Smiling as well, it widened further as she was prompted to continue. "He took me out for ice cream. I tried a kind called 'Superman.' It was quite good. And then we jsut sat and talked for the rest of the evening!" She blushed softly as she thought about the end of the day. "I'm afraid I got Conan in trouble though. He was so busy talking to me that he forgot he had to watch Charis. Kristopher ended up coming to fetch him home. You can imagine how Kristopher felt about that, I'm sure."

Nergüi smiled and then laughed. "What are you a kid? Superman ice cream. But so the ice cream thing was like.... your first date right?" She said before sighing, "Jeez I bet Conan got an earful forgetting about babysitting. And yes I can easily imagine how Kris felt. I bet he wasn't happy at all." She paused to sigh again only this time the sigh was of a dreamy quality.

Her blush broadened as Nergui pointed out the fact that her first date with Conan hadn't happened until after he'd proposed. So out of order... But a wolfman had proposed to a mermaid. Where did logic fit in at all? "Yeah, it was. It was such a sweet first date, too." She giggled like the love-struck teen that she was. "Kristopher or no Kristopher... Best. Day. Ever. <33"

Nergüi smiled some more happy for her friend. "I'm glad to hear it. I can only hope that when I confess it would go so well." She said with a dreamy sigh, "I think I'm going to tell Kris how I feel shortly after I get home. I have it all planned out too."

Her tail twitched lightly, happy to hear the approval from her friend. Her brow rose as the subject turned to Nergui's feelings for the gryphon. So, Nergui was still all for Kristopher, eh? She didn't think the guy was much in the way of boyfriend material, but if he was what Nergui wanted. "I hope it goes well for you, too," she said with a smile. "Now, come on, tell me a little bit about your plan? Please?"

If Nergüi knew what Gem was thinking she would have told her that of course she was still after him, she never really fell out of love with him even after growing. She smiled at the well wishes. "Thank you." She said pausing, "Well.... I dunno.... It is getting late and I don't know when the girls rooming with me will be back....." She fell silent as if considering it. Before Gem could press her anymore or back down she spoke again, "Okay I guess. I'm planning on doing it near the waterside in the garden. There's a really nice gazebo up on the cliff overlooking the lake.... or is it a pond.... well whatever. I'll be telling him to meet me there, and I'll be in my best outfit and I'll tell him how I feel." She was practically squeeing and bouncing on the bed as she told Gem her plan.

Hearing the excitement growing in Nergui's voice, she couldn't help but smile more. "That does sound romantic," she said, glancing down at her left hand. A ring would be there one of these days... How rude! Don't day dream on the phone! "Now, I expect you to tell me how it works out as soon as possible after you tell him!" she ordered playfully, copying Nergui's demand upon finding out Gem's plan to reveal her feelings to Conan.

"Well naturally!" She replied instantly, "I shall call you as soon as I'm done with the confession.... and maybe the date afterwards if it goes smoothly." This time she did squee but she settled down quickly enough. "Oh Gem.... it would be absolutely fantastic if our love lives went the way we want it to."

Laughing softly, she nodded at the phone. "I know you will." Her brow rose as the wish was voiced, and her smiled softened. "Yes.. It would be wonderful, wouldn't it." Starting to daydream again, she shook her head. "Anyway, I'll see you when you get back. Have a good night."

"Alright. I'll see you when I get back. Night Gem." She replied. It was good timing too as the rest of people in her room showed back up and it was lights out. She snuggled into her bed with a smile thinking about Gem and Conan being together and her to soon follow in their footsteps.
