"I highly doubt I will be asking you to be my real ghoulfriend." Titus sneered. The very idea. He only hoped his family didn't think he had gone off the deep end by having a reaper ghoulfriend. While they had no problems with reapers it was no secret he did.

When she laid down the ground work of the rules, Titus made a face. Really....'visiting' a friend. She was going to keep that on the table while pretending to go out with him? "Well, first of all, ewww. I would not want to sleep with you if you were the last ghoul in Halloween. That wasn't on the table." He had tried that route with Riyo and it had failed terribly. "Second of all you need to keep your slut time to a minimum. If my family thinks your cheating on me or that this whole thing is a sham all bets are off. You'll owe me for everything I buy plus interest. Third, two and a half and by the end I was the one that broke it off. Clear?"

It seemed Titus was at least compliant for the most part but wasn't going to give much leeway for other things. His expression was rather serious as he waited for Hel's answer, white eyes boring down into her blue ones.

Hel sneered right back, leaning forward while she placed her hands on her hips. “First. Good. I just wanted to be clear. Second, I am not a slut and what I do privately in my own time is my own business! It is not going to be a problem, so deal with it, and FINE to your interest and what not! Third. Two and a quarter, and not only can you break it off, you can also say it is because I am a lying and filthy two faced trollop!”

The ghoul huffed, and waited now.

"Sounds like it won't be much of a stretch," Was Titus' comment about the trollop bit.

He considered her final offer on time and finally smiled. "Agreed. Two weeks and two days." He rounded up slightly so sue him. It was hard to divide seven days by four. "I won't ask you to sleep with me and you won't get caught fooling around with your friend. In the meantime you'll be the picturesque version of a ghoulfriend. If you are caught you owe me everything I've paid for plus interest." Titus would not be kind with interest no doubt. "And in the end I'm the one that broke it off."

To seal the deal Titus drew up his hand and pulled off his glove and reached out to shake hands. It was a rare moment where Titus would remove his glove and Hel should have probably known better than to shake hands with a demon and make a deal, even a small one. In a way it was still a contract, binding until the end and Titus would see it fulfilled one way or another. Either she was going to help him get his family off his back or she was going to pay out the nose for making him look like a fool.

Finally.

Hel huffed again as they finally came to some semblance of an agreement, and nodded her head distractedly as Titus reaffirmed the deal. When the demon pulled off his glove and held out his hand though, Hel lifted her hand in the air, but then immediately stilled. In reality…this deal seemed more worth it for him than her. Why did she agree to this again? Oh yeah. Pride. Not being called a coward and wanting to show Titus she wouldn’t back down from him. But still…she needed to make this worth her trouble too.

She should try seeing how deep Titus’ seed satchel was over the next few weeks…

Not only that…

Hel’s brow twitched as she stared at Titus’ hand, hers still hovering in the air. “…You are not going to mark me, are you? You better not.” She hissed. “I will not tolerate a mark on my body. If you mark me, I am going to ******** you and everything up.”

Titus smirked at that and chuckled slightly. "Why? Scared you're going to fail and break the deal?" He regarded her for a moment longer his hand still held where it had been for the last few seconds waiting for Hel to make her choice.

"I don't mark things that aren't worth keeping and even if I did the mark would fade when the two weeks and two days were up. So pointless energy wasted. So the answer to your question would be no. It would ensure the deal wouldn't be broken and I trust you about as much as I trust the government not to ******** me over but I will make you pay...one way or another." His smile showed his promise. He would make Hel pay if she made him look a fool.

Well, Titus certainly knew how to ruffle her feathers.

Hel bristled at being more or less called a scaredy cat again, and huffed. As the demon spoke though, assuring her that he wasn’t going to mark her, she kept quiet. How did Hel know he wasn’t? Because as odd as it sounded…they were both beings of their word. She didn’t doubt Titus would go through other means of getting back at her if something happened, just like how he knew she really would ******** him up if he marked her.

Assured though, Hel finally lowered her hand and took Titus’s cool hand firmly in her own. Instead of feeling like this would be easy, Hel’s heart couldn’t help but feel heavy, and for some odd reason…she couldn’t help but feel like she was betraying someone. She gave it a hearty shake, and then released it. “Now go get my damn fabric. The entire roll of their sail cloth, screecheart.

It was possible Titus could have been lying. What did he really have to fear? True Hel could beat him to death but to what end? He would just reappear in a fear clinic or at the school nurse's office. But true to his word the hand shake was just that, a symbol in and of itself that the deal was set. He shook her hand firmly in return and upon drawing back wiped his hand on his pants before putting his glove back on.

"Fine fine," He waved her off ignoring the screechheart comment as he headed to the entrance. "What do you even make with sail cloth anyway...aside from sails?"

He didn't wait for a reply as he pushed the door open and entered. By the time Titus emerged again his arms were full to the brim and he looked rather displeased. Hel hadn't told him there were patterns and colors involved and be it his own fault but he wasn't willing to come back out and ask what she wanted so instead he had just bought them all. Grumbling lightly he tried to hand off his load.

"You owe me. Starting with dinner with my Uncle on Tombsday. Wear something nice."
PostPosted: Sun Nov 18, 2012 9:30 am

“…Ya know…” Hel started, watching him wipe his hand on his pants after they shook. “…It is not me you have to worry about putting on a good show…maybe it is…you…” Now her lips pulled up a bit into a smirk. “You can not be doing that every time I touch you…it is not very convincing…” She watched him start to head inside, and rested her hands on her hips. “I will use it to make a parachute!” She called after him. “For assholes who like to pick me up and drop me from tall heights!”

The ghoul waited outside, tapping her foot idly, and once again contemplating what the hel she had just gotten herself into once more.

Hel snapped back to attention as Titus came back out though, and she blanched as he came out with an arm load of sail cloth fabrics. She stared, and stared, and stared…and then busted out laughing, because it was just ridiculous. “You bought them all!?” She cried, and opened her arms to take all the fabric away from him. “Oh my Jack! That is ridiculous!” She giggled some more, and then grinned. “If you want me to wear something nice, then you are taking me to the Maul next to buy me a dress.” She informed him oh so cheerfully, not minding the aspect of a dress right now because she was annoying Titus. “Because all I have in my dresser drawers are outfits like I am wearing now~”

Titu's displeased expression turned into a sneer as Hel began to laugh. He wasn't exactly happy about her laughing at his expense. "Well, what was I supposed to do? They had options and you didn't exactly specify." He departed with the fabric gratefully before huffing and crossing his arms. Seriously...woman.

Rolling his eyes Titus heaved another sigh when Hel mentioned she really didn't own anything beyond what she was wearing now. Did he have to do everything? "Fine, I'll buy you a jack damn dress. What kind of ghoul doesn't have dress up clothes anyway? I thought that was a favored passed time among your kind." Then again....there was Riyo.

He was probably going to have to buy her shoes too, possibly makeup, did she need to do something with her hair?....damnit. Damn It All. What the Hel had he gotten himself into? This had seemed like such a good plan at the time but now it seemed like it was more trouble than it was worth. To bad he had already purchased the cloth and well....he wasn't really willing to back down now that he had gotten her to agree.

"Well lead the way, Shortie. Hopefully we can find something to fit you in the kid's section."

Like it would have killed you to stick your head back out and ask.” Hel laughed. “What a concept.” Regardless, the ghoul then started to make her way to the Maul with her load of sail cloth fabrics. It was her turn to roll her eyes then as Titus made generalizations about ghouls. “Ha! That may be most other ghoul’s favorite past times, but it is not mine! I have better things to do, like training!” The ghoul snorted then. “Oh, ******** you, Titus.” She sneered. “With a ra—“

She stopped, falling silent, and then just grinned.

One awesome time skip generalization to the Maul later…

Hel, despite not really being into dresses, knew exactly what store she needed to go to. It happened to be the same store that she bought her undergarments from, but the ghoul veered off towards the section with the dresses, and heaved a sigh. Okay, now that she was here…dress shopping was incredibly lame. Without even asking, Hel just went and shoved all the fabric into Titus’ arms, and then got to work looking for a dress.

Her brows furrowed, and she started flipping through the dresses on the rack. “…So...need to get the family off of your back, huh?”

Titus silently mocked her simple solution for his problem before looking away. Beh. Logic. It had no place in this world.

"Of course its not your favored pass time. Just look at you." Who was to say how the conversation went from the time they left the fabric store to the time they reached the maul but both were still alive by all counts so it couldn't have been that bad. Maybe there had been a deep meditation by both parties. Whatever the reason Titus wished he was somewhere else now as he eased his way through the store Hel had picked out, giving a wide berth to the unmentionables before following Hel toward the dresses. If he was going to pay for the damn thing he was going to make sure she got something suiting and not something to spite him. It was just too bad this task couldn't be completed in silence.

"You could say that. They b***h a lot and me not having a ghoulfriend seems to be the most pressing issue at the moment." Really, Titus had no idea why. Was it so important he met a ghoul and settled down as soon as possible even while still in school? His parents seemed to think it was the case. It also didn't help that most conversations included 'Why cant you be more like your sister?' To which Titus regretfully couldn't answer with 'Because no one could aspire to be as big of a slut as her.' It would likely get him written off for good.

Hel was pretty sure that was an insult…but she liked the way she looked so…she couldn’t find it in herself to get mad at that statement, and let it slide.

The reaper tilted her head as she listened, shuffling through the dresses still with distaste evident on her face. Towards the dresses. She ended up snorting though, amused. “Okay so…they will not be on your case still if we are posing and then you tell them we broke up? Will that not make it worse?” She raised her brow and looked back at him like really? “…My parents would like if all of my sisters were married and out of the house…though they never pressed the subject of marriage on me…for a while I really wanted to be married but…” Hel fell silent after her musing. “Things change…ah.” She pulled off a dress from the rack and turned around, presenting it to the demon. It was all black with thin shoulder straps and went down to the knees, accompanied by lace three quarter sleeves.

“See. Even if I do not do this all the time, I am very good at it.” She boasted, smug.

"Right now I'm trying to give them the impression that I'm trying. I'm not interesting in whether they think I can commit to it or not." Really effort had to be worth something and if he showed he was at least interested in being in a relationship by showing up with a ghoulfriend then that should be enough. His Uncle would likely be excited in any case. That and if he had to hear one more of the elderly demon's stories about how when he was younger he couldn't keep the ghouls off him then Titus was going to permanently dissipate himself.

"Really if I'm the one that breaks it off because you're a cheating whore then all the better. I figure it will buy me time since I obviously wouldn't want to jump into a relationship immediately after having been 'horribly betrayed'."

When Hel picked a dress from the rack and presented it to him Titus looked it over with a look of disinterest. Inwardly he was rather impressed but outwardly he would never let that show. "I guess it will do. Let's go pay for the damn thing."

As the reasoning behind their faux relationship faux break up was brought up again, Hel’s face couldn’t help but sour for a moment. She liked to think that it didn’t bother her and that she was over it, but it was a sore spot still. A cheating whore. That sentiment was what had caused that downward spiral…

The ghoul sighed, and she stared up at the ceiling briefly, her lower lip jutting out as she gave this whole situation some thought. Why did she do this to herself? She was apparently a glutton for punishment…always jumped first and asked questions later. This entire deal was a prime example of that mentality. Oh well. It’d make for a good recalling of her high school life that was for certain. “Ya, ya. Fair enough.” Hel replied finally with a wave of her hand. A small grin came to her lips at Titus’ reply to the dress, but something seemed to hit her then as well. She reached out and grabbed into his sleeve with her free hand, and started to drag him towards the bras and panties section.

“I need a bra to go with this dress too!” She announced cheerfully as she dragged the demon over to the unmentionables. Not to the As, or the Bs either…but the Cs, Double Ds, and Es section.

Enjoy, Titus.

Titus had already been turning toward the direction of the register when he found his sleeve hooked on something. No, not just hooked on something, grabbed onto. He looked down to find Hel's hand just in time to feel her dragging him back another direction. It wasn't until she piped up that he knew where they were going.

Oh.

Jack.

NO.

"W..what? I didn't- Why would- Do you really-WHY?" The demon began to struggle trying to pull her back in the other direction but the reaper was stronger than she looked. Or perhaps it was her lower base of gravity. Either way Titus found himself being dragged through the unmentionables beyond the A's and B cups and deeper into the feminine jungle. How was he going to survive here? This was no place for a man of his stature of a man in general. Every where he looked there was lace, and frilly undergarments and.....was that just a piece of string with beads? W...what was that???

Titus' only defense outside of curling up in the fetal position was to go rigid with fear. He tilted his head up and stared at the ceiling. Yup, that was a safe place to look.
