Kennedy smirked. One thing she didn't know was he only lost when he decided to... Most the time it was when he knew her stash of candy was getting low. He would toss aside his poker face and let her know when he was bluffing so she could call him on it. Usually he would bid her up first so she could get a good pot.
He nodded as she spoke. "Eh...that was before." Placing his own chocolate frog in the pot to start, he grinned lightly as he fingered the cards. Two aces... good start. With a glance at the pile he knew the chances of another ace was low... but anything would be better then the two and four he held. He also had a king. Laying down the two and four he sighed. "Ill take two from the dealer."

Vonali laughed, this game was going to be good. "Alright." She dealt him 2 cards then looked at her own. She mentally sighed she had a king,Queen, Jack, 4 and 3. So she had nothing. Maybe she could get a straight but the chances weren't that great.
" Dealer takes two as well." She tossed aside the 4 and 3 and looked at her new cards, a queen and 9. Well at least she had a pair. Could be worse. She dumped 2 chocolate frogs on the pile.

Kenny stared at the two cards he was given. Another king and a seven. His face was carefully blank. "No calls... I see your frogs.." He placed his two frogs into the pile. "Then i raise you two blood lollipops..." He glanced at her stash of candy. "If you need some to match then they are in my bag." He plopped the two he had bet onto the pile.
He was assuming she would either call him next or fold... Either way he won... a couple hands of winning and she would think his luck would run out... then he would ask for his big want. He tapped the cards to his face his eyes watching her over his hand. "Your move, sweetheart."

Vonali looked at her cards and was in a giddy mood so she called his bet and raised it two packages of Beezle Bot's beans. She looked up over her cards and winked at him. " No need for me to steal more of your candy, I've got my own right here. Plus by allowing me to take it takes some of the fun out of it."
She snickered happily and placed her left foot in his lap her other tucked under the knee. " Your turn Sug."

He pondered her move carefully. So she had some good cards. HE analyzed her a moment and mentally nodded. She had perhaps to low pair... nothing super amazing. He grinned. "I guess thats true... but you know i don't eat the stuff... so" He shrugged. Candy meant nothing... thats why he bet it so easily. He dug in his bag and came out with one package of jelly beans. "Ill match your raise by one package of beans and two chocolate frogs." He tossed the candy into the pot.
He re-contemplated his cards. Carefully he took her foot into his hand and gently rubbed the arch. He knew he would win this hand... so he could just keep upping the anti... but he decided not to... "Ok... Call" He waited for her cards to be laid down before setting his own down for her to see.

Vonali smiled as he matched her. She really doubted she'd win this hand but odder things have happened. As he started to rub her foot she seemed to purr.
When he called her already she raised an eyebrow. With a hmm she laid out her pair of Queens. " Pair."

"Two high pair.... I knew that i would win so i didn't want to take too much of your candy..." He raised an eyebrow at the sound she made while he rubbed her foot. "Like that do ya?"
With a grin he rubbed a second more and then gathered up the pot and dumped them into his bag. He grabbed the cards up and shuffled. Bridging the cards he brought them into line and then dealt out 5 to them both. He set the deck aside and tossed in a chocolate frog to anti-up. "How many you want?" He glanced at his hand and pondered the cards. He had a low straight. All hearts. Three to seven. Straight flush. He couldn't help but smile. He knew what he was bidding up to...Skip his idea of making her comfortable... he pretty much couldn't lose this hand... Unless she got a higher straight, a full house... or four of a kind. He doubted she would get lucky on the same turn he had gotten so lucky.

Von grumbled and tossed her cards on the pile before he shuffled them. " Lucky first hand that's all." She smiled and took her cards. She caught his smile and figured it was going to be hard to beat him. Lucky for her she had two pairs, 10s and 8s. If she could just change out her last card for one of those she had a good shot.
She tossed a chocolate frog into the pile. " One please." She laid down the one card. And tossed 3 more chocolate frogs on the table. " Your turn."

"What ever helps you sleep at night." He grinned and dealt her one card. "Im staying." He eyed her raise. "That good sweetheart?" He matched her frogs and then eyed his candy and then glanced over hers."Ill raise you 10 more frogs." His eyes glittered devilishly.
He would start betting other things after this, round. She was bluffing... he was sure of it... However something bugged him deep in the back of his mind. He was trying to figure out what it was. If he had been counting the cards and doing probability like he usually did he would have known she had a good hand.
However, rubbing her feet, just generally touching him made him lose his concentration.

" A lot of things help me sleep at night. Like that foot massage." Offers him a smile as he inquires about her hand and she laughs at his raise. Looking at her last card it was a lousy 9 but didn't phase her too much.
" All right Sug. I call and raise you 5 bloodpops." She felt a bit reckless and the twinkle in her eye was a good match for the one in his. She slid the other foot into his lap as well not able to sit on it anymore. " Guess it's your bet." She smirks and gives him a wink.

He was still fondling her foot and watched her with a grin. "Alright... match to your bloodpops... " He pulled out the required candy and then looked at her with a smirk. "Then i will raise you Four purple puckers... and one kiss..." He had a serious face on. This pot was now very interesting to him. "MY rules apply... "
He pressed against the flat of her foot trying to loosen any tension there may have been. "What else helps you sleep at night." He grinned softly and then motioned her her. "Go ahead...your move..." Now to see if she was brave enough to continue or call him and have his kiss wiped from the card. Because it wasn't technique in the pot... it was a safe way to see if she wanted him to kiss her again.

Vonali tried to ignore the foot rubs but it was obvious she was relaxing. At least until his bet. She raised an eyebrow in interest. " Alright Sug." Tosses the candy on the table and thinks for a moment. " I'll take that kiss and raise ya a second one." She was smirking.
She didn't know why Kenny threw on the kiss but she was willing to go this route. She was sure he was bluffing and darned if she let him get her to call or fold. " Your turn Sug."

He grinned. She had taken the bait. Perfect. "Sounds good... Im all in. Innuendo stated but not part of the deal." With a smirk he picked up his bag and dumped all the candy into the pot. He grinned "With that i get 4 kisses when i win... " His hand stopped rubbing her foot as he sat up to see what she would do.
She could either match him and call or fold. He was almost hoping she would fold...he didn't want to take all her candy... but he was sure as hell claiming those kisses.

Vonali threw back her head and laughed. He'd just bet everything, and for something she'd have given for free. She cleared her throat and tucked her feet under her. And thought of her options, this game had turned entertaining fast and she looked up at him through her lashes. "Call."
She smirked and laid out her 2 pairs. He probably had better but she had to make a show like she felt she was to be the victor.

Kenny smirked knowing she just lost as soon as she said two. He was almost sad at knowing he just took her candy. But he laid out his full hand, to stake his claim to the pot, and his rule free kisses. "Straight Flush." He grinned. "I win..."
Knocking the candy out of his way he rocked forward and claimed her mouth in a heated kiss. His right hand came up to cradle her head. He only backed off to kiss her again. He smirked into the kiss only to whisper something. But he didn't think that it was understandable.
He pulled back hoping to coax her forward. His hand dropped to her shoulder to giver her the freedom to pull away if she got uncomfortable.
