Mud turned to look at Althea for a moment, listening to what she had to say. She gave a nod before sniffing around. She could smell the horses and she could smell the sheep. She had seen and smelled both before. So this wasn't new for her, while she knew there was probably some tasty bits in the stalls with the horses she gave them a wide birth. Those hooves could squish her at any moment and if they got spooked they would wake the farmer for sure. So instead of risking the whole raid she merely avoided them. She could also smell other rabbits, probably farm kept rabbits. She looked over at Althea, moving closer to her to whisper. "Other rabbits, should we inspect?" She questioned, waiting for orders, ears still moving non stop.

His ear twitched softly to the coo behind him and he nodded, retracting his head briefly. "I told Althea I'd thump if anything nears." he spoke softly. "Just keep an ear out for it."
Though he wasn't exactly at ease in the moment, he at least smiled with some assurance to the female and touched noses to her softly. Without much more of a word, his head snuck back out into the Silf, green eyes flashing and nose twitching over the surroundings in search of anything new or different.

Althea watched as best she could as the others moved about, smiling faintly as Charcoal came back dragging a carrot. The first prize of the evening and probably a bit redeeming for the buck.
Siding up to Mud Flower, the owsla debated.
"Truth be told, I don't know what we'd do with extra mouths to feed. They might know where the Farmer stashes their feed though."
It seemed cruel to her to leave rabbits locked up, especially when her own start had been not that different, but right now she couldn't justify it. Maybe if the hutch was old and the wood soft they could set them free, but to what a life? To starve in the winter?

S Sandbur didn't smell or see any elil, so she slipped down off the top of the crate and slipped inside of it. She nosed around in the old hay inside of it and dug for a moment, but there didn't seem to be anything of interest. She slipped back out and headed towards a larger box. They smelled pretty good! Maybe some oats or something was in them. But...how to get in. "psssst." She hissed to her group. "Could someone give me a paw over here?"

Coal smiled at the other and then headed back towards the door to drop the carrot beside the buck at the door. He smiled and then quietly hoped back inside towards Althea. He overhead the conversation about hutch rabbits and nodded as he approached, sniffing to ascertain there were indeed rabbits they didn't know. "Even if we can't free them they might still tell us something. In the end we can only try our best?"

Mud looked at her before giving a soft nod. “There is that, but they might indeed, or where he stashes the horses feed. Perhaps just checking in real quick, just to see how many there are and if the wood is sturdy. If nothing else we can give them their freedom.” Mud commented before moving low to the ground once more. She looked over at Charcoal before looking back at Althea.
She looked back around the barn before glancing back to Althea waiting for orders. While she personally felt that they deserved freedom, and if there weren’t that many then perhaps to come with them and if she was honest… they would probably lose a few mouths and thus it might just even out in the end. She didn’t say that of course, but she thought it.

Talltale stopped a moment as he heard one of his team mates asking for a 'paw up'. Moving out of the stall he was in, between the legs of the larger critter, Talltale headed over to the doe, Sandbur.
"Here" He said crouching down be used as a stepping stone. 'This might help ya up." Eyes watching the area from where he laid, this all seemed too easy...

Edit: Her eyes glittered in the low light, crouching low as her ears pricked forward. She didn't dare move, no, not yet.
Not when revenge was so close at paw, and it would taste so very sweet....

Nodding in thought to both Charcoal and Mud Flower as they spoke, she twitched an ear, considering.
"How about you two see if you can wake the rabbits in the hutch. Quietly, if you please. If you can get them out, if they even want out, so be it."
Looking around again, she decided to give a hand to Sandbur and Talltale, trying to help them dig out whatever food might be edible.

The fur on the back of Lamb's Ear's neck prickled. Something was wrong. There was an elil here, somewhere. Hastily, she moved over towards the Owsla officer, wanting to alert Althea to the potential danger at paw.

Blackbirch swiveled his ears about, eyes darting practically over each and every blade of glass for anything out of the ordinary. So far so good. Even the dog was sleeping and unaware of so many rabbits in its territory.
Shadows caught Blackbirch's eyes to the far left and he held his breath, watching them closely for a brief moment before the shadows proved to be familiar shapes searching about the silo. His fur ruffled softly to lower the ends back down to a natural state. His heart - though still racing, regardless - settled a bit and he resumed the role of look out, eyes scanning left and right, nose in a constant twitch and ears forever swiveling to each new sound.

"Okay Althea." It seemed like a sound idea. He nodded to Mud and then sniffed to ascertain where the hutch was, it was apparently towards the back so he hopped in that direction. He kept sniffing till he found a hutch attached to the wall. There were several rabbits in it. He couldn't tell how many though. He got up on his hind legs and looked inside inside. "Hello. Anybody in there?"
