Damir sighed and nodded at Cece. "Let's go." He said stiffly turning his back on Darrian and motioned for Cecelia to lead the way.
TIMESKIP
They'd been traveling so long, Damir was getting worried. It had been getting closer and closer to the time when Cecelia would foal, and they still hadn't found Ka. Night was approaching fast, and Damir sighed as he motioned for Cece to follow him as he led her towards a small outcropping of trees. "Cecelia... You really need to rest." He said softly, concern and worry etching his face. He was wary, tired, and emotionally drained. He could understand how Cecelia felt when he came back with Mona and Kamryn, and the thought made him feel worse. How could he have put her through that? He figured what he was going through now, was simply karma's devine way of paying him back.

Cecelia was so exhausted after all their traveling. She had led them to where she thought she had met Ka but to no Ka around. The poor pregnant mare felt defeated as her body grew larger and more sore. Her hoofs felt like they might fall off from all of the walking and the weight of her body. Cece tried as hard as she could to try to keep the pain off her face, but when Damir practically forced her to a small grove of trees, she had to agree. These foals would be here any time now, the whole voyage she felt little hooves kicking her sides. "Damir....I think these foals might be here tonight..." She said worriedly as she laid under the protection of the trees.
And sure enough, she was correct. By morning, Cecelia had given birth to four little foals.

Damir huddled close to his mate, tears coursing down his face. This was what he had wanted. Cecelia to bare foals... But they weren't his. As beautiful as the little bundles were, they were not his. Not by blood. And they would know, and he would know.. and everyone would know. And that thought murdered him. But beyond that hurt was a love so heartbreakingly painful that cause his tears. These little bundles were a product of his mate's labor. "They are beautiful, Cecelia. Absolutely and completely." He said through the lump in his throat as he nuzzled her neck softly before turning to arrange the little foals closer to her.

Cecelia's own throat closed with emotion. She knew exactly what Damir was feeling right now, but her heart lifted with his words as she nuzzled him and each of her foals in turn. They were indeed beautiful. "I don't know if I can travel so soon now, nor can these little ones. Do you think...that tomorrow, you could go out alone?" She asked of him. Cece knew it was a lot to ask, but she thought he might also want some time to himself.
((I figure maybe he can run into Ka and they can have their own little moment XD))

Damir sighed at her request with mixed emotions. On one hoof, he didn't want to leave her alone so undefended and vulnerable, but they needed to find this male so they could go home and care for the foals properly. Finally, he nodded softly. He would do as she asked, even if it meant walking south into the badlands and dying in her name.

"Thank you Damir. I will be fine here. I...think he will be near a herd with one named Dark Tempest most likely." Cecelia leaned into him, her labor had taken all of her energy and now she was extremely tired.

"Sleep, my love." Damir said softly, nuzzling her before he stood to take watch.
Night passed and he hadn't slept. Once the morning sun began to rise he set out, in his quest to find the male by the name of Ka. An unnamed emotion crossed into Damir's chest. It was something akin to Jealously and anger, but wasn't quite profound. It was more like anger that had given up. He had no choice.

Ka was chest deep in one of the outlying ponds, munching away on fresh crisp water lilies at the height of perfection. He sighed in contentment and wondered where Tempest was. Or if Kai was going to fall on him from the sky.

After about an hour of searching, Damir lost it. He was worried sick and wanting to turn around, but his determination kept him moving forward. Finally, he just decided to start calling out the male's name, hoping that he would hear and respond. "KA VALKO!! KAAAA!!! KA VALKOOOO!" He whinnied as loud as he could manage.

"Good greif who the hell is that?!" Ka stepped out of the water to investigate, he topped a hill and soaking wet called out. "Hail, what do you want with Ka Valko?"

Damir saw the male step out of the water and trotted forward so they wouldn't have to yell. "My name is Damir Dariasson. My mate is Cecelia. I am looking for Ka Valko to inform him of his children with my mate." He said calmly. "I take it by your tone that you know him?" He inquired softly, his eyes betraying nothing, but his body tense.

Ka froze at the others words, tears misted his eyes, "She had children?" Joy and shock caught at his heart, she had had children! Little perfect Cece's probably the lot of them, with beautiful flowing swirls, he hope that at least one got her precious horns. He had admired them greatly. His eyes had glazed over and he said nothing more.

Damir's eyes narrowed at the male. "She is nearby. She had the foals last night." He said. "I need to get back to her. If you can be of no further assistance to me I must take my leave of you." He said sharply, unable to contain his hurt for once/

Damir held his tongue, angry at the thought that this male would think Cece were not okay, but knew that Cece would be mad if he offended this fellow. "Follow me." He said gruffly, turning and leading ka back to where he had left cece
