As if ********* wasn't making Aventine gush enough, pawing at the perfume bottle was just enough to make her melt. "Well, I'll ask someone that knows a little more about knights as soon as I meet them. Hopefully somebody will know, but if not I'll just figure it out myself. Though, now I'm more interested—you are not an indoor cat? —But you are so cute! I'd want to just take you home and pamper you and never let you leave. Of course, I also have a dog who might not be so happy with that, but. He's a big sweetheart. And—and I do mean big."
She let out a pleasant little sigh as she continued to pet *********. "Well, if you ever do want to get in from outside, you can always come visit me. And I promise I won't even bother you with questions about knights and senshi. I'll just pet you, and maybe dress you up all pretty."

A long purr escaped the Mauvian at all the compliments being sprinkled about her. It was always nice to get a boost to one's self esteem, though it wasn't like ********* self esteem was ever hurting in the first place.
"Where as I am a cute one, I am not an indoor cat. It's mostly by choice. I have a lot of responsibilities, and being stuck inside a house makes it very hard to achieve many of the things I need to do. I mean, I am not always shivering in the cold, if that is what you are imagining... but I just can't stay in one place too long. ...if that makes sense!" A knight might not understand what it was a cat such as herself did.
"I wouldn't mind taking you up on your offer if I happen to be in the neighborhood and the weather is pretty bad." There was a pause. "Though that would beg the question as to knowing which neighborhood you are in!"

Aventine couldn't help but laugh. "I live in a flat on the other side of the park. It's right next to a bakery, so like, the first thing I do in the morning is roll out of bed and crave a doughnut. So," she leaned back and waved in the general area she assumed her apartment to be. "It's over there, somewhere. But if you're an outside kitty," she sighed dramatically and ruffled the cat's fur again, figuring she ought to make the most of her relaxation time for the evening. "I guess I'll just have to keep my eyes open for you. I wouldn’t want to be responsible for messing with your duties or anything. Your job might be to help senshi, but I feel a little better having spoken with you. So," Aventine smiled, "Thank you, *********. For taking time out of your busy senshi schedule to spend some time with me."

********* giggled quite a bit, some minor purring blending into the sound. "Well, I am glad I was able to help... even if I probably confused you a bit too!" The round animal stretched out a bit before hopping out of the girl's reach.
With a wink, the manx departed with a playful "Don't get yourself into too much trouble, Aventine!"

Aventine smiled and pushed herself up. "All right, I won't! Have a good evening, *********!" she said pleasantly; she brushed herself off and then offered a wave before she set off towards her apartment. ********* might have left her with more questions than answers, but she wasn't upset; she knew more than when she'd started and met a cute as hell cat—what did she have to complain about? She'd much rather run into ********* again than a Negaverse Agent, that was for sure.
In a much better mood and position than she'd started with, Aventine made her own departure, already trying to figure out what she was going to do to get the rest of the answers she needed.
