Ici Chiot
"No, I'm not tired." She smiled at Bushiri. "Though I have to admit, I am a little hungry." Well, travelling non-stop and then playing tag would do that to you. Other than that, Sahar was a little curious in something. Did he says bugs? Although she might have been tiny, Sahar hadn't even considered eating bugs until now! She didn't know if they tasted any good, let alone if she wanted to go and find out.
But, if those in the pridelands ate bugs, she'd have to get used to that diet. Besides, for all she knew she wouldn't be able to eat anything but insects. Food here might have been harder to catch then in the rogue lands, and Sahar didn't doubt that part at all. In pridelands prey animals lived in herds, didn't they? In the rogue lands they did too, only those herds didn't get attacked on a daily basis. Ones in the pridelands probabley did, and were used to outrunning their hunters.
The wind picked up, rattling her shell and pearl set again. She took a deep breath, that's right, stop overthinking things. In the pridelands everyone looked out for each other, Sahar would be fine living here. Especially if cubs could wander to the border without being attacked as they tired too.
