Keilana's offer. She would love some company. She thought about her quick journey into Sauti just days ago; the solitude on the way there and back just didn't fit her. Keilana would be a perfect companion for her vegetative expeditions. "I would love for you to come with me!" She quickly added, "If you wouldn't mind of course." The last thing she wanted to do was impose herself on her closest friend.
Aminah was already thinking about all of the trips she could plan for two and drag Keilana along. It would be so exciting she could burst with her feelings. "Of course, I won't be taking any trips until I catch up with everything I have now. My poor plants were at the mercy of Tale while I was gone."

She couldn't believe she was about to say this...but ..
"Why don't you ask Takoda... to look after them? He is nuts about plants...and he uses magic as well..so I am sure he can keep them alive." Keilana offered if only because she desired a reason to get out of Tale and if offering her brothers lover meant she could leave...she supposed she would do just that.
"Though ...I don't mean to rush you...why don't you just let me know when your ready to go?" She offered next, though little did she know that in the near future some events would be changing her life forever, all because she desired to forgot for a little while her troubles.

Aminah was surprised. She didn't know that Takoda was interested in plants. This was exciting news. She could have a helping hand in all her work here in Tale. Maybe she could meet him sometime soon.
Though she would want to give Keilana all the time she needed first to come to terms with her brother's partner choice. The last thing Aminah wanted was to make her friend think that she had abandoned her side. Aminah shuddered inwardly at the thought of Keilana thinking she was a terrible person.
She quickly put a smile back on her face and genuinely answered her friend. "I'm considering doing just that. It would give us plenty of time to go everywhere and pick up whatever we need." She wrapped Keilana up in a hug. "Oh Kei! I can't wait! I just need to wrap things up here and we can plan our first trip together." Aminah's face lit up.

Keilana was actually starting to get excited about the idea, going on an adventure without her brother and with her best friend instead, if only she would be aware of the foolish mistakes she'd be making in the near future and that their trip would be postponed...for quite awhile.
"Y..yeah, that sounds good..." She paused as she then went to envelope her friend in a tight hug. "Thank you for being a good friend." Keilana had never considered herself the type who would make friends, but it was...nice to have one even if it was only one.
"How about we meet up a bit later? I should probably be heading back else I am sure if my brother was home he would lecture me. But I'll see you soon okay?"

Aminah blushed at being called a good friend. She tried so hard to be, but wasn't exactly sure how good a friend she was being until Keilana reassured her fears. She squeezed Keilana a little more in her hug before letting go.
"I would love that! I'll see you soon Kei!" She was positively ecstatic with having Keilana as a friend and felt like she could barely contain it. This was all just going so well! Aminah couldn't wait to take her first adventure with her best (and only) friend!
