I think as we are named wfc we should try out our debates on each other and pool info and proof to kick some hine end in ed.

What you said reminded me a lot of Battlecry.
For those who don't know, Battlecry is a US nationwide youth gathering getting young people pumped up for God and ready to take a stand in their faith and battle against today's low morals and media.
I feel your pain exactly and its awful how some people on Gaia are. Gaia definintely isn't the real world but it sure does represent a large population.
I'm always in the ED expressing my faith and my beliefs, and I hope its effected others in there postively. I want to change the world 180 degress if God gives me the ability to :3

zxthefighter I think as we are named wfc we should try out our debates on each other and pool info and proof to kick some hine end in ed. I really like that idea a lot :3 We could generate some topics to debate of, then vote on what to debate, "assign" people to specific positions and oppinions on the subject, give length of time to research on the topic, then debate.

I joined Gaia at the request of my friend. He told me I would soon lose faith in humanity, and I am starting to believe him. There is a lot of hurt, a lot of pain on this site.
However, in the threads in ED they only have responses from peers that have been through the same situations, often without Christ. They are getting their own personal pity party, or attacked by others who might tell them to "Grow up, be a man!"
The plan to take Gaia by storm will have to be strategically engineered. I'ved screwed up a few great friendships because of hastiness to "do the right thing." We need to prayerfully consider what we will do. We even have the ability to "draw lots" on Gaia.
I want to regain my faith in this website, in humanity. Christ loved them. We were created to praise and honor Him. Our loving devotion to Him includes our loving devotion to what He loved.
We love because He first loved us.
Where do we go from here?

I've been trying the ED threads and it's kind of scary...yes, I am scared, but I try anyways and get beat up for telling people my Christian values. But sometimes I just gotta speak up!

Link_of_Hylia Lithanus I know how you feel. Christians are largely missrepresented and often bashed through Gaia forums. It is difficult to see this will looking through the forums, but its hard to just jump into some of those threads. What I most often incounter is closeminded people who are there just for the sake of argueing, venting, or just causing trouble. I usually try to stay out of those mainly because I wouldn't do much good, even if I put them in their place. Where I do try to post, if time allows, is in threads where someone is seeking advice or has a specific question I can answer. That is the best I've been able to do so far since I don't spend a whole lot of time on Gaia. I mainly just try to at least look after this guild. sweatdrop Still WWJD agreed we need to get out there and do something

i have an idea to express our selves and actually save some people, we can go to the Chatterbox, the most ToS breaking place on Gaia, and create a thread called, "You can be Saved, come by" we can team up with some other Christian Guilds and actually save someone, to those that says this might not work, it will work with a little Prayer, some hard work, and a belief in God and Jesus, i think Jesus would be proud of us if we can just save one person...

I don't think it's so much that He would be proud of us for saving someone-- overjoyed, by all means, if it came through, but I think He'd be proud of us just for trying. 3nodding As for the Chatterbox idea, I agree, and hope that something such as this can be organized soon. We have hosted events like this before (GrowGaia4Christ, for instance), but another shot is definately worth it.
Be strong and of good courage, guys-- together, with God on our side, we're unstoppable.

I'm all for that idea. We will have to do some good organizing and planning first, but I agree that this must be done. It might be wise to first see if any other guilds are currently doing this, then see about joining before we take the initiative.

I'm heading for the chatterbox right now. I'm in the mood.
but remember guys, when talking to other people, we're not going there to change the person. God does that, we're here to give them the good news of Jesus Christ. Debating abortion or homosexuality isn't going to help anyone, it just puts people on the offensive. God will deal with each individual person as He sees fit, if he feels like convicting one of His children of something they are doing or support, He'll do that.
Let's give em heaven!
