Jesus, Jake was a hard hitter!
No matter how much she did to him, he always came back hitting harder then before. At this rate, she was well on her way to losing.

Seeing her reaction made him grin.
"Not so tough now, are you?"
Running off adrenaline, his attacks were relentless as he continued to whittle away at her fear shield.
He huffed as he pulled back, keeping some distance between them, but still close enough to attack should she raise her gun at him.
At this rate, he might not even have to rely on the dagger.

"Oh?~" She looked up and just winked at him. "It's our off day I guess?" She unjammed the hammer and brought Leroy up just in case Jake broke through her FEAR shield.
At this point, he really was decimating her.

"One more?" Was all she said as she pulled the trigger and watched the bullets spray. Narrowing her eyes, she understood then. yeah, she had no chance.

Jake winced as the bullets bounced off his fear shield.
Things weren't looking that great for him either. It was now or never.
His hand froze mid-way.
Need I remind you that if she gets her fear attack in, WE'RE the ones that are screwed?
Regardless, his hand fell away, and he turned towards her, tonfas raised, and he brought it down on her fear shield, another satisfying crackle.
Surely it was gone by now.
"You sure you don't want to give up?"
He knew some hunters were quite stubborn, and wouldn't give up until they were downed. He had no desire to render her unconscious, but if she kept attacking... not even Chester would be able to persuade him from not using that artifact.

One more hard hit from the other hunter and she was done. Leroy dissipated back to his totem form and she nodded.
"I give handsome. Close combat was never my forte." She felt a little sad at the loss but...Jake had proven himself spectacular close range. "Whew, I think I might need another extra long nap." She stepped closer to the male hunter and held her hand out.
"Thanks for sparring with me Jake."

There was a sigh of relief when her weapon reverted to its totem form, and he let his do the same.
Guns. He was going to learn how to deal with them one day.
He only blinked and stared at her hand when she held it out, but hesitantly reached out and shook it.
"Yah, likewise."
As much as he hated to admit it, this... was probably one of the most pleasant spar he had by far. Well, being shot at wasn't quite as fun, but yah. Winning was always a pleasant experience.Nyxtsuki Moon Feel free to wrap this up!

Nevada on the other hand took advantage of the handshake to pull him closer and peck him on the cheek.
Before moving swiftly away in case he decided to punch her.
"See you around the Island Jake." She waved from far...far away and trotted away. Knowing full well that she'd probably make an enemy out of Jake with her behavior.[A.V.] Sorry she's a troll QAQ THANKS FOR THE ARPEEEEE

Really, he should of just walked away when he had the chance.
When she pulled him closer, he thought she wanted to sock him in the face for winning.
If only.
"WHAT THE HELL?!"
He quickly jerked back when she released him and rubbed his cheek with the back of his hand.
It was a good thing she moved away, because he probably would have, and only glared at her as she left.
