Yes, the fog had definitely gotten to this one. Billy frowned, more concerned now. "The fog hasn't really gotten to me much, it's more annoying. But hey, keep calm man." Billy paused to let it sink in. "It's just trying to mess with you, don't let it. And uh, don't stop talking to me, it should help?" He hoped it helped. He'd found an ally, he would prefer he keep said Ally sane and functioning.
"It's just fog, you're not hearing voices are you?" He asked, just making sure.
Home but heading to a class now. Back in roughly two hours.

“Haven’t heard any…unless you count the fog induced illusions. Hahaaaaa…” Clyde trailed off, fighting back a silent flinch upon remember that shadow saying thank you. Ugh, why wouldn’t that image just leave him alone?
“A-anyways,” Moving on with the topic, he gave the door before him another loud knock. “I think the doors might be the only way left to go…Not sure how much I trust it though.

Billy noticed that flinch, he didn't say anything. Maybe the guy had meet that creepy cooking lady, like he had. Billy glanced at the door again, a looming things in grays. It was obviously part of the mist.
He trusted it as far as he could throw it.
"Don't trust it at all." he advised. "It could open to release something that wants to kill us." he wasn't meaning to be grim, but with the trend this fog was showing...
"Of course, it could also be the way out...." true, but again, he couldn't throw that door one inch even, he bet.
“Well…it’s not letting me go any further,” Clyde reasoned, “And your’s followed you here, so I’m guessing we’re both stuck with the doors. Maybe if we --”
His hand on the doorknob was probably a bad idea.
"Waaaaait!"
…The hell was that? Clyde looked around, his eyes wide in recognition of the voice. It was just his mind playing tricks on him, it has to be. She cannot be here. She isn’t here. It’s just the fog, there is nothing…
“D-did you hear that?”

"No." Billy looked at the other a bit wide eyed. "It trigger something? maybe..."
Billy hesitantly reached towards the knob on his door... And stiffened. "Yes I head it." he hissed releasing the doorknob like something very unpleasant. It sounded like someone he knew, that he couldn't forget. They could not be here, it wasn't possible.
Clyde would have turned around to check if only he hadn’t felt hands wrap itself around him from behind. Those hands felt so cold, yet so very familiar, and the voice beside his ear was the same smoothing sound he had missed so many years ago. But…was it his mother? His mind tells him so, yet his logic screams for him to get a grip. Oh BS, this is total BS. It was questionable whether his companion in this fog could see the apparition but Clyde is getting the hell out of there. Right. Now.
Using the calmest voice he could muster, Clyde winced out his words. “I am really sorry Billy but I don’t know if you can see the lady holding me…but I’m getting the f*** out of here.”
He turned to his ‘mother’ with fear in his eyes, “I’m sorry.”
He forced him way through the door.

Clyde is just going "NOPE NOPE NOPE" in my head 8| ONWARDS, TOWARDS THE END O 7 O/
He did see the lady holding the other. Like she'd come from the fog. Like she was trying to hold the other close and keep him there. Billy could guess what was coming and jerked away as he felt a hand start to form on his shoulder. He plugged his ears hurriedly blocking out whatever the figure said next, and squeezed his eyes shut for a second.
IT COULD NOT BE THAT PERSON
The fog had officially managed to really get to him. He took a quick panicked breath. "I'm with you man." Billy gasped as he charged after the other through the door.
Billy does not like dark things from the past popping up. Nope nope. He is no longer coolface calm.

I'm sorry if Billy can't use Clyde's door, but it was open, and close, and he just did. (or could have yanked open his own door and gone through if you say no :V)

And thus Billy ran through the door after Clyde and gained the same bonus he did. Horray!

Tension built in the air. The maternal image attempted to swipe, to grab at Clyde and plead and beg --
But all it grasped was air before it vanished along with the door.
The exhilaration leaves them both a bit breathless and a bit frightened. +5% Fear.

It hurts.
It hurts so much just hearing her voice, and it terrifies him so very much the moment the figure touched him. If he had been younger, he might have chosen to stay behind. However, time has affected their relationship so very much and in a pretty negative light, it would just makes things worse if he had accepted it…Or would it? Maybe he was running away, but whatever it might be, the figure and the door are both gone.
It left behind a very adrenaline pumped Clyde who is trying to catch his breath and his mind at the moment. “Man I hate this place…so much.”
Ugh, he wants to just sit down and ignore everything…so badly. [EDIT] However, the parting of fog catches the corner of the varcolac's eyes as it slowly reviews a rectangular shape on the floor. Crawling over towards the shape on the ground, Clyde decided to investigate what it was...it was a stair case leading down. Should he go? Obviously.
Down the stairs he goes, where he stops? Nobody knows!

The door was gone. The fog lady was also gone. But so was Clyde. Billy glared at the fog angry and a bit frightened. So it had just created Clyde and the door now? Clyde had seemed real. Billy did not like it here. His glare sharpened, and strangely enough the fog seemed to recede. Maybe it had felt his anger, or maybe it was just coincidence, in any case Billy now stared at another seemingly real thing. He examined the staircase downward before looking around again. Like the varcolac had said, he supposed, there was no where else to go but here. He paused, a moment longer, some instinct telling him that the stair led away but he wouldn't be able to come back. Maybe that was ok, he didn't want to come back to here. He took the first step downward.
