First off I really have to say I'm in love with her appearance! Very quirky and unique and I love the translucent/bioluminescent part of it, definitely gives a unique aspect to her and how her hair is covering her eyes is definitely very adorable too. How does she see though LOL. How would she feel if her hair was pushed back? /asking that for curiosity's sake/
As for her personality I really do like it --as she is a child yes, but also would probably like to know more about how her personality may possibly develop? Just ideas even, cause I know those things are better rped out. Mainly because she's so very carefree and not very serious about things --but eventually she will realize that she has to actually battle these scary evil creatures and such. (this is pretty much optional though, just want you to have an idea!) But yeah hmm, for some reason I find myself wanting to know more about how she relates to other people when she's not daydreaming or getting too lost in her thoughts. Are there things that excite her and turn her off completely? Things like that.
As for the guardian I find it so charming how their relationship could possibly be since he's a responsible cop and well she's-- spacey 8D NOT THAT IT IS A BAD THING. How exactly would he watch over her while he's working? It may be quite dangerous in his work?
I'm probably nitpicking now/just curiously asking for you to expound just a little more on some things but I'd really approve it whenever you're ready.

I'm glad you like her appearance so much! :'D As far as her seeing, I imagine it'd be like if you put your hair in your face irl - you can see, just not as well as if your hair wasn't in your face. She doesn't mind it being pushed back (again - go with the flow!) but she does prefer it down 'cause it's short and having it pushed back feels a little weird.
For her personality, I will admit I wasn't really thinking of future plots when I came up with her, it was more a 'here and now' sort of deal and I was kind of brain vomiting as I wrote. I know that must sound terrible and I'm sorry! ;u;; I imagine she will definitely come to some sort of realization sometime, but as to what that is and how it happens, I honestly can't say at the moment. That being said, I will also say that Miss Coal Dust in the voting thread has caught my eye and my brain won't shut up about her and various things for her, so that might have something to do with it. 8Ia Go figure right? Come up with a quest and then suddenly you see an event kiddo and the brakes just come on automatically for quest kid. Not that I don't still love this kidlet here, but dammit brain! If Coal Dust is a flatsale/RP prompt kid I'm DEFINITELY gonna be throwing an entry at her. XD
As far as things exciting her, I can see her being very gung ho over being taken places and even meeting up with people she's met previously. She likes floating around aimlessly, but she does feel it's much more fun when she does it with other people. Going outside is also another thing that gets her excited 'cause she really doesn't like to be cooped up. She's not claustrophobic, but I can easily see her going stir crazy if kept inside too long! As far as complete turn offs go, I think that might be something I'd have to RP her to figure out. I'm definitely the sort that lays out ground work and through RP learns things about a character (and that goes for plots too - hello sudden ideas in the shower). ;u;
IT IS NEVER A BAD THING. I actually have a cute way for him to discover her once she breaks out of the bottle, so I guess I haven't completely not come up with anything! XD Watching over her at work...I feel like he'd consider several options, from taking her with him to the station to even leaving her home alone with the door locked, but none will be fitting he may just hire the nice elderly woman down the hall to keep an eye on her while he's on duty (barring any sudden epiphany on my part, that is). His work IS dangerous, but you figure there's a reservoir of possibilities for plots there I feel. o: And psh you're not nitpicking you wonderful, silly lady you :B <3
