Ah, Sera was right on that one. The streets in this town could get nasty, and it probably was a good idea to stay wary of them even though the bizarre activity about town had calmed down a bit in recent weeks. Either way, he was glad the girl had calmed down and she had a way to get home safely. Who knew, maybe Sera was even one of those Knights -- not that this was an appropriate situation to figure out such things. Tonight was Normal Person Night. For better or worse, it was sure as hell gonna stay that way.
"Hey, hey -- " and he got up himself, putting a hand on Bell's shoulder to help keep her steady. "I don't know what ******** up your night, B, but I don't think you should head back home feelin' worse than you were when you left."
His half-finished drink, previously left on the table, was swiped back up with his other hand. "Gotta keep a happy face at least for your daughter's sake, right? So maybe you can chill here just a bit longer. I'm Perry, by the way."

Phina would have laughed herself silly if she could hear Perry's train of thoughts. She wasn't a knight, although she knew one, and didn't want to ever be one, though it might be beneficial. She quite liked her normal person life. When Bell introduced herself she nodded, but was up on her feet in an instant when the girl tried to get up.
Perry got to her first and Phina smiled. "He's right. Let the water and bread do it's work and we can chat for a bit because what a night out if you've had no fun. Besides, everyone could use more friends right. It's kinda like fate maybe."
Phina laughed grabbing her forgotten drink and taking her seat once more, "we can leave in a bit, okay Bell." She looked to Bell, "you said you like rock climbing right," then to Perry, "and you camping and fishing. What about stuff in the great indoors, like, you know reading, puzzle, things of that nature."
Phina was use to a certain amount of chaos, with the upcoming holiday and people shopping none stop and her being pulled in all directions. It was easy for her to jump right back into a conversation.

Bellatrix took a long hard look at Perry, then nodded. “Like that platypus, yeah? I guess you’re a secret agent on your off time…” She shook her head, then laughed before sighing and having a seat once again, reaching for her glass of water and drinking half of it in one gulp.
“Might be a good idea. I’m a bit smashed I think.” She murmured, finally seeming to give up any remaining will to exit the premises and never look back on this night. “Sorry about that. I’m ready whenever you are…um..” She glanced to Serephina and then laughed slightly. “Lace.” Names weren’t her strong point tonight. Not when she couldn’t think clearly at all.
And for some reason, every time she looked at Perry, all she could picture was him dressed in a platypus costume. She really should have just stayed home tonight. It would have saved so much grief. With a heavy sigh, the woman drew herself up and stretched, giving a little wave, then walking towards the exit of the bar.
Yeah. Really should have just stayed home.
