Leon had slowly began falling alseep and right before he actually hit the floor he had scratched her but barely and fallen over "Oh no Leon! ooh poor sleepy Leon im sure that Combo we did earlier didnt help any either" she just smiled and waved to the Gym Leader to finish "I doubt he will wake anytime soon it is your choice to finish him or let me replace him" she said with a smile

"Hmm..." The leader had a blank yet serious look on her face at this. She appeared to be mulling over the response as her partner awaited orders on the floor... tail swishing occasionally. Finally, giving a nod of acceptance at the decision, the trainer called out,
"Delcatty, take it out!" The cat called out in agreement as it began to charge up. As its head began to glow with energy, the Pokemon rammed forward in a Zen Headbutt at the sleeping opponent. As the attack launched, the leader called out to her challenger,
"I'm sorry, but if you're going to give up on your teammate so easily you still have a lot to learn! You should believe in it or protect it, not count on your opponents to pity it when it's down. Have some better faith in it!" she proclaimed, feeling somewhat disappointed the offer of letting her continue had even been proposed. It felt worse than a forfeit of the first turn in her eyes... ♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

Ailish wasnt to worried about her pokemon or to what the Gym Leader had said she new her pokemon better then anyone else would have and for being a baby pokemon he had did quite a bit of damage and she knew that he would have been tuckered out from all of the excessive fighting "It is not that i was asking pity i had asking knowing he would have fallen out due to his past combo attack that is a lot for one baby pokemon to take" she had taken Leon into her arms then letting Lydia out "Lydia take Leon's spot will you sweety?" she had asked as Lydia nodded in agreement and gave a fierce face to the delcatty

The gym leader watched carefully, knowing that the trainer did care for its Pokemon... However, she couldn't just let go the fact the trainer didn't merely call the Shinx back if they had known it would be helpless. It saddened her to have seen it left there on the field for attack as it slept if there was no more intention to battle with it. Twisting her mouth up a bit at the thought, Nyoko stopped hanging her head in thought and looked now to Lydia on the field.
"Still so much to learn..." she sighed to herself before calling out,
Well, don't keep me waiting, show me what else you've got.
"Both fighters are on their last Pokemon. The winner of this round will determine the match. Begin!" called out the ref. Once again, it was the visitor's move.♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

"Besides" she smiled "Leon would have gotten mad at me if i had let him just come back into the pokeball" he smile turned sour then called for Lydia to make her move "Grass Whistle please?" Lydia started playing a beautiful tune with a blade of grass as Ailish had pulled out her piccolo again and played with her

Tch! Not good... The leader thought to herself listening to the tune.
"Delcatty! Quick, Uproar before it's too late!" she called out as she saw the Pokemon began to sway on its feet. She watched carefully, hoping it wasn't too late.(( This is one of those posts where I give you permission to make a judgement call. If Uproar was successful in getting out there no one should be sleeping for a while. If you think it would have been a bit too late, feel free to post seeing Delcatty falling over asleep. Then we can continue from there x3 and maybe wrap this up tonight. Sorry it's taken days)) ♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

Ailish feared for the worse until she saw the Delcatty finally fall over "Alright Lydia lets see what we can do about making that Delcatty lose energy" she had said making her Petilil use Mega Drain on the pokemon

Shoot... "Delcatty snap out of it! Come on, you take plenty of naps! Let's have a short one. Oh Delcatty!" As she calls out she seems to be unable to wake it right away like she had hoped. Something the two should continue to work on as they grow. For now though both are fairly helpless to avoid the attack as the Delcatty shows signs of interrupted sleep. It was pained by the drain, only making it feel more tired... feeding in to its need to slumber.
"Come on I want to see that Uproar!" She tried, hoping one more time before its too late.♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

"Lydia come on a little more" she had said watching as the Delcatty struggled to get up as Lydia continued to feed off of her energy "Now Leech seed and then Sleeping powder to make sure she stays asleep" Ailish had said as she had seen Lydia spit seeds at the Cat and then spouting out powder towards her

Her eyes widened at the combination, sealing in the fate of her Delcatty. There wasn't much left for the leader to do as all of its energy was being sucked away.
"I... guess I still have much to learn myself..." she said, shaking her head as it lowered.
"I think I've seen enough." the words were quiet, almost a whisper as she held up a Pokeball. Delcatty was called back.
"The Gym Leader has withdrawn from the match. Victory shall be awarded to the challenger!" The ref called out. Nyoko's heart sank at the announcement, though she long ago knew she couldn't win them all. Wiping the disappointment off her face she put on a smile as she walked forward, holding something out for the young trainer.
"I can definitely see the coordinator in you. Someone who can think of such combinations at a moment's notice and still know the limits of their Pokemon... it's not a surprise that you'll be leaving today with my badge in hand. I would like to congratulate you on today's victory and offer you our Badge as a prize. Please take it and continue to strengthen the bonds of you and your Pokemon, Ailish."♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

Ailish took the badge and the prize thanking the Leader then hugged her "I hope we can Battle again Nyoko" she said with a smile as she had started heading out of the Gym

The gym leader nodded, hoping she may get the chance to see how young Ailish improves. For now though, Nyoko bid her farewell and began to exit the gym to take her Pokemon to the center for a checkup. As she left, she passed a young boy... not giving any thought for now to make her identify known, she continued on without a word. The referee was the one to greet the young boy instead.
"I am sorry, but the Gym Leader is out. You will have to come back later."(( Sorry RamsetheWolfe, XTvirus PM'd me last night as next in line and we agreed to start his challenge on Friday (tomorrow) when I got a day off. You'll have to wait until after his challenge.
If I do not receive his IC challenge by the end of my shift Saturday, I will allow you to go before him on Sunday.)) ♀ lv.14 ♀ lv.16

((Warning: I am in line with some nasty weather including remnants of Tropical Storm Sandy over the weekend and ESPECIALLY going in to Monday/Tuesday. If this forcast continues as it is, I may be forced offline due to the weather. Be prepared for unexpected/notified disappearances due to power outages starting Monday/Tuesday. I'll try to keep things updated if the weather forcast changes or worsens.))(( Ah alright. I wasn't notified so I had expected it would just be the same badge that was offered by the previous leader to keep things consistent.
