His claws sank into the platform and left deep scratches as he got hit again. "(This is hardly the time to apologize, missy!)" He whipped himself around and lunged at her with open jaws.

"(Sorry!)" Zarya repeated, this time apologizing for apologizing. The Bite attack really hurt; the ghost winced.
"Power Gem again!"
Zarya was feeling the stress of the extended battle wearing on her. She fired the triple beam attack as best as she could manage.

Tripod was thrown off his platform and onto another, his energy draining as he tried to get up before he collapsed, fainting.
Heal recalled the poor luxio back into his pokeball and shook his head before waving to Zinnia. "Thanks for the battle!"

"Thanks! Bye!" Zinnia called back to Heal
Zarya stared at the spot where Tripod had fallen, even after he had been recalled to his pokeball. What... had just happened? Had... had she just... won?
"Come here, Zarya! You did it!" Zinnia shouted to the ghost. "Congratulations! See, I knew you could do it."
Zarya gave a small smile and drifted back to her trainer. This was one step closer to proving that she was worth staying as part of the team. She blushed a little and hid her face in her cloak's collar as Zinnia showered praise down upon her.
