Turning back to the newcomer--Shar, she had said?--she smiled and gave a little bob of her head. "I'm Xiu," She chirped cheerfully, "It's nice to meet you!"

And then she turned to eye Alex again, staring up at the tall boil blankly at his proclamation. Grabbing his sleeve, she gave him a tug to indicate that he should lean down a little, standing on her tiptoes as she reached up to give her friend a few pats on her head.

Yes. Yes, Alex, they were talking about the scavenger hunt. While she had him in that position, she pressed the palm of her hand against his forehead, still convinced that he must have had a fever or something.

SUDDENLY LAND SHARK.

The baku emitted a yelp of alarm when the creature showed out of nowhere, the fluffy of her tail poofing out and bristling as it made its way towards her and opened its jaws with every intention of devouring her. Without hesitation, she dodged to the side, managing to get away just in time. Rolling back onto her feet, she readied herself to dodge again, only to realize that the shark was already gone.

Smoothing out her clothing and her hair, she moved back to the group, acting as if nothing had just happened.

Aye! Whatcha got in'there?! Popcorn, Levi's candy corgon had picked up something that day from the foot of the doorway. Retrieving the slightly crumpled paper, the ghoul stared at the writing before recognizing the symbol following. Only a couple of others would know what that was and Levi's smile grew when she ruled out who the note had come from. He'd been going about some business lately, contacting her through text messages on her eyePhone. The tatzel ghoul turned the paper around and the grin just got wider. He'd meant to say he might be going... and if that was the case, she wanted to see him there. Sure, Levi knew he was sill on campus and potentially just busy with homework or something, but seeing the demon was optimal.

As brought up by peers going to the events that day, Levi knew about the dress code. Luckily, all this meant was wearing her old black scarf and one of her orange tank tops; just another day of pretty usual attire. Flowing through the mass of students and visitors, the white-haired ghoul figured she'd wait to see if the wrath demon showed by the food. Something about the FREE FOOD must've caused him to pick up the flyer in the first place, Levi figured. It wasn't like him to choose to go to something like this without a specific reason in mind.

Sure enough, like so many times in the past, West had gotten right over to the buffet table before her. He hadn't started scarfing down, so the ghoul sneakily tip-toed up behind him without worry of regurgitation from what she was about to do. Built up energy from having only seen his texts; no physical or verbal evidence of him made Levi want to spring a playful attack on the boil.

Rising up on the end of her tail behind West, Levi's arm came around his shoulders, squeezing him lightly. It was highly unusual for her to display such outward affection in a public setting, but it was like an unstoppable magnetic force that could not be fought.

Releasing him after a moment, Levi's senses kicked back in and her heels once again came in contact with the gym floor. Like that scarf ya'got on. Thinkin' a wearin' that everyday from now on, are ya? kekeke~ Orange; it was her favorite color.

"It's my pleasure to meet you both, do you happened to go here or where you lured by the promise for free food too?" Shar looked from one to the other, taking them both in. She glance at Xiu tail and wondered what it be like to have a fuzzy tail instead of a naked one like her's.

"Now what was this about a scavenger hunt? I'm really not familiar with this type of hunt, I use to be a very good trapper but now I'm a little rusty. "
A chance to brush up on her skills, that could be fun. The thought the the scavenger hunt could be just a game never crossed Shar's mind.

When Xiu yelped Shar was just about to rush in and help, how with no fighting skills she had no idea but maybe moral support? At the have least she makes a good wall. But just as quickly as it came the beast left.


"umm, what was that thing?"

Micail had been held up in his room for a wile trying to figure out what classes he wanted to take. Walking up and down the halls stretching his legs he had heard about Sprit week and things that were going on around the school. At first he didn't seem interested in it but the more he overheard others talking about the more he waned to check it out. Eventually he left his room to see what was going on. His first sop was the gym. Walking into the gym he couldn't help but stop and gape at everything. The whole place was decked out and the scent of food filled the air.

"Wow..." was all he managed to say as he took another few steps into the gym

Verusha'd heard about the fun and games that were to be had, of course. I mean it'd been advertised for awhile now at school! Being a new student and all, she probably didn't have as much spirit as most of her fellow peers, but she wouldn't pass up a chance to meet some new folks... especially boils. Once her allowance was acquired, the reaper wandered around a little to take in the sights and to see the groups all gathering which way and where. Cannon, her trusty fire dog, kept at her side, glowing eyes scanning the area constantly, ears perking once the ghoul took a turn for the gymnasium.

She'd been drawn to it by the sound of chatter, and the sight of other students filing in. Her own white eyes skimmed the crowd, a confident grin on her face as she casually walked on in. The dancefloor easily drew her attention... but then she went on to looking to the food set up, as well as the eye catching gents... taking tabs. Cannon merely glanced up at Verusha, before assuming his usual intimidating stance, kicking straight into guarding mode.

It was funny to Damien how fast the term was passing by. He blinked awkwardly as the announcement came over the speakers while he was in the library. It mostly went in one ear and out the other, until they spoke of a week free of class. That made the boil jump for joy and throw his papers off his desk as he skipped out of the room with no cares. "Spirit week, no homework!" he hollered at the top of his lungs before running back to the dorms, and to his wardrobe for a proper attire for the celebration.

An orange and black half cape with a pair of gray jeans seemed to be the choice when he found the entrance to the gym party. the pup was all a flutter with the festivities. however he raised an eyebrow at the suddenly over embellished free food. He couldn't recall when the administration ever had to point out the food before, but it did make him wary of it as he looped around the table and its spread. If Roch showed up and ate from it, then he'd give it a chance.

But the canine knew the flaw in his logic with that. the flaw which was if Roch would leave any morsels behind for others to partake in. The reaper punk might as well be called Claire #2.

But Damien was more interested in sniffing around and looking for familiar faces, and meeting potential new ones.

Micail's nose went crazy, taking in the scent of all the different food. It was only now that he realized he hadn't eaton all day. His stomach growled demanding that it be fed. He let out an annoying sigh as if his grumbling stomach was nothing more then trouble. In a way it was. Part of him wanted to go join the other students on the dance floor but his stomach demanded that it be fed.

"Alright... I'm going." He said to no one in particular. Glancing around his nose caught the food table even before he saw it. Licking his lips he was just about to head over to the food table when someone spoke to him. His ears went up and his tails flicked as he turned and spotted the ghost talking to him. Her comment about his red eyes kinda caught him off guard.

"Uhhh... hey." He turned to her so he could adress her correctly. "Names Micail." He gave a small smiled. "And yes... I do have red eyes." It was then he noticed the pice of paper she was holing. "Scavenger hunt?" He gave a grin as he pointed at it.
