Shira frowned and managed to blast herself upwards and landing not to far away. She winced, having her left shoulder and right foot pierced from the spikes "Damn..." she muttered. "Quick it is..." she said as two lines connected suddenly, her cannons charged up and several coffin looking items appeared around her "Parent's Seven Rays!" she snapped as the coffins as well as the cannons released blasts of light towards Divine. The seven rays connected into one suddenly moments before they would attempt to hit him. The cannons cracked slightly from the sudden drain in energy as she stood there, losing her balance on her one foot for a moment.

  Ushi had slipped out of Lin's grip as she jumped on top of one of the bats and jumped off towards another as her hand changed into the head of an Ax as she karate chopped it in half. "get out of here now!...." Ushi yelled as she smacked a bat away from a little girl.
Ushi stood next to the girl until Lin could catch up with her. Ushi chopped another bat just before she got knocked back just barley missing the girl. "go get out of her while you still can..." Ushi said as she jumped back up chopping one more.
Ushi stood there looking at all the bats that were around the place and sighed heavily. "i can't fight on my own Lin where are you?.." Ushiasked her self and she hit another bat before get slammed by one that was behind it, and slammed into the ground. "ow.."  Lin ran up and pulled Ushi to her feet. “Damn, there are a lot of the things arent there. Hey, kid, unless you wanna become bat food, I suggest you get going.” The little girl ran off. She then looked to ushi and heard sounds of a fight nearby. “Not good. Well, I might be ok for now, but I am in no shape to take one of them on at the moment. Let’s focus on pest control then. Ready Ushi?”

  ✥ Demon King ✥ Darkness Manipulation ✥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As Shira connected two of her sanzu lines and released a rather powerful attack, Divine would take notice of the technique and for the first time in a while, he would actually defend himself. Once the seven rays connected, Divine could sense the strong purifying aura that they radiated, "Your father's technique is quite effective against demons." he stated as he motioned his hands in front of himself and held off the rays. With his bare hands touching the rays, Divine would feel them starting to burn and sizzle he was being purified.
"But yours is an weak imitation of his." Divine said as he moved his hands sideways, causing the blast to connect with the roof of the mansion, creating a gigantic hole. Having deflected the attack with nothing but his hands, Divine's hands would show signs of burn marks, but he did not let that stop him. Taking advantage of Shira's momentarily loss of balance, Divine would summon a mass of black energy and form it into hundreds of needle like thorns, he would then launch them all at her, while simultaneously appearing behind her and attempting to pierce her torso from the back.

Shira clapped her hands together, releasing her soul echo technique, blowing the needles back. She did not sense Divine behind her though until last second. She attempted to move out of the way but he already hit her, piercing her right side leaving a gaping hole. She let out a scream of pain and quickly sent a blast from the cannon to the side to get away from him. She fell and skidded on the ground, gripping her side. She laid there for a moment before managing to get up. The cannons cracked even more from how much energy she was using. Not done yet... a voice said in her head as she used her free hand to launch a barrage of death cannon attacks at him.

Ushi nodded at Lin's suggestion. "yeah, she's a shinigami i'm sure she can handle herself...." Ushi said as she finished her transformation in Lin's hand. Ushi let out a sigh as she appeared on the blade of the ax. "i'm no good in a fight unless i'm in weapon form..." Ushi said in a sad annoyed tone. Ushi nodded slightly. "it's up to you Lin let for the most part good luck, and keep your guard up okay.." ✥ Demon King ✥ Darkness Manipulation ✥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ With his attempt to kill her once more, unsuccessful Divine would look on at her as she somehow survived and not only managed to get out of the way, but also unleashed a barrage of death cannon attack s at him. Forming to black sword out of nowhere, Divine would block the shots and redirect some of them behind him towards the location of the other two students that were there. As he finished he would appear before her once more, "That was the second time that I have failed to kill you shinigami girl." Divine said as he would aim both his swords at her, attempting to slice her in half.

Shira whirled around, blocking his strikes with her cannons which shattered on impact. When they shattered, she was blasted back by her own wavelength, both of her hands bleeding badly from the aftermath as well as her side and shoulder. She landed with a hard thud followed by a yelp, attempting to get up several times but failing miserably due to the pain, blood loss, and drained energy. Her lines disconnected then as she managed to turn over, everything starting to go fuzzy Damn it... all of that training and hard work for nothing... she thought.

  ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As Divine walked over to Shira and attempted to finish her off, he would be interrupted by a dark figure appearing from above them, "Don't touch her!!!" it yelled as two sword formed in its hands. Landing in-between Divine and Shira, the figure would be none other than her partner and Divine's heir, Atticus. Standing straight up, Atticus would look back at his partner who was in such a horrible state, something that he has never seen her in before. "Divine, why are you doing this? You left Charlotte and now you try killing my partner. I can't forgive you." Atticus said as it was obvious that he was doing everything he could to hold himself back from attacking Divine. "But that can wait." he muttered as he transformed his hands back to normal and ran over towards Shira, "Don't worry, I'll take you to Charlotte." he said as he carefully picked her up and looked down at the other two who had also come to fight, "Hey you two, we can't beat this guy as we are now. Let us fall back and regroup at the DWMA!!!" he called out to then as he ran passed Divine and jumped off the top of the mansion, landing in front of the other two.
Looking over at the red-haird girl, Atticus would try and make sure she was alright, "We need to leave here now, everyone else should be at the school, so once you and your partner have saved the last remaining citizens, please head there. And please do not try to fight that man up there." Atticus said as he held Shira close to his chest, "Where is Charlotte?" he asked her, not knowing if she was still in the DMA or if she had left.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Ushi thought for a moment. "hey Lin we might have a better chance with Sky Splitter... with our soul wavelength we can hit more then one at a time." Ushi stated. Ushi was annoyed about all the bats and all the people who were in danger . "what do you say or do you want to go with fire brand?..." Ushi asked leaving the choice to Lin. "it's up to you Lin.." Shira blacked out several times during the course of the few minutes that followed. She managed to stay conscious long enough when Atticus was taking her away from where the battle was "The DWMA..." she managed to choke out, growing pale from the amount of blood she was losing from her side. Things started going fuzzy again "Atticus... I am sorry..." she managed to say weakly.

You did what you felt was right, so just hang on." Atticus said as he was really exerting himself, "Besides, this is all my fault for not staying with you. Lin heard Atticus and, though it irritated her to be ordered around by a male, she knew he spoke the truth. “GOT IT!” She then shifted her grip on Ushi and answered. “Firebrand.” She charged towards a small group of survivors as Ushi would change. “RUN!” She swung at the bats until the survivors were out of the area. “Ok Ushi, that’s the last of the survivors, I only got one of these in me, anymore and I might collapse, so let’s make it count.” She focused on syncing her wave length and prepared to swing. When Ushi was ready, she swung out. “NOW BURN!” She, with Ushi’s help, would launch a wave of fire out. As it sped through the mass of bats, she would use it as cover to retreat.
