He had to keep his excitement contained, though his sweet smile very clearly grew a significant amount when Rosalie confirmed his desired item. Hopefully Macaire would like it... and even more so, hopefully he would accept it! He gave another bow to the lady, showing his deepest gratitude, "Thank you so much, Ms. Satre, I am forever grateful to you." he replied, right himself to beam at her.
Oh but what sort of metal? That.. he wasn't certain of. He looked down for a moment, in thought, and then back up to her, "Do you have any suggestions on a good, strong metal that can endure for quite a long time? And.. design wise, I'd prefer to keep it rather plain, just a nice smooth base to encase the gem around, if that is alright." ah but... he was feeling perhaps a little out of line talking business when the woman was clearly off duty! a bashful expression arose, "My apologies, perhaps it would be more appropriate of me to come visit you when you are working, rather than during your time off."
When the paper was presented, he looked it over with a thankful smile, nodding in understanding, "Thank you again, Ms. Satre. You are too kind." he placed the piece of paper into an inside pocket of his jacket, to keep it safe, "would you like some assistance in checking out?" he raised the basket in his hands, feeling it was only right of him to aid her in her purchases, if at least by holding onto the filled basket of books.

Rosalie was more than happy to see he was excited about the commission. She didn't mind taking mental notes on the design, something extremely classy and well made. She was sure she could do it, especially for this kind young man she had met. "Hmm...Perhaps I will take a look through my stock once I know which gem you'd like to include." She nodded, "I'd like to make sure that it'll compliment it perfectly." The woman did seem a little surprised at his apology. "Oh no, don't worry about it!" She laughed, waving it off, "I don't mind at all. Work never really ends for me anyway." It was true. She was always looking for new customers, and always for inspiration as well. She did, however, bashfully smile at his offer for assistance. "That would be wonderful. They are a little heavy..Thank you for your kindness, Sir Torrell." She took out her coins as they made their way to the shopkeep, who seemed to be rather familiar with her. There were very few words exchanged, though it became clear he gave her just a slight discount. "Oh no, I can't possibly cheat you out of that." She frowned, noticing the price was off. "Here. Don't give me such a price. I may be in here a lot, but you deserve to eat." He grumbled a little about it, but soon enough they were paid for. "Please, feel free to visit or write me at any time, Sir Torrell." She smiled, offering her hand out for the basket. "I'm looking most forward to hearing more about your ideas for this piece."

Little Eluf was practically glowing with delight, thrilled to have met such a nice woman. A nice business woman, at that! Many who held their own businesses tended to be cutthroat or perhaps have a bit of a superiority complex, but it was always refreshing to meet those who had that kind touch to them.
"It is not a problem at all, Ms. Satre. It is the least I can do for such pleasant company, which you've provided me with." he replied gently, walking with her to the check out cashier. He remained silent while they spoke, surprised when the miss seemed quite determined to pay full price. It was interesting to watch the two, looking between cashier, and Rosalie. How interesting~
Once things were settled though, he happily escorted her towards the door, opening it for her too, where their bucks stood at the ready. It wasn't until they were both out that he handed over the basket, hoping it wouldn't be too difficult for her to carry home. Hopefully she lived nearby! but he smiled and gave a deep bow to her, "thank you ever so much, Ms. Satre. I shall be sure to visit you very soon. Please, do take care." and with that, he looked to Axe, and patted the bucks powerful shoulder. He'd sneaked a peek at the clock in the store and noted that Macaire would be getting off work soon! he could purchase some books later.. but for now, he was off to see his soldier~
