Eliza gave a cheery smile, not wanting to fight any more that than Holi did. It wouldn't do any good to fight amongst them as teammates. It was better for them to basically agree to disagree.

"I need to learn to fight as well. I mean I guess I am going well enough being still alive and mostly uninjured aside from a few bruises. I've always been really active so that helps. At home on the farm I had to get up with the sun to start the day. We have lot to do on the farm and it was just me and my mom."

Eliza frowned at hearing the girl had gone to see a shrink wondering how many people had to do that. She put a hand on the girls arm, "You can come out with me and we can help each other. I don't want you to be afraid. We have to be strong. Okay Holi. We'll be a team and maybe we can make it all the way to being strong knights like Cam."

Even though she knew Pharos didn't mean the gesture the way it came across, Holi finched at the frown, the line of her mouth thinning and her eyes going a little harder as she became defensive. She was, in fact, honestly surprised that more of them hadn't sought someone to talk to. Many of them had died...really died...and even if they hadn't, they'd been kidnapped and thrust into a world straight out of fantasy. Maybe there was a separate kind of magic that the others had that let them blythely accept their entire world changing forever. Fighting evil in a war they hadn't asked to be part of... but if it existed she didn't have it. She couldn't hand wave it all away with a naive smile. Couldn't ignore that people like Remarque sided with people like Ares.

"If I'm afraid it's because I remember really well what happened out there. Because I know what can happen to us. Because I didn't know if the people I loved would ever know what happened to me." She bristled, though she was trying not to. "I'm not leaving the team, but being fearless..." The very word tasted bad in her mouth. "Being fearless is for fairy tales."

She'd keep her fear, if it meant she stayed alive.

Eliza hadn't need help, but even if she had she wouldn't have thought about it and she didn't have her mother around to suggest it. Granted her mother had took her home for a time, then stayed with her for a time last year, but eventually conceded to the fact that Eliza was fine and her very determined child wanted to continue her school in the city.

Eliza memory of the event was a bit skewed and she had spent a ton of her time there playing and having a good time. She'd seen awful thing, but in the end everything has worked out fine. It seemed Eliza was affected by rose tinted glasses syndrome at times.

Eliza nodded, "I understand. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you ... and I didn't think you were leaving the team. I just want to help you is all. You know like with training and stuff, or even with a few kitten cuddles."

She scooped up Lenore and held out the kitten with a smile. Eliza never stayed without a smile for long, the girl was amazingly happy most of the time.

"It's fine..." Kitten cuddles were nice, but she still felt a bit sour. "I guess we all just handle things different ways." Maybe she was the weird one, though everything she knew suggested it was more, not less human to have been disturbed on some level. Having had fun didn't make it less of a battle ground. An alien haunted house. Was she missing some integral part of being a knight that let the others seem to wave it all off so easily? Was she damaged?

Maybe chaos had left a little taint in her, maybe that was why she felt this way. Was there such thing as a trace of taint? Something too small to be noticed?

"Maybe I should go..." she added, uncertainly.

Eliza nodded feeling a little bad that she had seemingly upset Holi without really realizing it. She really hadn't meant to, but it happened and couldn't be helped. She just hoped Holi didn't stay mad.

"That's true everyone is different. I'm sure you'll find your footing again soon," she said and sounding very sure of the statement as well.

She frowned lightly at Holi saying she should leave, but nodded not wanting to make Holi uncomfortable if she wanted to leave. "Okay," she said softly. "Sorry again and I'll talk to Camelot, so you can get some training with him or at least talk to him. Uh he's a lot older than us, like maybe 40 something, so maybe he can help you."

She walked to the door while she spoke so she could let Holi out, at the door she wasn't really sure if it would be okay to hug Holi, but she decided to give the girl a small hug anyway or at least try to.
