"'Oh crap' indeed," Eva echoed, looking a little lost as she lifted a hand to rub the back of her neck. Trainees were rushing about all around them, but all that the young woman could focus on was the fact that one of the Halloween students had been brought along with them. Would she or Gale get in trouble for this? Would Mei get in trouble for this?

...Surely not, right? Especially if they vouched that she had been fighting against the horsemen too. She wasn't an enemy but, as Gale had said, an ally.

"...I'm sorry, I...What do we do now?"

Some people had nice shoes, she realized. Maybe they'd be nicer if they weren't caked with snow, mud, and blood. And maybe other things she didn't want to think about.

She started a bit when a pair of them planted themselves before her, and she looked up to find - Ah, Grumpy! Ever one to feed off compliments under stress, no matter how indirect, Stormy gave him a tired smile where normally he would have received an owlish blink and nod. "That was the plan, yeah? You did awesome too," she returned in kind. "Handling all those attacks like a boss. Maybe should have someone look -"

Then more came in, one of them shouting to get more attention to - oh God, the other woman looked like she was ready to freeze. More people, more to tend to; Stormy was glad she wasn't in the way here on the ground, away from the beds.

One of the mwas more familiar than the rest, and she gave a small wave and a call she figured would grab the death hunter's attention: "Balls to you, good sir!" ouo////

"Jesus Wilson." Dakota scooped the death hunter in a hug before setting him down. "I needed that from a brother. Okay this s**t is cray and I think I'm going half crazy."

He sighed before looking around again. "I saw Ryan, he came back. Is he around here?" He waved his hand at the worry about him, "Fine fine, Hunter has it perks now. Me and Chama handled the battlefield pretty damn well. I see Kat..."

But where was Ryan? there was a different worry for his moon brother as he looked over the sea of people. "s**t, there's so many injured. So many goddamn people."

Jake only rolled his eyes.
Being treated like a piece of meat wasn't really something to be proud of.
When it seemed like she was going to tell him to get checked up, he was ready to tell her to shove off, when she seemed to be distracted by the arrival of another hunter.

... Balls?
The hell. He didn't want to know.

Ready to head back to his own room, he turned, and caught sight of the broken doll.
What... WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT THING DOING HERE?

Weapons summoned, he glared at Mei.

"How the hell did you get here?"

Senpai noticed her. "Just, um - Stormy, miss." She lifted the edges of her coat in an imitation of a curtsy from the ground and was just thinking that maybe she ought to stand up after all when Grumpy pointed out -

- Oh. It was the strange student who had healed her form before. A mixture of surprise and confusion flitted across the trainee's face as she got to her feet, not saying anything until the doll did but also giving her quite a stare.

Did . . . Did she have a death sentence?

Wait why were there a couple of Hunters chatting with her?

Did she miss a lesson??

Lex gave a small smile at the stifled laugh. Good wit there, Kat. "Lemme see your arm, then." He asked, taking her arm and holding it up.

Yeah, no wonder it hurt. A whole ton of bruising and cuts ran along that arm, and as he removed one of the coats turned blankets he saw that the other was just as bad. On one arm, however, there was a very nasty gash that needed immediate attention. He wrapped that first, winding the bandages tightly, but not so tight that the wound wouldn't breathe.

Her weapon would take care -

No it wouldn't Kat was weaponless at the moment, and possibly forever. His face faltered. They were going to need to bandage her whole arm.

"Nevada, could you bring me another roll of bandages? Ms. Katherine is going to need bot harms completely bandaged." He gave the sun a very sympathetic look, and even took off his own heavy coat to put on the girl.

"Anything else?"

Ami spent a few more moments hunched of the hay bale, trying to get a grip of things, when she noticed that Kat had been snatched from her. By the two eager beaver trainees, no less.

Immediately she fled to Kat's side, going to the opposite side of the bed that Lex and Nevada were on. It wasn't until Kat pulled her coat close that she realized that hey- she was actually freezing. Not only had she been exposed to the artic for a while, she was now slightly going into shock without realizing it. Ultimate result? Cold.

She pushed it aside, merely brushing her arms with a hand quickly. "Her legs too," she added quietly. Kat was being modest when she said her arms were the worst of it. Ami had seen the legs before she'd haphazardly cleaned them up.

Though her mind was reeling with haunted images of horsemen, she gave Kat a weak smile, putting a single hand on the girl's short hair. I promised I'd bring you home, didn't I?" A disapproving look came across her face as she moved over the uneven chunks of hair. "I'll fix this later too. I'll add it to my list of promises." Ami honestly felt like crying, but she kept it inside. Kat needed her more.

Sherry couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief as the training grounds filled her vision. Anything was better than the sights she'd left behind. Her they were alive.

The trainee didn't linger in the midst of things. She wasn't badly injured so getting out the way seemed like the best way to help. Heck, her coat had come through with minimal damage. Ofelia! When she had last seen the Sun the girl was being carried off. Surely she was fine. Sherry would have to find her as soon as possible. A quick look around the area didn't reveal a sign of her, but there were lots of people running around.

A familiar face caught her eye. Oh, thank god. He'd lived. Sherry felt a pang of guilt as she remembered the task Ofie had given her. And the first thing she'd done was let the brat out of her sight. Ofelia better be alright, or else Sherry would feel really, really bad about that.

Sherry decided she better check on Jake. As she got closer to the group he was with...well. Well. Sherry remembered that doll. What? Was this a day to have reunions with everyone from that dreaded day? The life trainee stopped and stared for a moment. From the looks of things the doll wasn't exactly a prisoner, though if she were here, what else could she be?

Sherry didn't like the doll. But she did remember talking with her. The monster had spoken with sense, and... What was it Ofie had said? Some of the non-horsemen were protecting hunters? Hadn't Sherry seen that with her own eyes?

Sherry was suddenly very confused.

She pushed forward, joining the group around the non-human, just in time to hear the end of Eva's speech. Sherry's world just kept getting flipped on it's head. Over and over again.

"So...not here as a hostile?" Sherry looked at the doll.
