"I must warn you, at times the eldest of the four can be a bit blinding." She smiled lightly. "There's also room to sleep if you ever feel the want to rest. I've been spending most of my time keeping the large place clean." She rose, shaking out her fur and holding her tail off the ground so as to keep the young ones safe, a comfort to herself and any that might see them with her.

Kaede rose to her feet and stretched out her long body. "I will help you, i do not mind. And im sure i can hold my own against the little ones." She said and followed, looking at the strange blade that grew from her tail. "I have been very rude, my name is Kaede. What is yours?"

"My name is Black Amethyst, but if you come up with something shorter or that you prefer I do not mind its use so long as it is not unkind." She sighed and turned to lead her to the cave. "To have you around may aid also in the fact that I am not used to adult dragons very much."

Kaede laughed and her wings fluttered a little bit as she hovered off the ground a little looking more like a shake riding the wind. "Well i'm glad to be of service, but you should get used to big dragons your babies will grow soon enough."

"Well I've had nothing but the four eggs, and they've now hatched. You can see the inexperience there yes?" She smiled lightly as she continued on, moving up the mountain that was still so nearby. The cave was both easy and hard to see, you simply needed to know what to look for.

"You are still a good caretaker, i can see that much." She said and smiled. "but if you want help i will do what i can, though i have never had my own little ones." She only knew from personal experience, the teething stage would be the worse, they would want to bite everything.

"Well, I thank you for that." She sighed, shaking a paw as she moved up more, sighing as her familiar ledge as in view and soon under paw. "Here we are." Squeals and giggles came from within, faint but it was there, the soft rustle of belly scales was there as well.

Kaede smiled happily, she loved children. "You have been chosen so many times. You are blessed indeed." She said and looked down at her new friend. "So what would you like me to do?"

"If it'd be fine, could you watch them while I clean their den? And keep the new egg warm as well if it's alright?" She moved in, slithering bodies rushing out to meet her, two stopping at the sight of the other dragon, the other two continuing on to nuzzle and cuddle against her in glee.

((Just taking a guess that the egg is Arsliah?)) Kaede nodded, "Of Course." She said and bent her head down nuzzling the two little wrigglers with her nose and smiling kindly. Then she went and found the other egg, it was white and yellow with a bit of black around it. She hadn't seen many eggs, and this one enchanted her. Kaede curled around the egg and purred at the other little wrigglers hoping that they would come over to her.

The egg rocked at the older dragon's presence, the other little ones coming over as well, their tails curling, some seeming to be nearly adults as they were growing their legs and more adult fur on their tails, horns peeking in all around their faces. One little female seemed content with curling up and having a nap, the other wigglers seeming to nose at Kaede's arms and belly. "You're big!" The more rainbow-ish wiggler seemed happy with herself, curling around Kaede's wrist.

Kaede laid her head down so she was at eye level with the babies. She looked at the rainbow one who had curled around her wrist. "You will be big like me very soon." She told them and peeked at the egg as it wriggled a little. "So tell me your names. I am Kaede."

"I'm Neone!" She licked at Kaede's nose. "Nappy there is Sireii, and that's Dog Bite and Miin!""Miintakei..." The purple boy was laying down, rolling onto his back. It let his Maroon belly scales show. The egg shook slightly again, rolling onto its side. "I dunno about him..." Neone wiggled off of Kaede before going to look at the egg.

"Well Neone, you are very pretty, you look like rainbows. And Miintakei i can tell you will be very strong." Kaede said and nuzzled Neone. "So what would you like to do? I will admit i am not very good at games."

"I like to roll around and and meet others!" She rolled to give an example, some soft colored orbs fading away in her wake. She seemed to be enjoying herself already. The two boys just settled themselves in to observe, though Dog Bite seemed to worry about his necklace a bit. "Oh! Stories!" There was a dragging sound as the guardian dragged out a large branch.
