Sahar thought about it for a moment before she spoke. "Yes. If they are remotely anything like my friends, then they are likely to be very nice. Besides, why would Inia and Neirin want to go to a place with mean lions? They were both so kind, she couldn't see that happening if she tried. It just, didn't make sense. Sahar had to assume the pridelands were a good place. Although she had heard they had recently been at war with a group of Hyena's, Sahar wasn't too concerned. They had won that war according to the rumors, and she had never seen a Hyena before, so she didn't know if they were evil creatures or not.

Dylis listened closely. Friendly lions, huh? She could deal with friendly lions; they made for good protectors. She didn't have any idea about the friends this jackal was traveling with but if they were letting a jackal travel with them, they must be very friendly. "It sounds like it will be a good place to live," she commented. She wondered if that would be a good place for her to try to start a life. From the sound of it, she wouldn't have to worry about pretty much anything there ever again. Then again, things weren't always as they seemed. What if what the other female had heard was wrong?

"Yes, it does, doesn't it?" She smiled at the other female across from her. Sahar derserved to go to the pridelands, didn't she? I mean, she and her friends had travelled so far to get there, through the desert, the jungle, and now, the plains. They all deserved a nice home now didn't they? Sahar wondered how far the other female had travelled to search for a home. It was none of her business of course, but Sahar was a tad bit curious. "Say..." She started. "Are you interested in the pridelands too?"

Was she interested in joining the pride? To join up where there was plenty of grass and food and protection hopefully? She thought about her time out here. Many times there was barely any food, water was a long ways away, and she risked getting eaten like she almost had last night. But what if the rumors were just that? Dylis shrugged, "Yeah, I guess. I can at least check it out, right?"

"You could come with my friends and I if you like." She was sure Neirin and Inia wouldn't mind Sahar bringing another of her kind back. Of course, the other jackal might not want to go with them. That would be fine too, Sahar wouldn't mind, it was understandable. I mean, Sahar was a stranger, taking up her offer might not be so smart in the other female's mind...

Dylis had to think hard about the question that was posed to her. Did she want to go with them? It could be nice; she would be with another of her kind and she could have the protection of the other jackal's friends. She wouldn't have as great a chance of being eaten, like she had almost been. "Would they be willing to let another jackal travel with them?"

"Yeah." She said, standing back up off the ground. "We're all heading to the same place after all, I don't see why they wouldn't." Nope, she just couldn't picture them turning her away. Besides, if they didn't Sahar would convince them to let her stay somehow. But, she didn't think she'd have to convince them, since they were so nice and all.

"That's true," she replied as she continued thinking about her options. She could stay out here, constantly traveling, trying to keep from being killed or she could go with them and potentially find her a home. She took a deep breath and sighed. "I'll go with you as long as it's alright with them," Then it hit her. She was making plans to travel with a group from strangers and she hadn't even asked one important question. "My name is Dylis."

"Dylis." She repeated the other female's name. Had they really forgotten to introduce themselves? Appeared so. Not minding that, Sahar smiley kindly as she said her own name aloud. "I'm Sahar."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sahar," she replied with a courteous nod and kind smile. "I can't wait to travel with you and your friends. Will you all be in this area for a bit?" she asked as she pawed at her belly. "I originally set out to find a small breakfast but I haven't found anything yet." she thought for a second. "Well, besides you."

LexThetaSigma I'm not sure if you want to end this here and do another one with them hunting, or just continue on with this one. "Of course!" She grinned. "My friends are still sleeping, we'll be here for a while still." Well, at least she thought they still were sleeping. If they weren't she doubted they'd leave without Sahar. "I'm not really hungry myself, but I can help you find something to eat." She wagged her tail. Okay, maybe she was a little hungry, but that could wait. She had just made a new friend-- a new jackal friend. Sahar hadn't made friends with her own kind before, she was raised in an enviornment isolated from other Jackals... Or rather, any critters for that matter. Sure, a lion or two wandered by but other than that Sahar was pretty much a pup in the sense that she knew little about the world she lived in. (Her parents were over protective of their only pup, she rarely got to go out of the den. So even though she lived in the plains she rarely saw anything other than her parent's and whatever was served for dinner.) "So..." She spoke again. "Shall we go hunting?"

CaliWolfe Which ever you'd be more interested in would be fine with me. Does Sahar need more rps? Dylis smiled. Hopefully Sahar's friends were good enough friends to wait for her. She didn't want the other jackal to get left because she wanted to go off to find breakfast. "Alright, that would be great. I was just going to find a rat or a snake but maybe between us, we could find something decent." Another thought occurred to the tan jackal. "Though your friends will probably go hunting when they wake up, right? We could go with them, if they'd let us." Then again, who knows how long Sahar's friends would take to wake up and she could hear her stomach slowly starting to make noises in protest.

LexThetaSigma Sahar always needs more rps. <3 Especially interesting things that happened before she went to the PLs. She considered going hunting with Neirin and Inia before she spoke. While travelling in the desert, Inia usually caught food for Sahar since she... Well, had a hard time moving on it's surface. She was also half-terrified of Leopards thanks to what happened in the desert, but that wasn't important. What was important was the fact that Sahar hadn't hunted for herself in a while. That was no good in her mind. "It might be best to hunt without them." She stretched once again. "Who knows how long they'll be asleep for still." She smirked before she made her next comment. "Besides, we might be able to surprise them by not only bringing back you-- but some food as well."

CaliWolfe XD I guess that works out. Dylis is still in need of rp as well before I make her Neirin's familiar. Dylis was slightly thankful that Sahar had shot down her idea about hunting with the lions once they woke up. When Sahar confirmed her thought that the lions could still be asleep for a while, Dylis nodded. "Alright then," she replied as her stomach rumbled, "though I don't think we'll be able to get something big enough to feed us plus them but we could try."

LexThetaSigma Perfect!~ Well, since you were so kind as to make this rp, I'll set the next one. "Trying is all that matters, right?" Sahar said excitedly before standing up straight again. She began to sniff the ground around her. Finally she picked up a scent and smiled as she did. "This way."
